Kim Bogue: I am extremely disappointed! I had a collision repair and they did a very poor job I still have a dent in my trunk and now my trunk is getting water in it! I took it back bc of the leak and they said they fixed it but I was only there 20 min so it not likely it was fixed that fast. They lied and said they sprayed it with a hose and it didn't leak so I went home and just dumped water from a pitcher and it got wet again! They adjusted my drivers side door for no reason it wasn't even part of the repairs ordered and now it sits offset to the rest of the doors and is very noticeable. They left the inside of my car full of dust and foot prints in my trunk which is unacceptable considering they have a detail shop on property. I wish I could have given a better review but I am not happy at all I should've went to Cable Dahmer collision center like I had planned. The second star is just for how nice they were at the front desk very professional. But don't go here

Justin Garrett: I took my Geo Metro here maybe a year or two ago. The car had a ton of rust issues and for the dealership to fix it they were saying it was going to be close to $10,000. I looked around to see if I could find someone cheaper because I was mainly just wanting the surface rust fixed/replaced and I wanted it to be long lasting. This place was recommended by a family member. I was told by the Chevrolet dealership puttying rust was not a long lasting repair but the owner of this place made it sound like it was and it wasn't any big deal. Based off his years of experience I chose to believe him. Anyways I paid them $3,000 to go over the car and clean ALL the rust of the car and replace the rocker panels as well as anything rusting away. Initial quality wasn't too bad and the car looked fairly nice but there were areas of rust he never fixed. I took the car back not once but twice for this issue. The owner proceeded to get lippy with me about it. He did "fix" those areas with putty but tried to make it sound like there was nothing he could do and the car continuing to rust was just the way it was going to be after he promised me the moon before he got my money. This annoyed me. When I originally asked him about a warranty he said just take care of the car and they would keep fixing it. That sounds good and all other than when I brought it back twice for stuff he didn't fix the first time he got annoyed and got lippy. The car still looks fairly nice but the areas he puttied are starting to rust through again so in the next year or two I'm probably going to have to pay someone to fix it right. Definitely not going to be this place. They charged me twice as much as Maaco quoted me but I was worried about the long term quality so I was hoping to pay a little more to get better quality here. Didn't happen and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Only gave them two stars instead of one because they did fix the two spots they missed when I brought it back. It's places like this is why I advocate using dealerships.

Erik Lalande: My insurance referred me to this business after getting side swiped and needing two new doors and some body work. Initially my experience was positive, they were quick to get me in and communicated well throughout the repair process, but my car ended up being returned to me with multiple issues that were not present after my accident.I ended up bringing my car back into the shop to let them attempt to fix the issues, but they were not able to, and wanted me to pay for an out of pocket diagnostic from a Honda dealership. My insurance was not able to assist either, as the issues were not present until Crash Champions touched the car. One of the issues was obviously related to the new door that Crash Champions installed (the door cannot be unlocked from the outside sporadically), and the other issue was due to Crash Champions removing the front bumper and putting it back on again after the insurance would not cover a new bumper (a very loud noise from the bumper when I drive on the highway). Both are very obviously due to the work that Crash Champions was doing on the car. I ended up having to bring my car into another shop and paying for it completely out of pocket.I would highly suggest anyone that is considering bringing their car here or being referred here by their insurance, to consider somewhere else. The convenience of letting the insurance handle the repairs is not worth the nightmare of dealing with a bunch of issues.Service:Body Trim

Family on a dime: Horrible service. Had my vehicle here to have body work done from a tree branch falling on my car. Had work done to only have body lines not lining up. After 2 months, the front bumper paint started to peel off. Brought the vehicle back to have them repair it. Its even worse now. Bumper doesn't even fit, paints scratched on car, headlight is rubbing on fender. When I went in to talk to them, they told me to call geico and they will handle it. I did deal with GM Cody. It felt like he didn't want to stand behind his work. Instead of finding a solution, he wants to find an excuse. Instead of fixing an issue, he would rather blame it on the car.Update. After a few months, I finally got the chance to really look at it. New bumper brackets, under hood decals that were supposed to be installed, never even got installed or put on. Everything was purchased and they had it in their hands.

Was charged for bumper labor but no bumper because it wasn't ordered. They replaced tail light and reimbursed bumper labor. I then figured out tail light strobe wasn't working. Solution, they'll order the bulb and let me know when it arrives. I've called 3 times, no bulb. Its been 3 weeks. I have to take to another place because strobe light not working is in violation of company standards. End result, no bumper, no tail light. And a lot of hassle.

Ernie Jones: Completely unprofessional and will not stand behind their work. This car was red when I took it to maaco they were paid to paint it blue. As you can see from the pictures below the quality is very poor. When they look at the car they say it's fine. Adam Hoffman is the manager and never answers his phone when you call. The car is currently in their shop and they say it's ready for pick up. As you can clearly see it's not complete. I explained to them that the old color should not be seen and they claim it's not showing red at all. Door jams were paid for and complete paint job. Adam Hoffman says it will cost $8k thru $10k to cover what they were supposed to paint. Remind you all that the paint job was paid for in full already. vince russell: Have a 1988 Porsche 944(aka Baby) needed front spoiler repair after hitting a piece of metal on the highway. Upon trying to find a body shop to do the repairs, No one wanted to take on the challenge because of the Porsche brand and the age of my car(which was excellent condition) Caliber accepted the job, was able to schedule right away. Located replacement parts without difficult, and did modifications with excellent results. Work took less than a week. I am a happy camper!

We were able to limp the car to Kansas City where we would be visiting friends. Our friend David lives in Sugar Creek and suggested having Caliber inspect the vehicle. Once we were comfortable with Caliber performing the repairs, we left it with them, and we rented a car and continued on our trip. We later flew back into Kansas City to retrieve the car in December.
