Audiomart Service Center: what do users think?
Tyler Althage: Getting my Denon receiver repaired was easy peasy with these guys! I shipped the unit out on a Wednesday, they repaired it, and I received it back two days later in perfect working order. About as easy as it gets!
Bert Hayes: First rate service, one of the last vintage audio repair centers.
Pat Gouger: What a great find! A real expert that was able quickly schedule work on my subwoofer and diagnosis the board problems. Runs like new again!
Billy Bullets: I am amazed at the turn around for my Denon warranty work! Audiomart rocks! Thanks guys
John Strawn: I had a power issue with my Marantz AV8003. I took this preamp to a shop in Salina. They had it for 2 years saying they were waiting on parts. I took it Audiomart and it took them less than a week to repair my pre-amp. Great service, quick turnaround! Highly recommended.
Dan Arnaman: Excellent experience with customer support and service... Fast and efficient turn around.Highly recomend!
Slobodan Muzdeka: On one fine afternoon, my Denon AVR 8500H stopped amplifying all of my speakers. Unit was on and everything seems to be normal but there was no sound. After few factory resets, I realize that something was definitely wrong with the unit and I needed a professional help. After finding the authorized Denon centers and reading the (mostly horror stories) reviews, I decided to give Bryan Balke a shot. That end up being a best move. In the end, he replaced 4 (1N4007) diodes, 1 (3.15a) Pico fuse, and an AudioVideo board (9U-210232).He said that he never have seen this type of damage done to a receiver in the past and he thinks that some kind of power surge was the culprit.Bryan was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. God forbid you ever find yourself in the same or similar situation with your Marantz/Denon AVR, I strongly recommend him.If he can bring my 8500 from the dead, he can fix any other receiver. Like they say, you don't know what you are missing until it's gone. Boy, am I glad I got my receiver is back and working properly. Great job Bryan!
Dave Marstall: Brain was very professional and great to work with very speedy will go back in the future
Tim Clark: Great service and very friendly. I will use him again if the need arises. Thanks much Bryan!. (replaced transport belt on Marantz SA11S1).
Randy V.: The problem that my Marantz NR 1200 receiver had in the most recent incident was the same issue it had seven weeks earlier that made me send it to AudioMart and resulted in Bryan resolving the issue by reinstalling the firmware. When the firmware again became corrupt, I called AudioMart and Bryan readily shared the 3-button firmware reset procedure, again correcting the problem, and saving a lot of inconvenience and about $67 in shipping. Terrific service!
For Freedom: Fixed my Yamaha Amplifier when I thought it was a lost cause. Just gained a customer for excellent work. Thanks.
George Klepacz: My cat had an accident on my Denon receiver, shorting something out on the inside and a local repair shop told me it wasn't worth getting fixed because they problem would migrate from board to board and cost me more than buying a new reciever. To get the equivalent of what I had would cost almost $2000 nowadays so I was very discouraged. Someone in an online forum pointed me to Audio Mart so I called them up. I'm really glad I called because they told me it shouldn't be a problem to fix and to send them my Denon. I do feel bad that it was a gross fix but they assured me I wasn't the only "cat" repair recently. I had my unit back, all repaired, looking nice and clean on the inside in about a week, for a really fair price. I'm very happy to not have to listen to TV speakers anymore, and with all aspects of dealing with Audio Mart. Highly recommended.
LARRY DC: Brian has completed 3 projects for me this past year and they all sound Amazing. The SX 790 I picked up today powers as if brand new. He also serviced a Sansui 5000 and my Sansui TU 9500 tuner. He knows the equipment and good at explaining things. Very lucky to have a professional tech this close to home. Not many left.3.20.22 Editing this review to add to this list. Bryan recently returned to me my Pioneer SA9100, Fisher RS 2010, and Technics SL D202. All play as new and a joy to listen. Thanks Bryan.
Michael Eastland: Brian you are the BESTThank You
A.W. Carpenter: I brought my Yamaha stereo in for service on a Wednesday and received it finished the next day. It is a bit hoardish in there but service was excellent. Customer service was even more excellent and turnaround time unheard of. Thank you so much!
Tom Trent: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessGreat Service! Great Communication! Bryan answered all my questions and made suggestions about servicing an older Denon AVR with 7.2. The older AVR has a 2nd life. Highly recommended! Thanks Bryan!
mark brooks: I have been a customer for years and wouldn't trust anyone else to service my audio gear. The best
John Held: Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Leah Greenwalt: Best place for audio anywhere!
Troy Newhoff: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
D hunt: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueGreat customer service, goes above and beyond other shops! I was referred by a Co worker and now I am a life time customer. Honest fair prices and won't give you the run around! There is a reason he has a wait list!

Electronic Center: what do users think?
Taylor Ensminger: Worst customer service ever. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes in an empty shop with two employees in the back. No greeting. No “we’ll be with you shortly.” We left.
Dan Blanke: I had the most amazing experience today. I brought my vintage Yamaha turntable to Stan and the Electronic Center. I learned more in 30 minutes and was treated with such respect I thought I had returned to the 50's. Thank you and I recommend if you have vintage needs call these guys. I drove 200 miles and it was worth it!
Cynthia Schoenfeld: We waited over a year for anyone to give us an update regarding our stereo component. Received a call today to find out they can't fix it and still charged us $100. Do not recommend
James Wright: I have taken several units into electronics center over the years, these guys are on top of their game and would recommend everyone to use this business, excellent service and no hidden fees or shortcuts taken. A+ thanks for the great service on my gear. Thanks James Wright
Zack Mcmahan: I was told 6 months to get my record console in. This didn’t concern me because I viewed it as a good sign that they were so busy. That 6 months turned to 9. Still ok. When I finally got my console to them, they said the original equipment was not repairable. At this point I’m still completely fine and excited. Then they gut the console, (very shoddily). And install used equpminet, (very shoddily). Nothing has worked since the equipment was brought home. They gave me another ridiculous amount of time before they could look at it again. Mind you this is a large cabinet from the 60s. I spent $700 for them to destroy a priceless console, fill it with used junk that didn’t work, and the worst part is I can’t recover the original components now with hopes that some one competent could fix it. I ignored the bad reviews and suffered the consequences.
Barbara Davis: Very rude over the phone when we called to inquire as to some electronics we had and instead of just simply telling us they didn’t need stuff like ours the man we spoke with said, “We have nicer stuff in our store than junk like yours.” Very unnecessary and unprofessional.
Lynn Williams: Very Nice Business! Lots of equipment for sale!
Glenn Soucy: They always do great work, very knowledgeable
Larry Hall: Only place I would ever take my audio gear to be repaired.
Vince Sr.: Not the best customer surface experience. They are very busy and turned me away, which is fine. But did so in a profoundly unprofessional manner, very rude. Have done good work for me in the past, but I will not patronize or refer them again on principal. I just can't get past rudeness there is simply no place for it. :(
S Brodd: Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable service center for all things audio.
Steve Halvorsen: I have a big Magnavox console from 1975. They were able to tell me how to remove the turntable so I didn't have to lug the whole system in. They did some cartridge and stylus work and boy, this oldie but a goodie sounds AMAZING! Thanks guys!
Tim Swartz: Extremely happy with the price and the quality of service. If you value vintage stereo gear this is the place to have it fixed or restored.
Al Risden: This place really knows their products and how to bring old (and new) equipment back to life I have vintage equipment from the 70s and 80s that is in need of a little TLC in most cases, and have had success with Marantz, Yamaha and ADC equipment so far.
Joe Pearson: Stan and his team are consummate professionals and do excellent work.I have a 25 year old power amp and high end vintage speakers that aren't made any more, but they were able to repair them like new. Im so happy I went to Electronic Center instead of giving them away! I'll go back to them for all of my audio questions or repair needs. We are very blessed to have this level of expertise in Overland Park!If you have high end stereo equipment that needs to be renewed like I did, you can't do better than Electronic Center. A+
Jim Drummond: Their techs replaced the rotted foam in my dad's JBL speakers from 1985. They inspected and soldered the crossovers, too. Great job. They were backed up and took a month to get to it, but that didn't cost them a star.
JC Mack: Stan and his Techs get my top rating for being fair, timely, honest, and knowledgeable. I needed repairs to my Harman Kardon amp and turntable. Both units were returned to me sounding and working better than they had in 30 years. I am very impressed and very satisfied with Electronic Center.
Paul Stotts: I went to this shop this morning. I had a TV that needed speakers installed. I didn't had the tool to get the back off the TV as I don't have many tools. I figured if I stopped in an electronics store they would have the tool and I could get the job done. I drove several miles out of my way to go to a shop in downtown Overland Park, someplace I figured would have friendly staff. I was wrong! The employee told me that it was a standard tool and told me to go to the hardware store to buy one. I stopped in this store with the intent to fix my TV, and see if I could find a speaker box. How hard would it have been for this employee to allow me to use the tool to get the back off my TV? Apparently it would take up too much of their time and put too much wear and tear on their tool. Thanks a lot for nothing this morning. I will never be returning to your shop.
Jacob Hopkins: Brought in a Rotel RMB-1075 amp and they had it fixed without issue in a few days. They have a lot of tickets in their queue most of the time and offer rush servicing for an additional fee (which I opted for). Nice guys, quality work.
Lynn hornberg: I picked up Magnavox console record player today and have been listening to records all night!! It took along time to get my console in (7 month waiting list) but only 3 days to fix. Very happy with it, well worth the wait! Thank you very very much for the awesome work!
Jim Carpenter: Best place in Kansas City area to get vintage stereo equipment fixed. Great people and very Professional.

Custom Audio Creation: what do users think?
Adam Dutcher: Always kind, honest, and respectful to customers.
aire witt: Love Custom Audio. If I could give them more stars I would. From start to finish, they listened to what I wanted, went over the different options with me, gave me their opinion on which stereo and back up camera would match what I wanted. No pressure. They hooked me up with an awesome stereo in my BMW and the back up camera has a picture that is so clear and wide. Completely amazing group of people work there. Even when I had to go back to get some help with the speaker sound, they were the best. Definitely worth every penny and some of the best customer service I have experienced lately.
natekelly Knapp: Window tint looks great and will be back for audio!
Jon Prue: They did a remote start on my wife’s car and were very honest and the front office staff was very professional and courteous. Very happy.
X- Jay'900: They earn their revenue, and then make 70% profit. aka, they charge 3x the amount of everyone else in the area. They continue to post the same green car for marketing... goto national audio and sound or goto aztek audio, or even family video...
Levi Campbell: Amazing team! Extremely flexible with schedule and budget to optimize my car audio goals! I didn't have much experience with car audio but I felt like I could trust the guys to come up with the best overall system while at the same time not overselling with things I didn't need. A+++
Nicholls Performance Transmissions: Great guys. They’ve done a few high end vehicle stereo systems for me. Very happy
scott johnson: Absolutely love the chameleon wrap they put on my bike. Great price and service.
Dayja Hall: 10/10 highly recommend! The owner is knowledgeable & the price reasonable. I got my Jeep lifted & it looks amazing & was done quick & accurate. If you’re thinking about it just go ahead & book it.
Eric Flood: Bought my subs through Tim at Custom Audio Creation paid for a certain pair of subs but they only had 1 in stock and he actually gave me a set of more expensive subs instead. Professional, polite, courteous and ready to help
Better Rebuild: Great experience friendly service !!
Mona Wiggins: Wonderful people to work with. They take time to explain everything and very patient with you that's what we all need is patience.🙏
CCheesezy Cuisine baked goods to go: Well don't get me wrong I went to this company to get a speaker system hooked it up nice sound good even get compliments off the sounds that's not the problem the problem is don't use no leasing company with this company I really should have just paid the full amount cash right then do not agree to do the leasing company it's good to be blessed cuz now I got to pay an extra $800 on Plus on what I already paid and really I already paid $1500 and that's what the work was done for now I got to pay an extra $800 do not believe in the leasing company don't get me wrong they did a good job with my sounds but do not do the leasing company you will regret it
Kross Atchison: Had a custom set of headlights wired up from Tim and his employee last year and ended up having problems from the company that made the headlights (swlights). I thought at first it was an install error at first but it was a wiring error from the other company. Tim had his employees troubleshoot the electrical problem and even talked with the owner who made the headlights and explained the problem there were running into with installation. 5/5 Tim was helpful during this headache of a situation and the quality of work I recieved was good as well.
J Brown: I had a head unit installed in my F-150 yesterday. I was really concerned about my OEM features working with the new head unit and they assured me that there eould be no problem. I love the product and their work! Very professional and quick. Will definitely be back for the next step in building my sound system.

Jayde Ash: They did some work on my car .Great staff very friendly
