Arleta Davis: Shopping at Dillard's is depressing. The prices are for the well off...no bargains there unless a purse on SALE is 200 dollars..gee whiz do they know that one apple cost a dollar? But good merchandise if you can afford the price.

elevaTOURS (dieselducy): This is an awesome vintage department store. I came in here to film the elevator. They have an awesome 1974 Montgomery elevator that is glass. Only reason this is 3 star instead of 5 is because an employee gave me very dirty looks for simply appreciating their vintage elevator. She also followed us around the store as if we were shop lifters or something after we rode the elevator. Apart from. That. The store is clean and very well stocked as well. Also clean toilets as well.

Shan Willis: Great service and sales associate in the Men’s department.

Wendy Markham: Store associate went out her way to help my wife find a dress. Shay said it was her first day. My wife and I were very impressed.

Cassandra Watts: I did not go to dillards but I did go to the Independence center which is what that is showing but I went to the survey place across from and we went to pet land

bayleigh nelson: Awful staffing (only one woman, the rest were fine) working near the hey dudes shoe department. My boyfriend and I checked out with our paid for merchandise. I called him over to look at another item I was considering purchasing when this staff member approached us with an officer and accused us of stealing “a plastic bag”. I think this woman was on drugs or heavy medication she was mumbling and incoherent. When she realized she had made her mistake , she was unapologetic and rushed us out of the store. Needless to say this woman was uneducated and knows not what a “thief” is, due to the fact that we paid for our items. We will never shop or spend money at this store again( most likely will return the items bought as well). Try not to look too suspicious existing or they will call the police. I will pray for the future shoppers of Dillards to not get caught in the cross fire of this woman’s stupidity 🙏🏽

As her son, I was not sure how we would do.Alisa R. took her around looking at different styles and answered all her questions and helped her in the fitting room. She spent a good 30 minutes with her. She was exceptional.It was extra nice getting the personal service, as Mom used to work at Dillard's decades ago. She left happy.Thank You again!

Katie Queen: I strongly urge you to be weary purchasing anything of value hear again. We did not receive several hundred dollars worth of merchandise in the package delivered and was told there was nothing they could do since the weight of the package matched the weight of the merchandise coming out of the warehouse.So incredibly disappointed being liable as a customer for theft prior to it being delivered to my door step.The lack of effort in helping me throughout this situation was so saddening. Just a quick “sorry” was all they had to offer before letting me know there was nothing they could do.I’m never one to write reviews but this is a situation I simply can’t get past.

Demographically stereotyping consumers because they mispriced items and then not honoring the inaccurate pricing that THEY the store placed is a problem. I've been a card holder for years and I'm very disappointed in this process. Instead of purchasing what I was going to, I decided to end the transaction for the rest of my items and make my purchase elesewhere.

What a great selection of women’s shoes!!!I bought way too many - but we’re all those forever type of boots, all at great prices!Literally I bought 4 pairs of just black boots : the rain boots with fuzzy lining, the sexy tall boots, the casual chunky doc martens, and the dressy black boot - ridiculous, but so worth it!Also found a great pair of brown outdoor style house shoes.I had never shopped here before, and I was so shocked to see such great selections.Purchased a neat gold necklace and I have worn it everyday since, even showers - and it’s perfect condition!The employee, McKenzie was so friendly and fun to chat with during check out.She made sure all my shoes were matching in size… and I just appreciated that since I don’t even live in the state.Thank you so much!
