Aviance Roland: Lived here 1.5 no issues whenever there is an issue it’s fixed immediately. Front office is really good with communication very respectful great schools and walking distance to shopping.

Darien Mackins: i just moved into my unit 2/20/23 & during my move in that day it was roaches crawling all over my stuff i just moved in , i sent a email the same day & i took them over 24 hours+ to respond & nobody reached out to me i had to contact them , they sent a exterminator to do a treatment but honestly i could’ve sprayed raid & got those roach traps from the dollar store myself , i’ve seen at least 2 rats & keep in mind i’ve only been here 3 days today is 2/23/23 , i’ve asked for another unit & they keep avoiding the problem! all this happened and it’s not even 1 week into my apartment yet DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR TIME!
Roumell Bautista: Worst place you can ever live in. Thin walls, maintenance is never timely when requested, office responds to emails very late as well. So much shady things happen here. Our car was broken into once then months later our cars catalytic converter was stolen. Mind you, we park near the office too. Not a safe place to live.
Hailey Mallas: WORST PLACE EVER TO LIVE!!!The Landlords don’t communicate and lie! Due to their lack of communication and basic knowledge of their jobs it’s now fallen on my renters history!From the day I moved in I called numerous times about the apartment having bugs and basic amenities not working and breaking it was not fixed.It’s a dirty dirty place to live as well with dirty people.I was threatened multipul times and almost jumped in the parking lot and they still refused to let me move buildings.If I could rate 0 stars I would as this place has been ruined my renters history and put me into debt.Also their maintenance man Mike is a creep he would sit in my apartment for hours “fixing” what was broke and instead of working he tried to sit on the couch with me and talk.Not the mention the customer service is rude and it would take them 2-3 business days to respond to any phone calls or emails
Sheri Gambino: I've lived here a few years and not happy with the smoking, pot and chemical smells coming into the apartment the last few months. If you have asthma be careful moving here. We pay our rent on time and good tenants yet the smoke smell in our apartment is causing me health issues and my dog. They did put some notes on doors around us that stated its a none smoking building and it's not improving. I was told today to contact their security company that never comes out. About the smoke smell. Maintenance should have been sent to our apartment to investigate the smell. It's toxic and so strong that it's a health concern for my family.

A.G. The 3: You should only move here if you have nowhere else to go. Management gets 0 stars. Notcourteous at all. Maintenance guys are good people, just not very good at their jobs. When something is broken, you'll have multiple people come by multiple times without any notice or communication between themselves.... so be prepared to explain the situation 2 or 3x. Sidewalks never get shoveled when it snows so you're reflexes must be on point.

Cheryl Newhauser: This has been the WORST apartment I’ve live in. I do not recommend living here. The manager Taylor C. is terrible about communication, I have asked to get receipt from MY PAYMENTS to them and they fail to every time. I leave a note stating I need a receipt sent to me when they get the money and they just disregard me. This is so irritating and unprofessional, it’s not the first time something like this to happen.They have no communication!!!!!
Payton Bontz: Never once contacted us after our lease was up stating that we owed them anything. Couple months later I get an email from a debt collector saying we owe independence ridge apartments $600. AND neither the apartment complex or debt collector can tell us why we were charged for the things we were. Would not recommend as management is extremely shady and want to get as much money out of you as possible.
Bryce Hood: Have lived here at Independence Ridge since 2019 and I enjoy living here. Unlike some reviewers, I don't have any issues with noise, other than maybe the occasional "spring cleaning" with music playing, even at that, I can't complain because it's a rare occurrence, and I live in the 2nd floor. Any interactions with my neighbors are always positive. My only con is no laundry in unit, but water is included in the rent so that makes sense. There are laundry rooms in each building though, so that's a plus! To new people considering, I'd highly recommend checking out Independence Ridge :)
Kaitlyn Butler: The staff is rude and will go against the lease to get their way. If you have any issues, you will get no response. It is a "tenant is always at fault" environment. The only communication they provide is taking money from you, then ghosting when you confront them about unrecognized charges. Unit was deemed a safety hazard and nothing was resolved. Junkers, drugs, and filth are what this complex is best summed as. Do not waste your time, energy, or money.
Devious Uno: I didn't get to see anything they had to offer. Had an accident on the highway such backed us up. Still arrived at 12:45. Enough time to see an apartment. Was greeted by a young woman about in her 20's. She said she was going to check to see what she could do. She talked to us threw the mailbox slot, left us outside in 40 degree weather, until 1:00. As the lithe woman came and said it's 1:00pm it's too late we have someone else on the way. So we went to our car, while sitting there planning a route on Google maps. The other people that she said were scheduled for one. Showed up at 1:15 pm. 15 minutes late, same as us. She opened the door right up and let them in without either party having masks or social distancing. So needless to say we drove from by the airport to be greeted rudely, left in the cold, just to see others arrive late to be let directly in. They need to think about how they're running things and who they are hiring to do so. Waste of time do not waste yours.
Carl Williams III: Office ladies worked extremely hard to get all of my apartments issues fixed, due to the recent construction, extremely thankful for their hard work to get someone in and out to help us!
HeavyPanda King: Thin walls in the apartment. Not worth it at all because they are pet friendly and hear the dog barking and walking and every other obnoxious noise from outside as well. Good luck getting sleep here.

Maruth Thayer: I've lived here for almost a year and have had no real issues. Apartments are spacious for the price and the move in process was fairly easy. LOVE the online resident portal. Easy to pay my rent and get maintenance on anything I need fixed. Office management is super nice and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to rent that allows pets. Love that I am right by all the stores and restaurants along the 39th St area. My apartment backs up to the woods and I love being able to open my patio door when it's nice out and hear the birds.I see a lot of complaints about noise or whatever but all I can say is it is an apartment. You don't really get the luxury of complete silence or solitude. Other people live here too and have different schedules to adhere to. You will hear people walking up and down the stairs now and then. If you don't want to hear all that, move into a house out in the country.Even though I have now moved out, I am updating my review. I still really miss being able to walk to the movie theater and Barnes and Noble. Holiday traffic could be a nightmare sometimes. Had one or two crazy neighbors but it was always handled well by the private security company. Even though I did not move out under the best of circumstances, the office ladies always spoke to me with respect and understanding. Also let me know when my ex left the apartment a mess and gave me a chance to go clean it up myself so I would not get charged. Honestly this was the best place and I really miss it.

KISHA W: I lived here for 2 1/2 years and they were not the best of a living arrangement for me.....Pros: Quick/Easy to lease, Convenient location, Pet friendly, Maintenance is nice and timely, a place to rebuild credit or first apartment.....Cons: Not up-to-date, rental price does not match the worthiness of the property, dogs can poop wherever and no one clean up after their pets, if you’re a clean person stay away because people tend to just throw trash anywhere, not for long term housing, no washing machine/dryer in apartments, abandon wrecked cars in parking lot
Delicia Briggs: This is an amazing place to live . My neighbors are friendly and the office people are as well. When I put in a work order they come right out and fix any issues. I can’t speak for other people but I have had a great experience living here.

pantea pani: I lived at those apartments for almost 3 years, whenever I called office and try talk to manager, he was out of property.Thats not clean at all, we didn’t have laundry and dryer on our building and for most of other building was broken too, whenever I complained about that, they said use laundry from other buildings.When I was going downstairs, stairs broken and finally they fixed it after 2 months, we had to use back stairs .Cameras faked everywhere, they stole my license plate, when I called they said they are not able to look and help me.They didn’t give my deposit back at all.I don’t recommend to anyone.

Seth J: I rented here a few years ago - and after experiencing some other properties via friends and family or just renting myself, I have to say Cliffside Apartments is of higher quality when it comes to apartments.The amount of problems I've had with management and maintenance at other places has made me realize how well kept this place is.I think in my 2 years I had to have maintenance up twice in total for minor stuff(next to stuff like scheduled air filter replacements which I have found not everyone does, so Im grateful after the fact that they scheduled those)I never dealt with much noise or smells from neighbors, Management and Maintenance responds quickly. I felt like you werent overcharged for the apartment units you get.After experiencing so many issues with other places I look back at Cliffside apartments fondly. At least I never had to deal with constant flooding here, or the smell of sewage/mildew. Never had any bugs or anything really breaking down.On the rare chance they have a unit available, take it. Im slightly salty they are full right now because Id like to come back after my terrible experience at broadway ridge.
Holly Brwh: Love our place. Management and maintenance are really great! We will have been here for a year in September. Neighbors are great. Small dog friendly . All the dogs and owners I have seen are respectful.* Only thing I would change is our deck being painted and our air conditioner cleaned or replaced. Our air conditioner is probably the oldest one here though. It is the oldest one I have seen in comparison to the other apartments.

I have nothing but good things to say about them & would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Independence area. The prices are very reasonable & the apartments are spacious!
Hannah Shultz: I've lived here for a little over a year now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. They will do anything they can to make sure the apartments are looking nice and they always have a smile on their face. Very reasonably priced and the pool is included in the price, no extra charge!! I highly recommend this apartment to anybody who wants to live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
kyle lesane: My family andI have lived here 3 years and it has been pretty good us. After the 1st year our rent did not go up 2nd time only went up few dollar. The place is a dated but Maintenance is aware and does an outstanding job in my opinion in fixing the problem, rent is low and with that most ppl dont understand that means thing are limited. But again anytime something happen Maintenance is there with a fix and we love that, its really quiet around here never had a crime problem. The only thing that i would hope for in the future better laundry because we go to the laundromat weekly so maybe singlestack inunit laundry in the hvac closets or newer Machines in laundry room and a few grill areas but other than that this place is A1 i would recommend ppl move here Expresly if you wanna inexpensive safe area That still nice... And if u see Josh hi five him him and dom work really hard here and have stepped up, since our last Management situation
amber webster: I've been living here almost 2 years and I love it. The area is safe. The staff/maintenance takes care of things immediately if there are any issues. The new manager Josh is great. The rent is super reasonable. There are no issues with this place. I recommend living here. I know many of my neighbors who love it here too. It's also pet friendly and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for your pets. Grounds are kept nice, and the pool is awesome when it's open. I feel safe and comfortable living here.
Cam Faz: Apartments are not well maintained. BAD obvious repairs. Expect to pay for every little crack in the place when you leave. Including blinds that were broken & “fixed” when you move in. First floor floods. No comps given to run industrial blower 3 days straight, blew the elec bill UP.. using every towel & sheet I have to stop the water from reaching furniture. No comp for laundering them. Not the next time it happened either.Ceiling leaks from the outside as there is no flashing. Wall fills with water. Black mold. Window blows out during storms.Winter winds freely blow under, through & around all windows/doors. High util bills.Dumpster is generally over flowing.DV victims are EVICTED immediately. Regardless of no recurrence.

I taken her to small claims court. Judgement in my favor. To,remove me out of COLLECTIONS. 4 Dam yrs.passed. an was still trying to collect. After judge told her .court ordered .i DIDENT owe. SOLD my INFORMATION to collection..now I'm taking her back to court sue $1,000. Ea. Yr. $4,000.Dam. Cont trust no body.better get a 2 nd. Job..

They told me I couldn't pay months in advance because they don't allow that smdh. Glad I'm purchasing a home now to keep me away from fake advertisements.The office ladies are just as fake as their advertising.Blessings on blessings that I didn't NEED this community because some do.

Briyanna ryan: Management rude especially Deb. They just walk in your place after one knock. I called after hour maintenance because for some reason my lock on my door was hard to lock and unlock. I got off work and tried to unlock my door and my key broke in half and got stuck in the door. They told me that the only thing I could do was call a lock smith which I called to get a quote and it would be $200. They tried to charge for destruction of property because I banged the door up trying to get in.

Lexy: They never take any of your maintenance request serious. I’ve put in request for certain things to be done and they still haven’t and it’s been over a month. This isn’t the first time. Heck by the time they actually do come I’ve already either done it or found a friend or family member to do the work. Just pitiful. And they don’t care about their tenants at all!! Just trifling staff and owners. I wouldn’t recommend living here. The streets are cleaner than Hawthorne!!

If you decide to make this your home please realize the number of residents far out weigh the staff and you can remind the staff of what ever it is you need and still be KIND. Without Hawthorne I wouldn't be where I'm at today and I'm excited about my future! Just really wanted to give a shout to the Hawthorne staff. Thank you all so much for everything you do!
Fran Dorland: It's an okay place to live if you don't mind mold, cockroaches, and bed bugs. Most tenant do not request spraying for bed bugs so they end up spreading. There are drugs in the building and your vehicle gets broken into in the parking lot. One person had a hit and run in the parking lot if you just need a place to live it's a great place better than being outside in the cold or the Heat

Meisha Harris: **Long Review but soo worth the read**I have lived at Cedar Brook for the past 4 years. I’m moving into a new location in May and it’s very bittersweet. Cedar Brook has taken real great care of me for the time I’ve been here. Their amenities are great & I love how their units are all electric! Their staff, from those that work in the office to maintenance have always been very professional and helpful. One thing I’ll love to commend is how on time maintenance is after you put in a work order. They’re passionate at helping their tenants and making sure we are comfortable and at ease in our homes. After graduating high school, My first apartment was in the inner city in Kansas City , MO. It was always nosey, messy, and sadly I had to deal with rodents. I left that area and came straight to Independence, MO. When I think back to it, it wasn’t the plan to move East but I’m so glad God guided me to Cedar Brooke. I’m a huge advocate for your home being your peace and I struggled with that at my first apartment. I prayed hard for guidance and a sign & Cedar Brooke was exactly what I needed… Peace and Quiet.💆🏾♀️ I haven’t had to deal with any rodents. Waking up to birds singing and not sirens or loud neighbors are such a plus.✨ It is so beautiful and therapeutic here. I started with a 1 bedroom here and then upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Their pool is amazing and has helped my summer be even more fun. If you follow Cedar Brooke Apartments on Facebook and engage in their posts, you can win many prizes. I’ve won a crock pot and a fire stick with them.😊 So make sure to follow them and give them a email that you’ll check daily so you don’t miss any news or chances to win great prizes. SherL Knight: I specifically told them what my income was before I put an application in because I knew my income would not qualify for three times the amount The only thing they care about is taking $300 for an application fee.. And now I'm out $300 and no apartment. It seems like they try to justify their bad reviews when all they do is just play lip service that's it.. tried to play like the reviews are bad customers or tenants I never would have applied.. I told them everything before I even applied ..and they are tape recording all phone conversations so they can use them against you..they say that their employees would not lie to you because they have voice recordings... I received the message to contact them. I have tried for the last 2 days. And nobody knows anything. So now they're just playing some kind of phone tag. It's just a game
Haston Cooksey: Good place to live maintenance has gotten so much better, Susan in the office is awesome. Lived here for about 2 years now and things have really turned around for the better.
Victoria Flores: We just recently moved in & we are pleased to call this our new ‘Home Sweet Home!’ Marissa helped us throughout the whole process of getting us approved and moved in! She answered any and all questions that we had, she was able to work quickly in getting us approved, she was also very professional and polite. She made sure our move in went as smoothly as possible! Maintenance was unfortunately called on the day of move in but he was able to get out to us quickly and helped fix our issue. We look forward to engaging in with the community activities you all have!We are THANKFUL this month for our new home! 🍂updated review 11/1/21:We are still pleased with the Cedars as we are now getting ready to sign our 3rd year lease here. There does seem to a bit higher of over turn in workers within the community here, however they all seem to be learning and caring for our needs as they arise. The office recently has started doing small activities such as grab n go donuts, trick or treat at the office, etc I feel like this is a great way to be active within our little neighborhood here, it shows us that although things may not be perfect but efforts are being shown to help engaging within. My kids also enjoy it!updated review 11/2022Very pleased with the new management they seem to always be on top of things in a timely manor and care about keeping our neighborhood clean they are always sending out positive thoughts and reminders to make sure everyone is updated on any neighborhood related things and or 'just because' ideas, recipes, activities going on locally etc. Appreciate everything they do for the tenants.

The Cedars Brooks management has a person that has been all the above in the person of Susan Kilgore. Many are able to call The Cedars not just a place to live but a home because of great leadership to the her entire team and her care for the tenants. Thank you personally Susan Kilgore.

Cory X: Staff is super friendly and do what they are able to help with any issues. Maintenance is always on call for emergencies and are very quick for minor maintenance requests as well. The only downside is that the parking can be a bit difficult for those of us without driveways. Other than that, great place to live!
Malia Reynolds: I can't rave enough about these apartments. The vaulted ceilings are my favorite part, It is a very sophisticated, comforting, and inviting apartment. The maintenance has been great at responding to inquiries and the office staff specifically Jennifer has been so helpful and kind. I highly recommend these apartments.
Brooke Dove: Shoutout to Jennifer for getting us into our apartment the next day when something happened with our previous plans. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. The office staff are wonderful and do their best to help you with any issues that come up. I couldn’t be more appreciative of them.
Dayna Knapp: I loving calling this place home! I have lived here for over a year and not once have I experienced any serious issues! The office staff is friendly and respond in a timely manner. The potholes in the road have been fixed so the drive is smooth, the complex is quiet at night which makes it very relaxing, maintenance does trash pickup on Tuesdays and are quick to respond to any concerns that you need to have addressed. I love that the pool is sparkling and clean whenever we use it in the summer. Pest control come every few months to make sure the buildings are pest free and well maintained. If you're considering living here I strongly recommend doing so!

The staff in the office are very friendly and attentive to your needs, the apartments are beautiful, spacious, and updated with modern design and we get a clean, sparkling pool in the summer time! They also do pest control and I have yet to see a single pest this year in my apartment! They even do monthly giveaways and keep you up to speed via email on any changes or events within the community! I have to say if you are looking for a safe, clean, professional, and reliable place to call home The Cedars is it!

Noah Patrick: Really bad appartments. Appartment floods everytime it rains and when things break nobody cares to fix it. Will not be staying when lease is up.
Ms Imahara: Nobody can answer the phone, it’s all automatic and you can’t even get transferred to the office.
Ryan Herdman: Beautiful property! Fantastic amenities that are rare anywhere else. Office staff is beautifully amazing at their job and service is excellent! Maintenance is professional, punctual, very friendly and they go the extra mile when needed. The atmosphere is very family-friendly. Love it here!
Ashton Morrow: I personally loved these apartments, I would definitely live here again, I just do not have the funds to sign a new lease here. price is a bit high for no washer or dryer in the units but other than that i love that they pick up your trash for you on Wednesdays, they are great about the snow removal and putting salt down. Definitely recommend a tour before you sign. wish the fitness center was open to the public again. Because of COVID, I was unable to tour my apartment and just wished I would have been able to see the unit first. other than that, no major complaints. I would recommend Cedar Ridge to anyone looking for a nicer/safer community in Independence, MO to live in.

Tasha: Nice place to live. It is a small complex that is pretty quiet and they have very friendly staff. When you need something fixed they will get it done in a timely manner. The price is a big plus based on the surrounding area and the size of the apartments.
Kelly Greene: I have wonderful neighbors. The man downstairs clears the snow and ice off my car during the winter. The couple across the hall always thoughtful about everyone in our building. Janet and Leon across the street on the end are like the welcoming committee ❤️ANYTIME I’ve needed maintenance, they are here right away. The management is very helpful and friendly. I love living here!

Kelly Adkinson: Crysler Plaza is very quiet and peaceful. I feel safe here. If I need something fixed, maintenance comes quickly to assist. If I have a concern I discuss that with the Property Manager, and she is prompt in getting back with me. I have been living here for 7 years now and I enjoy being close to multiple gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. It's also very close to the stadiums and the highway if you're needing to get somewhere fast. My favorite thing is to catch some sun at the pool and meet/talk to other friendly tenants! Those who manage the pool are also pretty personable.

Meosha downs: Crysler Garden Apt i thought was a good place to stay - well if people could mind their own business then it will be just fine. but due to me staying in a building with older people they seem to watch who comes in an out of my apt- an want to run and tell the manager (donna) or the maintenance guy- but for what, i don't have any complaints about anything besides the first month i was there i was accused of a fight an argument in my apt. i tried calling to speak with donna and go in person an she seem that she was listening but then when i come back to her with her own wrongful doing in regards to how she is coming at me after i have told her numerous of times the deal of how i feel as a tenant with these accusations . I spoke with her on the phone for the second time an she blew me off an another guy name JON who she say is another manager- but she forgot she told me that's her son as well, but he was in the background being rude an in a convo that didn't have anything to do with him. Donna insinuated that she had another call to take or that she was waiting on .........I advised please don't move here if you are a African american person - I do feel there is some discrimination going on in my case an to much nosiness!!! Do your research before you move here,.

Tiandra Duncan: I lived here for almost 2years had one major complaint at the beginning of my move in, this old guy below me threatened to to call the people on me because my siblings spent the night and there were too many. I actually asked if we were too noisy and he went wild and a month later e was walking around the parking lot with a gun I callled the landlord and nothing was done. Since then I have had no issues here. The maintenance guy is cool and gets he job done quick. Parking is ridiculous!!!! But the landlord is nice and she keeps the apartments presentable. There seems like there is always something waking me up and it's because the bedroom windows are soooo thin you can hear everything outside.

Daisy Raaz: I cannot believe I never left a review for this gem I AM SO SORRY.I lived here for about a year (I believe it was 2016-2017) and I honestly miss this place and wish I hadn't left. People say "you get what you pay for" with these places, and sure our basement apartment was a little dark and the utilities weren't the most efficient. However, this apartment complex is ran by a fantastic group of individuals and it really feels like a family. Any maintenance request we ever have was answered SAME day and if the issue could not be resolved immediately they were in constant contact with us. The only reason we moved was because I think the age of the building we were in was to the point where my ex fiance was getting sick (asthma) and we weren't sure of the cause. Seriously a fantastic first apartment and I miss the hospitality. You really don't see it anywhere else. If I weren't moving out of state I would come back here.

Alicia “1322alice”: Worst apartments ever! The only positive thing I can say about this place is the one lady that helped me sign my lease was wonderful and unfortunately no longer works here. I try to call multiple times and emailed and no one responds. Homeless people sleep in the basement and knock on our door to come inside. Apparently no money to fix residents maintenance issues but they can get new roofs installed and tow vehicles the very minute they can’t move. They will not hold up their end of the lease but still expect you to keep your end. My 9 month old has become sick because this maintenance issues cannot be fixed, when snow came it would collect in my unit because the sliding door is off it’s rail, in the summer bugs and insects get in through my door because it is not framed correctly, AC does not work (I had to stay somewhere else one day because my baby could’ve died from overheating), cracks all over the ceiling, cabinets and drawers have old cockroach stains even when they were going to be “cleaned,” smoke stains still remain on the walls from the old residents. Don’t waste your time trying to live here, I am reporting to the city on how unlivable this place is.
Mauricio Martinez: Don't waste time and money, I live on this apartments and they're trash, maintenance never fix any problems, bathrooms are the worst, and they'll towing your vehicle because of expire tags so I don't have money to get the tags for my vehicle so I'm using the 90 days permit tags and they towed my car because tags are expired and now I'll be paying fees for every day my car stay at the towing spot until I get the money for registration of my vehicle. The worst experience and I'll never rent again on this apartments.

Lester Elgin: I moved in here 2 months ago when I moved in the AC didn't work, it took him three weeks just to fix that. The dishwasher floods out on the floor the garbage disposal doesn't work the refrigerator leaks water all over the place too many blinds won't open cuz they're installed wrong there's no blinds on the bedroom window they say they pay the gas and the gas doesn't work it's off. Now my AC doesn't work and it's 107 degrees outside and they're not fixing it this is the Slime of slums of all slumlords I advise you not to move here these guys will not if you move here you've been warned there's slumlords worst of worst tobacco of roughs. I won't live this way
Dana Rena: Terrible place to live TERRIBLE. Old appliances, little to no water pressure, management could care less. Annddd i was lied to at point of lease signing and the issue costed me 1500 early term fee.
Josh Sharp: Putting tow stickers on recently purchased vehicles with slightly out of date temp tags during a pandemic. DMV recently opened and is packed around the building! Very shady not to many complaints up until now apartments are old and have their issues maintenance isn't too bad
Traci Dixon: Been here 2 yrs they have repainted the hallways put new carpet in buildings. Management has changed and getting better. The communication with management is lots better. Needing any maintenance gets done promptly and right. Parking could be lil better.
Janae Anderson: Since Juan has taken over the apartments it's been a lot better. I've actually had things fixed in my apartment and have not had to wait months without like before. He always answers the phone and responds no later than a day. The apartments are old in general and need to be updated. Juan seems to be working on it which is appreciated. Renee our maintenance man gets the job done and is amazing. He's fixed a lot of things in my apartment that the previous maintenance man didn't. I'm giving a three because of what I experienced before Juan took over. They need to work on providing a laundry area for the studio apartments because they come and wash clothes in other buildings which is hard to laundry sometimes. But overall it's a decent apartment and affordable.
Redemption Athletics: One of the best places I've ever lived in so far, Maintenance and management are both nice & awesome people. All my neighbors are nice and easy to get along with! 10/10 in my book.
wasp ex: Sense Juan has taken over the management of this property I feel more at ease, if I ever have a problem, They always respond promptly when I call, if you need a maintenance guy he's always been on hand to get the work order in.Always on top of snow removal and getting the ice melt down.And we are in the process of getting securitylighting, my section is already done, only took one day(Awsome)!And iam confident that as the time passes there willBe more property enhancements on the way,Been here for several years and I don't plan on moving,
Marcus Meriwether: Look, everyone, this place has the resiliency of a rainforest. There may be old, bad reviews, but trust me; this is the Shangri-La of Missouri. I am so ridiculously impressed and satisfied by this management's performance, and the apartment's size, fragrance, quality and surrounding tenants even, that I am literally working on being content and not too comfortable or complacent. Come to this place as soon as possible, if you're looking for a place to grow.
Arlette Galvan: Juan the new property manager has been fenomenal! He took over 1 year ago and you can really see the changes in the property! Absolutely would recommend moving here. I would not have said that before.
Sheri Gambino: My studio is full of mold. It's on my ceiling and toilet. My boyfriend and I have been really sick the last month and we discovered we have mold. A maintenance man came by to look at a week ago and no further communication. So basically they're not responding to the mold making us sick or when it will be fixed. I'm calling the health department tomorrow. I have tons of pictures. I have a really bad mold sensitivity and now know why I've been so sick.
Michael Sanders: Laundry machines don't work, little to no parking, maintenance won't fix anything, management is nonresponsive. If I could give less than one star I would. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice.

jaime Hernandez: Really bad place for rent, back in summer time my a.c. unit don't work call for fix day by day and the new manager went i go to the office angry and upset he said to me a.c. don't go to by fix and was not a emergency to fix , finally after one full month they fix the a.c. and now have new problem stove don't work call for fix on Monday never go to fix the time and today Friday 4:11pm manager call me they going to now to fix o lock the stove ? 12/08/18 they go and put a paper I don't pay rent, went i drop the money orden on the rent box in the office I never see on Saturday, went i call on thankgive for the stove don't work at the emergency number never came to fix for two week and today the go to day to put a paperwork I and late on rent, this people whooooo are amazing, they don't now what to do
Kymberlee Pickel: I never leave reviews but this place sucks! The first year was ok when we had the same prop manager but this lady we have now is horrible!!! My furnace caught fire due to not having been serviced in who knows how long. Even after the fire dept tokd her to get this taken care of still no one showed up even though they tokd me they woukd be here at 10 the next morning. After several calls that day, still nothing! Shows she obviously does not care! Horrible place, Horrible people. Dont want to fix or do anything around here but best believe they want their rent... worst management I have ever dealt with. Cant wait till lease is up.
