It was a chance meeting that he answered my call late one evening as I was in a frantic search for the perfect Rolex for a special anniversary gift for my colleague. While fascinated with Rolex, at the time admittedly was a novice in this search. He quickly captivated my attention with his wit, connection to St. Louis, and time in explaining this crazy phenomenon of purchasing on the spot. He told me it was unlikely but if something became available he would reach back. By noon the next day he was connecting with me to see how I was doing with my search and had a special Wimbledon time piece that had arrived. I was sold instantly on his service and attention to detail. When I arrived a month later to pick up my masterpiece he captivated my attention again. They took one look at me and seemed to pass judgment that I did not belong there. Most of the sales associates left the floor and went to the back not to return. Oh well their loss as I made my purchase elsewhere at a jewelry store that DID want my business and was nice and welcomed me. I will never ever go back to this place as I do not wish to give my business to peoplewho are not respectful and feel they are better than me. I will also never recommend them to anyone else. ALL people are potentially customers and by treating them as if you feel they are beneath you then most will leave never to return. Why spend your hard earned money at a place where people act like your not welcome? Just NOPE!
Andrew Mitchell: Stopped by Drenon Jewlery a few months ago to look at their watch selection and was greeted by Steve. Steve couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the watch brands they represent and he spent nearly 3 hours chatting and helping me understand the specific models and brands. I decided on a particular watch and Steve assured me if I gave him some time he would make it happen. Fast forward less than two months and I received a call from Steve that there was a watch that arrived if I wanted to have a look. He originally said give me a few months but I could not believe he made it happen in less than 2 months. Steve and the staff don’t just treat you like valued customers they treat you like family. Steve spent over an hour talking with me about Rolex and the history behind the brand. It gave me excitement for the brand and hope that I would truly have a chance at acquiring my dream watch. I stayed in touch with him, would visit the store and text him from time to time with questions about watches which he was always quick to respond. Today I stopped in for one of my visits to check out his great display only to find out that my watch had just came in! It was still in the box that it and a few others were shipped in. Jose helped me try it on and made sure it fit perfectly while Steve was activating the warranty. From the first day through delivery I could not be happier. The folks at Drenon are kind, professional and now life long friends! This is the only jewelry store I will ever use from this day out!

Kailey Jones: I was just at the Lenexa Jared and walked out (before my rings were cleaned and rodiumed) because of extremely poor customer service. I was on a time crunch (which I made you aware of) and I had to ask you if you could speak to the jewelers on how quickly the rodium and inspection could be completed. I was told to call around 3pm to check on the status before I drove back to Jared. I requested a call and was told they don’t call to tell people when their repairs are complete. I asked for my rings back so I could go to the Independence location because I wasn’t impressed with the customer service and was told a very shallow “I’m sorry.”. No, he wasn’t sorry - that was apparent by his tone. Overall, very poor customer service and experience. I suggest going to another Jared in KC instead of the Lenexa location.I drove straight to the Independence location and am currently having a great experience!

I brought them my grandmothers wedding band in and found out that there was extensive work that needed to be done before I lost diamonds. I was devastated to learn and broke down crying. Ashley told me about some options I had and ultimately after many tears and discussions with my mother I decided to see what redoing the ring completely while keeping as much metal and all of the diamonds her and Teresa sat with me for 2 hours designing the most beautiful ring set. For the first time in 20 years the ring is off my finger and I felt confident in letting them take it for repairs and redo I can not wait to have my grandmother back with me in a few months thank you Ashley and Teresa for all the care and support and understanding the sentimental value this has for me and my family!

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?
Jason Ballou: I brought my car in for an oil change. When they finished, for no apparent reason, they turned on my headligit's and left them on for several hours draining and damaging the battery. As a result of the damage, the battery would no longer take a charge or even allow you to jump it. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility, insisted that the battery must have been damaged before I brought it in and that they could not have possibly damaged it by fully draining the battery. I pointed out that the manufacturer's website specifically says that fully draining the battery will damage it. They still refused to acknowledge any fault and said that all they could do was show me another battery. This took an hour and a 1/2 from the time that I arrived to pick up my car and resulted in me not being able to pick up the dinner than I ordered for my family and myself. Not only did they screw me over on the battery that they damaged, but they also screwed me over on the meal that I could not get a refund for because the restaurant closed while I was waiting for them to get this fixed.

But anyhow you get to be yourself here you don't have to act better then anyone else here .

We had to hand wash everything we bought after coming home because it caused our entire purchase to smell. We're literally wondering if someone died on the truck that had the bags or maybe a super smelly person napped on the shipment of bags?? Either way, something's horribly stinky.

He told her he was renewing an old account she had and was not impacting or running he credit. LIAR!He was overheard telling an employee he was training that open a card on everyone so that they get their bonuses -And that no one ever complains. The inquiry an new account lowered my wife’s 805 credit scoreTo 785 which the inquiry and new account will impact for 2 years minimum.I am pursuing legal action against Kohls and their employee Collin for fraudulent credit activities.BUYER BEWARE IF YOUR CASHIER IS A HEAVY SET, MALE WITH GLASSES AND GOATEE LATE 20’s and is named COLLIN ask for a new cashier and under no circumstances let him run you for a card.

Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I feel like the complimentary services like ring cleaning has changed and am quite disappointed with the time it takes to simply clean your ring. I am not sure exactly how busy this place is, but we dropped by on a Sunday to see if I could clean my ring as we were in the area running errands. We were told an hour...Before, we'd visit the Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis and ring cleaning took as short as 10-15min. I can understand if such policies have changed since the time we purchased my ring or maybe it was because they were busy?! (Not many customers in store at the time requested) but I had hoped to get my ring clean without having to wait an hour. I also believe you get what you pay for and if we are going to invest several thousands, the service should be superb. We left disappointed as we didn't have the time to stick around.

spencer moore: I have an Old ring from my great grandmother made at Tiffany’s in New York, and I wanted to buy a matching set of Tiffany’s Earrings to impress my girlfriend. They had a beautiful set for a cheap price 10/10 I recommend Tiffany’s in general the Store in Kansas City is amazing!
Tanya Clark: My friends and I were in KC and on a whim stopped in the store. We were in shorts, ball caps and flip flops for our drive back to DSM. The staff still cheerfully greeted us and provided us with great service. Kudos to the staff for not judging us by our appearance and providing us with an excellent shopping experience!
Yang Zou: In store service is great. Sales reps are professional and nice. However, if it turned into service orders that go to their NY service center, things changed. Your order will be slow and delayed. Covid19 is part of reasons, but why other jewelry stores can catch up and have a quick service lead time , but not Tiffany's?

Entropydemic: Probably the sloppier of the Wal Mart stores I've ever been to, but to be fair the amount of people constantly roving mindlessly about and the nearby poor district must make it hard for the workers. Also this might be the reason the people that work here are short with you.

She discriminated against the elder and then stopped bagging our product to take a 30 second pause to text someone on her cell phone. She obviously hates her job and I would never want someone like her at the face of my company. Ghetto.
