Meisha Harris: First, I’ll like to say that Williamsburg Square Apartments lost out on a valuable tenant. I’ve left many voicemails & sent many messages through their website. I even scheduled to get a tour done today at 8:30 a.m. Sadly, no one answered the door. I even called again since I seen lights on and still no answer. If this is how they treat potentially new tenants then I can only imagine how their communication is with the residents that’s living there. Please do better because this is very unprofessional.
Andrew (MrJewBawls): My heating and cooling unit is 25+ years old and has not been working properly for months , my electric bill is 150+ extra than what it used to be. This is still going on and they refused to replace it, ive told them several times I can't keep up with the increase and get my rent paid, but management does not care cause on top of everything I have to pay 100+ in late fees to managementThis has become a horrible place to liveThey won't help you they will just keep kicking you while your down 👎
Andrew Hartley: My heating and cooling unit is 20+ years old , it has been not working properly and efficiently my electric bill has increased 150 dollars a month not including the late fees and they refuse to replace it. And said it's working fine. I've told management several times I can't handle all the extra payments because on top of this I pay an extra 100-150 dollars in late fees by management!!
Donna Bongiovanni: I have had them to clean my sink drain 4 times and my kitchen was like a pond for 5 days finally sent a company out to fix the leak that was coming from inside my wall that soaked my living room and now smells like mold Jill the manager said that it was my dishwasher doing it so they replaced it and now wants me to pay for it because she is putting the blame on me because of a dent in the dishwasher that was there when I moved in. Jill needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS the way she talks to people. Also cannot use the pool saying that they are waiting on a pump, I would NOT recommend anyone to live here please check their reviews before thinking about moving in these apartments!!!
Danielle Hartley: Apartments are nice when everything works properly, but my brothers AC unit stopped working right and they sent someone to test it , and they lied stating nothing is wrong, still cant keep his apartment cool (under 80) and they will not do anything to help. Stating there is a heat wave and everyone one is having trouble keeping their house cool. NOT TRUE ! my 2 bedroom house is keeping cool just fine , but maybe if the apartment complex didn't have 30 year old AC units, then they could keep up and keep a one bedroom apartment cool. Don't live here, the ladies in the office are trash and laugh in your face when you complain to them. It makes you feel like they are don't care about your quality of living, But I'm sure they go home to a cold house every night.
DaNasia Cooper: It's a horrible place to live a lot of break inns when it comes to vehicles. Jill is rude a refuses to allow illegal activities to take place on grounds. Someone drove on the property hit vehicles and we found out the company has no cameras even while doing construction on the property. Jill targets young residents and treat them like there dumb and have no rights. The air hasn't worked all summer.Slum maintenance men who can't fix things. Mold, leaks in the ceiling. This place care only about rent and the homeless is real bad over here.

Cordero Barba: I moved in somewhat recently and am very impressed with this place. First off i would like to say that the unit has wood like flooring in kitchen and bathroom that i loved. The closet is super spacious and room size is actually quite good size for a 1 bedroom. Lastly the experience with Lauren the asst property manager has been quite pleasant and even after I moved in she was quick to respond to any questions i had. I love this place. They are redoing the pool and it's already quite affordable. Check it out if you get a chance. Hidden Gem for sure!

Katelyn Bolinger: I’ve been wanting to write this review for quite sometime, but kept trying to give the complex the benefit of the doubt. After four years of misery, it’s not gotten any better. If anything it’s been worse. I’ve read through numerous reviews, and management always says that whoever has the issue is wrong, and the complex acted in a professional and timely manner. While I’ve never had them be “unprofessional” they are NOT timely. ( if they even address your problem) I dealt with a water leak in my ceiling for almost TWO years. I had a legitimate hole in my ceiling, and every time they “fixed” it, it would leak again. The current “fix” is awful, and I’m sure there is mold because they are not fixing the actual problem. I was finally able to get them to replace my floors, because nails were sticking up/ the old lament was pulling back, but the toilet wasn’t put back on right and I’ve had constant issues since. It leaks continuously, it floods often, to the point where it’s gone down through my neighbors vents. When maintenance came, he told me “ you know you could handle this yourself with a plunger”. The maintenance staff is clueless on how to actually fix anything. My sliding glass door broke 2 years ago, I watched him attempt to fix it and he said “ that’s as good as it will get, I don’t know what else to do.” It still doesn’t shut all the way and I’ve had to put foam in it to close the gap. My deck is rotting, I called on it over a year ago and was told it’d be fixed, it hasn’t. Are you surprised? ( I know the response will be that they are in the process of fixing the decks, but all they are doing is replacing the railing/ support boards, nothing else. )The squirrels in the attic are AWFUL, I’ve called on them as well and according to management they’ve been taken care of, I even walked down a video of how loud they are and was told they “heard nothing”. The pool is filthy, always. It constantly gets closed if it rains too much, or they can’t get the chemicals right. No one cleans it. Just zoom in on the pictures of the pool to see how dirty it is, or all the holes in the wood of the siding. And yes, they’ve been replacing it for almost a year, so hopefully that won’t be an issue for future resisdents. There is a step going up to our apartments that is forever broken, and they are always “ fixing” it, but it breaks almost immediately after. I’ve talked to a number of my neighbors who have multiple issues, that are never resolved. Remember the leaking toilet? I called on it a few days ago( and three other issues)maintenance came in, didn’t do a thing. When there is clearly a wet towel around the toilet from the leak, all they’ve done is just fill it up with pieces and caulking and call it good. I’ve even made “work orders” that haven’t gotten fixed only to call check the status and to see no one had even put it in. There is either an issue with maintenance telling management an issue has been resolved, or they are aware it hasn’t, but say it has to protect themselves. I’m planning on calling the city, with all the leaks, there’s no way this is safe to live in, and management should be held accountable for not taking care of their tenants. As I write this, it’s raining and my ceiling that was “fixed” is leaking, AGAIN. I called and was told “ there are just some things our maintenance guy can’t do very well”. I have been writing this for a week, so here’s the update: their current fix was to just spray texture spray on the ceiling where it was leaking. This place is a joke, Take my advice, and the reviews of MANY others, and do not rent from here.
Sabrina Tweedie: I lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half and moved out in November. I only moved out because my Fiance and I bought a house. I am finally getting around to writing a review! Personally, I thought that this apartment complex was pretty great. Anytime I had any mechanical issues, the repair man was immediately out there the next day to fix it. The office staff was always friendly with me. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was because my hot water tank started leaking a couple months after I moved in, which made my carpet very sloshy in the closet. It took a couple months for the new hot water tank to be delivered, but I was in constant communication with the repair man. And they fixed it as soon as they could. It is a smoking facility, so if you are not okay with that, I would recommend a ground floor because I had an issue with cigarette smoke rising to my apartment and I have horrible asthma. But, that is not the apartment complex's fault nor the office ladies, as it clearly states in the paperwork that it is a smoking facility. My garbage disposal went out, but was fixed the next day. The pool is not the greatest, but rent is not very expensive. So don't expect a luxury apartment complex. Some of these reviews just seem like the people didn't get their way immediately, so they got angry and left a bad review. Don't let that discard you. As long as you pay your bills on time and are nice and respectful to the workers, you won't have any issues.

Alpha Giga: Update. Staff have been leaving the roof door open causing the reinforced door to slam into the building where everyone can hear it, I keep contacting the property management, and the issue gets resolved but maintenance just does it again, this is a major health concern at least the high electromagnetic radiation is as it can cause one to get very irradiated to the point of death. If you choose to live here I strongly recommend a geiger counter and a hazmat suit for you and your whole family (photo in post)This place just keeps getting worse and worse, everything always keeps getting more and more run down, with all the mold, pests, poor management, a/c always broken, you are better off homeless than living here, but if you have to live here always make sure you have other places setup and your stay here is temporary. I never even wanted to go here anyway I wanted to go to hawthorn heights. Update my ceiling collapsed months back, (photo in post) and I was told that there would be a contractor that would come out, also that they would fix the debris, well after badgering them they finally did something, a temporary fix by screwing dry wall on (photo in post) but the contractor never came out, and they never fixed the debris, and not only that my carpet got wet and made the debris worse more reason to stay away maintenance won't help you regularly, it's only when it's convenient, to build false trust, when it's their job on the line, or after you pestered them about it, otherwise maintenance doesn't do anything, also one of the AC units caught fire in another apt in the building, and the fire dept. had to come out (photo in post), only showing more how the building needs to be condemned.
Angel Smith: I recently moved in and you can feel the love that compassion the managers are so nice and caring they go above and beyond to meet you where you're at and to help you not only move in but with any anxiety questions or concerns and I am so very grateful I thank God for this place and I think God for the amazing management that's here and the maintenance personnel.

Mike Meyer: Horrible place to live, they don’t fix anything my bathroom was leaking for over 2 months without them fixing it, someone cut my gas tank on my work truck. My shower has been backed up for 2 months now and they haven’t done anything about it. Jeremy the landlord is trying to take my 1st amendment right by saying complaining is a lease Violation, but in my lease says nothing about complaining. Another thing is I got a bad black mold problem that I have I’m trying my best to clean it up but the office will not do anything about it. Also they charge up to 120 bucks for the Utilities which is never the same amount month to month. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!!!!!!!!

We went a whole 2 months with a hole in the shower wall that happened because of the floor above us who had water coming down and corroding the walls. We couldn't shower for 2 months.... we had doors that fell of the frames because they originally only had one screw holding in eat bracket. The air conditioning units have mold in them which is a health code violation and they won't fix it. My poor mother is sick because the has to breathe air with mold in it. This place is disgusting and I will let anyone know to not move there. It's not healthy.

Aeriell Christensen: We moved out of the building about a month ago after 1.5 years and it was the worse living experience we've ever had. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The tenth floor is literally falling. We had cracks in our Walla's and ceiling from water damage on the roof. Every time it rained we had to put buckets on our floor to catch the water. The rain damage left mold that was never taken care of even after going to management every time it rained. The washers and driers were always broken on multiple floors. The building had constant break ins and auto thefts. When it got hot our unit got wasps in it, we never found out how they got in because we had to leave our windows closed. The air and heat are controlled by the owners and not turned on till its miserably hot or freezing. The building water was shut off at least once a month for repairs at hours at a time. The elevators went down when being over used and would take 2-3 days before getting fixed so 12 floors will use 1 which makes wait time enough to take the stairs. Than there was a bed bug our brake that took months for them to address. A police raid on the building for god only knows the truth about. Than right before we moved the building was in the newspaper( the examiner) talking about the building problems and health department involvement. I will not recommend these apartments to anyone. No I'm not a mad person I am a mother and wife who says this building is unsafe for families especially young children.

Danny Fisher: Currently leasing from this company and it is a nightmare. Even 1 star is a stretch. The home is NOT up to any standard that would be acceptable to lease to anyone. I moved from Texas to here site unseen with only the photos that were taken and video that totally misrepresented the size and quality of the home. Also upon move in the heat didn’t work, the back door was off hinges of sliding glass door, and the back yard was flooded due to a water leak that had been going on for over a year. Discovered now that the home hadnt been lived in multiple years (confirmed by the neighbors). Three and a half months in they finally fixed the hot water leak that was in the slab. My neighbors came and thanked me for pushing for resolution as the water made his side of the yard marsh like. The grass in the back yard of this home couldn’t grow due to the amount of water leaking at 1/4 gallon a minute per the leak detection company that was finally called in. Multiple times have tried to reach out to be told that whomever, different individuals and one time both individuals, that could help were in the hospital or in the ER.The fixed leak repairs required tearing out of the slab in multiple rooms (kitchen, laundry room, hallway, and bedroom closet) which has yet to be repaired. In my calculations for my rental time the leak lost over 26K gallons of water at one point, and no clue what the total was when finally repaired. They include my bill for water, electricity, and gas in my rent payment (never heard of that, but now seems like its a way for them to possibly get more money). My gas bill has been almost 300 dollars each month due to the hot water leak and it working overtime to keep up. I will not be paying that or any outrageous water bills.I am not sure of what my options are but I will be finding out. Absolutely a horrible experience from the start with this company.
Levi Donaldson: These guys are thieves and liars. They not only failed to fix the toilet that we had requested fixed, but left their lockbox on the front door for the whole year. After we moved out, they lied and said that we owed them money for doors that were never on the bathroom vanities, doors that were never on the laundry area, and blinds that were never on the kitchen window. The carpet was disgusting and stained when we moved in and they are charging us for those stains, too. Take plenty of pictures and videos if you get stuck with this company because they’re despicable and will try to scam you when you move out.
Tyler DeZarn: Extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone at this business. Left voicemails for my supposed person of contact but didn’t receive any calls back. Tried emailing but it took days for a response. Was approved for a rental property, to which they took off the market for a week or two, but ended up putting it back on the market. When I was able to view the house, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the rental property.Still haven’t heard back… but they want me to sign a lease. What a shame, they really do have nice homes.
Nick Medert: Beware, this company is a SCAM! Asks for money for applications which is normal. But what they don't let you know is that they already "accepted another application" who already beat us to the punch. They remove their listings, then place them back up week-after-week to see if they can rake in more money from application fees/background checks. They probably take in more money from application fees than actually renting out to someone

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CLOWNS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR POCKETS. $50 per person application fee and they tried saying they hold the right to raise the security deposit as much as they want in excess of one month's rent prior to move-in. Long story short they bait you into doing the application then try to screw you into paying thousands in "security deposits"

Justine Hogan: The house next door is owned by this company. They allowed a tenant to leave trash and furniture at the end of the driveway when they moved out. It has been there for WEEKS and the company refuses to pick it up. This house being purchased by this rental company is easily the worst thing that could have ever happened to our neighborhood. Every time we call about the trash, we receive the rudest customer service and are given the run-around. Do yourself a favor, pick a rental company that actually cares about their property.

They were suppose to have new carpet put in before we moved in that didn't happen and when it did happen we were given very short notice and had to move all of our belongings into the kitchen.The lawn wasn't mowed when we moved on and we received a very not nice notice in our mail box from a neighbor to get it mowed. We ended up finding someone to mow it because atlas said they couldn't find anyone. When it only took us a day to find someone and we had to pay for it.Then just this week we received a notice that out sewer was going tob e turned off and that we owed $230 we had no idea the water and sewer were separate bills and the owner of the house was receiving bull the bill the entire time. That's 7 months we've been living here and nobody contacted us about.Worst rental company EVER

Have never fixed anything I called about and my neighbor and I had to fix the privacy fence that rotted away and was laying in his yard.

We live next door to their property unfortunately and they never mowed the grass until we filed complaints with the city and called them multiple times to complain, only then did they finally had a company come out. Now the fire alarm has been going off non-stop for THREE days and we can hear it in our yard (horribly annoying to all the neighbors.) I’ve called everyday (“we’ll get someone out right away”) and here we are three days later and it still isn’t turned off. now I am going to have to call this city AGAIN on this property. If I was a renter I would be very wary of a company that doesn’t care if a fire alarm is going off in their property. Oh and a fun fact they totally photoshop the photos of the house to make it appear nicer than it is. I doubt what you see is why you’ll get. As a property owner it is a nightmare living next to their property that they clearly can’t maintain. And interestingly I called yesterday a number to complain about the alarm and and reached them but then the next day that phone number was shut off. Do you really want to rent from a company like this that is unresponsive and doesn’t maintain properties? Beware. Oh and don’t say we have confused with another company because we most certainly have not unlike the response to a previous complaint against them.

Christina Laytart: Let me start by saying this is the very same atlas property management that I self toured a home with my husband and children, so please don't respond with the same line that you can't find me or I must have you confused. Nope!After seeing a home, we applied for it and less than 1 minute after applying, I received a text that stated the property was already rented.... they moved our application (because they already took our money for the app fee) they tried to have us accept a home that they wanted way more money for and had way less space. They also renovate basements to have rooms with no access to the outside. They went onto say that we are approved but our credit isn't old enough (5+ years of rebuilding after a divorce) but it was a good number just not good enough. I have a 650 and so does my husband. They wanted another person's money for them to be a "guarantor" and sign the lease as well. For a rental?! We make well more than the 3x the rent, have no prior evictions, decent credit and no criminal history.This company is a SCAM! BEWARE! DO NOT WORK WITH COMPANY! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT REMORSE!I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM SCAM ARTISTS! YOU STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND WANTED MORE.
Abby Rae: Currently going through the WORST experience with this property management company. For some reason my lease got taken over by this company starting August 1 they didn’t have me in the system and I had no login until August 8 I login and have the craziest balance I’ve ever seen. This was not a new lease they just took over the property I guess I had charges for moving in, a deposit and all types of late fees but I have been calling every single day multiple times a day since August 1 trying to pay my rent. No one has answers, they blame it on technology which is false because I work in technology someone should have an admin login if be able to remove any charges from anybody’s account that are incorrect it’s very very simple and yet I login today August 22 and still have an insane balance. Nothing but lies and pure neglect. I am a tenant that takes care of where I live and I am always paying on time that’s why I always want my balance is to reflect correctly. I constantly get transferred to a voicemail and no one has yet to call me back with any type of updates this problem is not that hard to login and remove charges that are invalid. This company will NOT get over on me.

Bobo: I'm so sad for this business attempt and Idea.we had great people working there and the owners were cool however the management in charge they hired to run the face of the company....well that person tanked this company as he had no experience in this industry. If they had only asked staff about their experiences they might have learned who I know as far as Investors, owners, etc. ...I could have ran the company the way the current owners I directly work for need to see. But, when you don't care and only money is the goal, always remember, the universe is alive!! It see's, It records and It will give you back what your heart put in. I wish them all the best. Shan Shan Stevens: I would totally give them -10 stars if I could. I trusted them with beautifully renovated rental to rent out. The unfortunate 8 month I was with them, I was charged left and right for repair/maintenance for all kinds charging legs and arms. One day I was called by the previous owner of the home who I bought the home from. I was told that the PM never put the tenant's name for the water service, and the previous owner has been receiving the water bills, and he decided to cut off water. Of course, the tenant was without water for a day in the middle of summer. I am sadly disappointed and pls be warned if you are property owners looking for PM or tenant looking for a place to live. Stay away from Atlas!
Pecto's Pages: My wife and I have become unfortunate experts when dealing with property management companies and leasing offices. We both make decent money and have decent credit, however numerous companies have treated us like utter trash. (KC Home Buyers)And when we were at our lowest and most frustrated, Atlas saved the day.We applied for a home on Wednesday morning and got approved by Wednesday afternoon. The communication is AMAZING, the properties they manage are fairly priced and beautiful, and the service we get from them is actually a little jarring it’s so fantastic. (Shoutout to Jennifer, whose our contact- she is the standard others should be aiming for. Professional, kind, and prompt, not to mention hard working.)I’m looking forward to doing business with this company, and if anyone sees the reviews others have made on here and thinks otherwise, take my words and run with them! I’m not easy to please when it comes to customer service, and yet they’ve won me over. They deserve a much higher review score than the one they have. (I’ve also heard people have confused this Atlas with another one, so please keep that in mind when working with them)A+++

Chloe Foster: One Stop was amazing for us! We have a service dog and they took us under there wings and provided a great quiet community for us to live in! The process to get into the house was easy and since then any bumps in the road they’ve been right there to help. Example.. Christmas ev our water pipes broke… they were there with a crew less than an hour of waiting. On a holiday!!

David Bruno: Read before you apply!!!!!To preface this review: We are 8+ year, extremely clean and highly respectful home renters who wanted some answers and amends to One Stop's leasing agreement. I also had their agreement run past other property managers, some local, some who handle properties across the country.All agreed with our concerns and the poor terms and conditions of One Stop Property Managements leasing agreement.Here's what we received.The agreement is filled with lots of nickel and diming and too many loose terms that put the tenants at greater liability than they should be placed into. I'm also very appalled by the way we were treated over the phone: comparing the employee's personal rental agreement with theirs. I don't care that they agreed to a bad agreement for their peraonal rental. Their personal agreement does not affect or relate to ours. I wanted some reasonable amends and answers, and all we got was a lot of defensiveness.One Stop Property Management's rental agreements are horribly and lazily written. They don't include any linked referencing to clauses in their own agreement (good luck spotting them all), they are littered with loose terminology like "within a reasonable amount of time." They ask tenants to basically sign away their rights (not legal), allowing the landlord to enter the premises for any reason at any time ("usually with a 24-hour notice"). They ask that the tenants return the keys AND will still be charged $150 for lock replacement (even though by law you cannot force the tenant to pay a set amount pulled from a security deposit- only state that something will need to either be replaced or cleaned by the tenant). They state that the tenants will be billed $50 if the landlord has to answer inquiries from anyone requesting information about tenants, etc. The list goes on and on.I'm totally floored that anyone would be served such an agreement and wasted time, money, and a credit check on this.Hopefully, this review helps others.And I'm sure the negative review is worth a heck of a lot more than $150+ for the fees we incurred. Hopefully they do the right thing and try to address and listen to their prospective customer's concerns.
Rob Large: I will detail later when resolved. However till then I will say. I wished I would have read the reviews regarding their maintenance ethics. I’ve heard about unethical landlords but assumed it was just hyperbole. Folks One Stop made me a believer in reading reviews. They are sadly very accurate.Words I’ve heard so far regarding pipes freezing and not being able to keep heat in the home above 9 degrees of outside. “Owner is considering upgrades”. And “no one complained before”.Good luck if you have a maintenance issue. It might be considered an upgrade. If they are sending the same trade multiple times with no plan, they are just buying time to force you out.UPDATE…Still waiting for any plan to address. Pictures don’t lie. Notice in their response they didn’t say what they will do beyond “hours of communication”. Translation, I can’t argue the facts so I will talk about communication.The Broker/Owner can’t respond with anything to refute my very reasonable expectations of a landlord. But sure they have sent me emails, that’ll fix it.You will have the same experience, for any “upgrades”. My suggestion pay for a home inspector if renting from One Stop.Apparently working on a resolution with One Stop is a legal filing in court.UPDATE…Only response from the Broker/Owner to my questions to address the implied warranty, was contact my attorney. Folks they do not care. They charge 2 months as a deposit for a reason. They know they are unethical and will take a short term cash turn the property again, charge 2 months deposit. Wash repeat. It’s there business model. In the 4 months since we complained of ice inside of the home, frozen plumbing, broken fence, downed trees… nothing has been done. The Broker/Owner offered at no cost to let me out of the lease of course I’m assuming keep all monies paid. They have instead filed a court action after I accepted their offer. In their response to the BBB complaint the broker/owner states they offered to let me out of the lease yet they file a court action. I am counter suing for all monies paid to them. The Broker/Owner has no interest in addressing any issues. The Broker/Owner was offered all rent paid if he could communicate a repair plan. I received no response other than an eviction notice and talk to my attorney. No response to all monies paid for a simple plan to do maintenance.Compare that to their words in response to this review. Folks you’ve been warned. Insulation and wind barrier to keep the home above 50 degrees is considered a “upgrade” by the Broker/owner. Apparently, the next sucker to rent 12 Atchison Ct Platte City will learn, but atleast they will have someone to corroborate their ongoing assumed illegal activities at minimum or just plain slumlord attitude.Update….We had our hearing. They sued for almost three month’s rent. They lost. They are going to get a little over 1200 not the 7k they wanted. I wasn’t able to provide any evidence as my ask for a continuance was denied. Just by questioning them without evidence they lost. We had to move so my pics were in a box. Debating now whether to appeal. They are slumlords couple of notable moments from the trial. They testified, they rent as-is. As-in they have no responsibility to repair as it’s as-is. They quote the page and paragraph in the lease. Translate, we will decide what is too expensive to repair and then won’t because rent as-is. They admitted on record 33deg and ice indoors is not unreasonable.Business model is to charge 2 months for deposit and if you are late more than 10 days to evict, regardless of issue, the deposit will cover the rent till they sue under as-is.They are the living definition of Slum-Lord. Sue them you will win. Save your communication, email the owner Jim Carlson directly. He won’t do anything just provides proof of do nothing. Just remember one thing, they rent as-is. That’s is their goto defense. Mo law has a implied warranty. The home is not safe.
Kirsten Hubbard: The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. Upon moving in, there was a divider in the back that they refused to fix for SIX MONTHS. My neighbor, who was also a tenant, had to threaten to sue these people to finally get someone to come out. I had a few other maintenance requests that were cancelled, without being fixed and without being notified of. Upon moving out, I did EVERYTHING they asked. Took off work to clean the house spotless for 8 hours, paid a professional carpet cleaner to come out. House was spotless and they charged me for "severe cleaning" and so many other bogus charges. When I called trying to ask about all of the charges, they refused to speak to me and told me to send an email. Sent an email with no response. These people are the worst human beings. Please consider not going through this company for rental.

She has been more then helpful with helping resolve any issues including getting moved in, getting payments arranged, and any questions regarding my lease. I haven’t dealt with one stop much more then Racheal, only because I am simply able to get my issues resolved that easy. I’ve had bad experiences in the past so great job one stop!

Matthew Navarro: Terrible management, they made my wife cry because they wouldn't fix the 9 year old deteriorating carpet. Was lied to that the carpet was new, only to be told by maintenance that carpet was needing to be replaced a year later. Do not rent from them, it will save you so much sanity. Recommend going to Adams Dairy Townhomes.
