CCheesezy Cuisine baked goods to go: Well don't get me wrong I went to this company to get a speaker system hooked it up nice sound good even get compliments off the sounds that's not the problem the problem is don't use no leasing company with this company I really should have just paid the full amount cash right then do not agree to do the leasing company it's good to be blessed cuz now I got to pay an extra $800 on Plus on what I already paid and really I already paid $1500 and that's what the work was done for now I got to pay an extra $800 do not believe in the leasing company don't get me wrong they did a good job with my sounds but do not do the leasing company you will regret it
Kross Atchison: Had a custom set of headlights wired up from Tim and his employee last year and ended up having problems from the company that made the headlights (swlights). I thought at first it was an install error at first but it was a wiring error from the other company. Tim had his employees troubleshoot the electrical problem and even talked with the owner who made the headlights and explained the problem there were running into with installation. 5/5 Tim was helpful during this headache of a situation and the quality of work I recieved was good as well.
J Brown: I had a head unit installed in my F-150 yesterday. I was really concerned about my OEM features working with the new head unit and they assured me that there eould be no problem. I love the product and their work! Very professional and quick. Will definitely be back for the next step in building my sound system.

Came back a week later and not only got what he suggested! But also took the additional time to make sure I had what I needed to complete my set up!!! I sent my brother who's always in a competition with me, up there and Jessie, also set him up as well!!! And he's happy! I'll referral everyone to this place just because of him!!! You're the man my guy.. and my system sounds amazing. !!!
Matt B: Very very wrong and bad business I was asked for a $100 deposit. I gave them $100 and my vehicle got totaled before I could buy a system from them. They told me they wasnt giving me back my $100. I dont need a refund cause they didnt sell me nothing. They just keep my 100 bucks and gave me nothing for it. Bad business

Deeznuts1815: Bought a 130$ LED kit hopping it was an RGB kit and turns out it was just a simple LED that a 30 kit can do.. came back a day after to return it.. and they said I can't return it bc they said electronics can't be returned.. if I would have known I wouldn't have bought it... didn't even get me a store credit.... They supposed to give me a call.. and they failed to do so.. . THIS SHOP IS THE WORST I'VE BEEN THROUGH.. I will never go back..

Christopher Earley: This place doesn't keep its word to customers. Strait up called 3 times before my gf brought her car up . Guy said no problem for a remote start drop it off we will have it done. She gets there and made arrangements the 9 yards to leave her car and is there at 9 am they denied her and sent her away. I'll take my business eles wear and the way she was treated if I where you I'd go somewhere with some customer service and a place that is honest with you!

Every place I called wanted to charge me $80 for advice or to look at 2 wires, he explained it to me over the phone and after I did what he said immediately my subs started working! He didn’t ask for anything just was friendly enough to give advice to someone trying to hook up a system to a budget! 10000% recommend.

John: Had a remote start and a alarm system installed 2019. It’s never worked right sense they install it. The alarm system wouldn’t set or would go off whenever. The remote locks wouldn’t work all the time. Several times the remote start wouldn’t work. They tried a couple of different things but still never fixed it. Now the won’t take my calls or even answer a text.

Jason Lassen: I had an Escort Max360ci radar detector installed at a dealer near my home in WI. there was an issue with the install and it caused it to not work but it wasn't discovered until I was 8 hours away in Kansas City. Sterling from AutoTrenz was able to fit me into his schedule and not only fixed the issue but found 4 other issues which he corrected. We will be making the road trip to KC in the future when we need something like this installed. Sterling was extremely knowledgable, very professional, super accommodating and an all-around nice guy. I would highly, highly recommend!!

jb k: Purchased a new auto and dealership hired this company to install a backup camera. Upon receipt of vehicle, noticed the rear-view mirror was twisted upside down. Turned upright and found the backup camera was installed upside down. Seemed to be hiding the fact the camera was installed improperly. Still waiting on this company to correct the issue. See photo.

Shawn Cassity: Parts were paid for online (in stock) for a store pickup, got to the store 3 hours later only to find out the parts weren't pulled and ready. They went to pull the order only to find out they were out of stock. Tried to get the parts from another store but there was no manager around to cancel the order so I could go to another store and pick them up....very unhelpful. Had to wait till the next day to pick up. Very unresponsive and slightly rude staff in the evening. Acted like I was an inconvenience for being there....won't go back to this location, ever.
