Kelly Rowe: Took company truck in. Needed fender, bumper, tail light. 4 days is done. Pick it up to see bumper and tail light not done. Was charged for bumper labor but no bumper because it wasn't ordered. They replaced tail light and reimbursed bumper labor. I then figured out tail light strobe wasn't working. Solution, they'll order the bulb and let me know when it arrives. I've called 3 times, no bulb. Its been 3 weeks. I have to take to another place because strobe light not working is in violation of company standards. End result, no bumper, no tail light. And a lot of hassle.

Ernie Jones: Completely unprofessional and will not stand behind their work. This car was red when I took it to maaco they were paid to paint it blue. As you can see from the pictures below the quality is very poor. When they look at the car they say it's fine. Adam Hoffman is the manager and never answers his phone when you call. The car is currently in their shop and they say it's ready for pick up. As you can clearly see it's not complete. I explained to them that the old color should not be seen and they claim it's not showing red at all. Door jams were paid for and complete paint job. Adam Hoffman says it will cost $8k thru $10k to cover what they were supposed to paint. Remind you all that the paint job was paid for in full already. Stop by and ask to see the supposed to be blue magnum with red showing magnum for yourself at the 291 store in independence mo 4/9/2022. Don't waste your time or money with these crooks!Service:Painting

Alex Grammer: I received my car back on 6/6/23 when started I would have it back 4/26/23 it took 7 time of them repainting not only that but every time they would state my car was done it would look awful something that a body shop would notice. my car had a scrap from getting sideswiped that should of only taken a week to be done. Not only did the outside not look good but when I did received it was dirty inside after the GM Justin stated “we will do a full interior detail because of your inconvenience”, and that in fact did not happen. Had there former painter make rude comments to me and tried to belittle me was every unprofessional.

Destiny Andrews: I took my car in to Auto Beauty Center to be detailed and have my windows replaced. I received some of the best customer service from them! We had a slight issue with my vehicle not being ready on time and Brett Starr allowed me to use a company vehicle because I needed to get my daughter to basketball practice! Not only did he do that he took the time to interact with her and show her some of his basketball moves! (He used to play college ball). He was super friendly and outgoing.Today when it was time for me to receive my vehicle back a man named Ray was bringing my car to my home- I apparently dropped my car off with very low gas! (Bad habit of running on low gas lol) he put $5 in my tank of his own money! I of course had no cash on me and I plan on bringing him back some money, altho he declined wanting it back. It was just so kind of him to take money from his own pocket. Kim Bogue: I am extremely disappointed! I had a collision repair and they did a very poor job I still have a dent in my trunk and now my trunk is getting water in it! I took it back bc of the leak and they said they fixed it but I was only there 20 min so it not likely it was fixed that fast. They lied and said they sprayed it with a hose and it didn't leak so I went home and just dumped water from a pitcher and it got wet again! They adjusted my drivers side door for no reason it wasn't even part of the repairs ordered and now it sits offset to the rest of the doors and is very noticeable. They left the inside of my car full of dust and foot prints in my trunk which is unacceptable considering they have a detail shop on property. I wish I could have given a better review but I am not happy at all I should've went to Cable Dahmer collision center like I had planned. The second star is just for how nice they were at the front desk very professional. But don't go here

Michael Young: From the time that I got an estimate to the thine that they were ready for my vehicle to the time that I got it back was less than 2 weeks and half of that was them waiting on me to either bring get insurance approval and bring it in or pick it up. They were fast, friendly, efficient, thorough, helpful, thoughtful and did amazing work, even offering most of my old parts back in case I wanted or thought that I might need them for the future. I will definitely be back when the need arises!!

John Voss: These guys are the best, as someone who had never painted before they walked me through the products and steps to pull off a professional job. Joe always had time for my questions and did a great job matching the paint to my project. I had other paint suppliers in my area that were closer to home but the service at Auto Color always made the drive worth it.

Justin Garrett: I took my Geo Metro here maybe a year or two ago. The car had a ton of rust issues and for the dealership to fix it they were saying it was going to be close to $10,000. I looked around to see if I could find someone cheaper because I was mainly just wanting the surface rust fixed/replaced and I wanted it to be long lasting. This place was recommended by a family member. I was told by the Chevrolet dealership puttying rust was not a long lasting repair but the owner of this place made it sound like it was and it wasn't any big deal. Based off his years of experience I chose to believe him. Anyways I paid them $3,000 to go over the car and clean ALL the rust of the car and replace the rocker panels as well as anything rusting away. Initial quality wasn't too bad and the car looked fairly nice but there were areas of rust he never fixed. I took the car back not once but twice for this issue. The owner proceeded to get lippy with me about it. He did "fix" those areas with putty but tried to make it sound like there was nothing he could do and the car continuing to rust was just the way it was going to be after he promised me the moon before he got my money. This annoyed me. When I originally asked him about a warranty he said just take care of the car and they would keep fixing it. That sounds good and all other than when I brought it back twice for stuff he didn't fix the first time he got annoyed and got lippy. The car still looks fairly nice but the areas he puttied are starting to rust through again so in the next year or two I'm probably going to have to pay someone to fix it right. Definitely not going to be this place. They charged me twice as much as Maaco quoted me but I was worried about the long term quality so I was hoping to pay a little more to get better quality here. Didn't happen and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Only gave them two stars instead of one because they did fix the two spots they missed when I brought it back. It's places like this is why I advocate using dealerships.

Melissa Taylor: You did some work for my boyfriend and i and it has been an ongoing complete nightmare. Absolutely the worst! I couldve done better fixing it myself! Our car was better before you "fixed"! Where to begin....the paint was bubbled up and looked like a high school shop class couldve done it, the trim work was not straight and falling off, the door handle did fall off, there are smudges and scratches everywhere including places on the car that shouldnt have been touched, the wiring to the lights in the inside of the car arent right, the door panels are bowed and not right, several clips around the car are broken or missing and then the absolutely most disrespectful customer service ive ever witnessed! You had the car for weeks and very little communication and what was communicated was lies. The entire experience was awful! So unprofessional! I wouldnt suggest my worst enemy take their bicycle there! The only way i would improve my rating is if they actually had someone there that new what they were doing and could actually make it right! We have given them the chance to fix it and it cane back even worse! It really is unbelievable! The first time they had the car they cut corners and did trash work with no effort, the 2nd time they did worse work and put effort into making it even worse! It was a nice car that alot of time and money has been put into it by a single dad on disability and they had no reason to do that. He was hit by someone else and it shouldve been an easy fix. Its just heartbreaking. So one star is many stars too many for that place.***it isnt right that you use the reviews of a place that is no longer open as your own. It is lying to consumers and customers that do their part to protect themselves from people like this. Riding the shirt tails of someone that obviously worked hard and valued customers and running them into the mudd. Thats sad.*****Just fyi.....you must register your business with Google so you will only have your reviews and not those of the previous owner. THAT'S HOW GOOGLE WORKS!! YOU DONT JUST AQUIRE REVIEWS FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER! As im sure you are aware lol***hope you have registered with google as the owner. An honest fella like you surely doesn't want to lie to your customersIt breaks my heart everytime I see how much damage this guy did to our car. It was much better with the wreck damage. I am a college student and expenses such as getting my car fixed up aren’t always super accessible but they were more than willing to work with my budget! They got it all done in about an hour and I watched as they persevered trying to get my hood latch to line up! Wonderful customer service as well! Erik Lalande: My insurance referred me to this business after getting side swiped and needing two new doors and some body work. Initially my experience was positive, they were quick to get me in and communicated well throughout the repair process, but my car ended up being returned to me with multiple issues that were not present after my accident.I ended up bringing my car back into the shop to let them attempt to fix the issues, but they were not able to, and wanted me to pay for an out of pocket diagnostic from a Honda dealership. My insurance was not able to assist either, as the issues were not present until Crash Champions touched the car. One of the issues was obviously related to the new door that Crash Champions installed (the door cannot be unlocked from the outside sporadically), and the other issue was due to Crash Champions removing the front bumper and putting it back on again after the insurance would not cover a new bumper (a very loud noise from the bumper when I drive on the highway). Both are very obviously due to the work that Crash Champions was doing on the car. I ended up having to bring my car into another shop and paying for it completely out of pocket.I would highly suggest anyone that is considering bringing their car here or being referred here by their insurance, to consider somewhere else. The convenience of letting the insurance handle the repairs is not worth the nightmare of dealing with a bunch of issues.Service:Body Trim

Family on a dime: Horrible service. Had my vehicle here to have body work done from a tree branch falling on my car. Had work done to only have body lines not lining up. After 2 months, the front bumper paint started to peel off. Brought the vehicle back to have them repair it. Its even worse now. Bumper doesn't even fit, paints scratched on car, headlight is rubbing on fender. When I went in to talk to them, they told me to call geico and they will handle it. I did deal with GM Cody. It felt like he didn't want to stand behind his work. Instead of finding a solution, he wants to find an excuse. Instead of fixing an issue, he would rather blame it on the car.Update. After a few months, I finally got the chance to really look at it. New bumper brackets, under hood decals that were supposed to be installed, never even got installed or put on. Everything was purchased and they had it in their hands.
