Lee Black: The staff could not have been more helpful in my family research. They were so helpful we joined the Association as Life Members. The diaries and additio al historical data is very impressive. So much is currently digitized and available to the public. I would recommend anyone involved in genealogy or early Western history to consider contacting OCTA.
Melissa Shaw: The Museum in Independence is fabulous. Take time to visit it and see the movie. This really is the jumping off point at the beginning of the trail!

Andrea Clark: Snuggled in a nice nest of trees, atop an elevated part of Earth.. Harvest Hills is beautiful in the warm seasons. However.. This Homeowners Association is kind of Rocky at the moment. Some issues within the community have risen and there hasn't been much anyone has been able to do to find resolution. I do not speak for the community, I merely reside here. As a resident.. though be it beautiful, it is currently not ideal. It's got fantastic potential. I've even heard a pizza delivery guy once refer to it as "The Shire" suggesting it resembled the homeland of The Hobbits. With it's magnificent teradome homes, gently inside of the hills, It's a sight to see, considering it is just outside of two decently sized towns. Teradome houses are special, energy efficient, cozy places to live. This community also features a spherical home that isn't visible from the street. All in all, the community itself is darling, but the leadership committee could use some refreshing and updating.

Barrett Toups: Very good insurance plan. I have had GEHA for 11 years straight and haven't thought of switching to another company. This year I'm gonna to move to the Elevate Option from the Standard Option, now that a family member's health condition has stabilized. And in 2022, after a year of a pandemic and inflation, the rates did not go up. Amazing.
Steven Luster: This non-profit company pays $5.5 million a year to have their name plastered all over Arrowhead Stadium.
Jeremy Hill: They keep the place looking great!
Jodi Baker: This is very good insurance but I will not be with them after open season. I do not want to attend football games in GEHA Stadium and I won't. What are they going to pay to name the team? Are they going to call them the Geehaws? I am devastated and native american.
Kataneh: GEHA has the most incompetent staff. I submitted claim forms on March 4, 2020. As of today, I haven't been reimbursed. After emailing the CEO, I received a call for additional information which I provided. I followed up again today. They asked for the same information. I offered to help the adjuster to sort things out but haven't heard back. SMH

Dee A.: Expect long waits when calling customer service. Wait time on average are 45 minutes to an hour. Do not expect a call back if you choose to receive one instead waiting on line. I chose to receive one twice on different days and haven’t heard from a GEHA customer service rep. Oh, if you wait on the line long enough the call will eventually disconnect. Thankfully, I’m switching insurance companies, but they are all the same 🙄

Jameson Nunn: Great place for indoor soccer. They have leagues you can sign up for. Also perfect for kids sports. Basketball & Volleyball. All kinds of sign-up information. Shodan Solutions is also here, you can learn Aikido and self defense. They also have a VR gaming business you can check out. It's pretty cool.

Tony & Astrid Shay: We came for pick up soccer. Monday-Thursday 1-5pm. Really nice facilities. Only $5 a person. Waiver required for EVERY person who sets foot in a field or court. Clean. The picnic tables were a great touch as we “camped out” for a bit. They have facilities to rent as well. Personable front staff.
Chris Colner: Facilities are super skinny for indoor fields. Kyle is absolutely not the person that should be in charge of any league. He is very very unorganized and does not communicate well. He has parents sign waivers that protect his business but then will not train officials to protect kids on the field. I had signed up for u10 coed, we played against kids well older.If you are a coach looking for a league for your team I would not suggest epic sports center. Just so everyone that reads this understands, I'm not complaining because my team lost. My team got first place. I'm complaining about management, referee's, and concerned for kids safety. My daughter got pushed into wall while playing and hit head first. While multiple other kids got hurt while playing.

Numerous businesses before you reach the basketball courts 🏀 , a vast selection and nicely constructed food court, then the practice soccer ⚽️ fields! Impressive! What an asset to the community and the kids to develop and seek their dreams as athletes! Great job to all!
