Alan Hickman: Sante Fe Glass sent Josh out to look at our picture window problem for an estimate. To our surprise, and honestly our delight, Josh identified and fixed the leak no charge. His professional integrity and service-oriented approach earns this business 10 stars! This is the second time we've worked with Santa Fe, they replaced the glass in two old Rolox windows with ease and expertise. Water leaking inside, destroying sheetrock and framing, is a BIG headache and we can't say enough good things about how Santa Fe made the worries disappear.

Darren Causey: Don't shop here. I gave them a window frame to have the glass replaced. A week later I called to find out where my window was because it was estimated to be done. They confessed that a large order got put in line in front of me and they would try to have it done in a week. That would put my project out an additional week! Then the icing on this unethical cake is they said it still might not be ready then! So unless you have the most money and the biggest account don't go here. If you do you should expect what you get. The founders Santa Fe Glass would be ashamed I'm sure.

Update: Just added leaf guards to our commercial building and they are awesome. We should have done it years ago. I have seen the cheap DIY products and what we got is 100 times better. These look perfect and should last forever.
Brian Frevert: I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a HUGE window leak, and they managed to come out same day and fix it for less than $50. I didn't have cash on hand, and his answer? "Pay me when you can, Friday, Saturday, whenever". HOLY COW. I can't wait until we need new windows. I will 100% use this company again. TOTALLY AMAZING. JB J: I put in an order for storm windows on 10/21/22. I was told that it would take approximately 6 weeks for my order to be completed. Having received no communication as of 12/7/22, I reached back out to the salesperson for an updated ETA. I was told that it would be another 8 weeks or so. Obviously, had I known this originally, I never would have placed my order. Now I've burned approximately 2 months, that could have been spent with a company who could actually fulfill my order in a timely manner.Additionally, on 12/7/22, I requested a refund be sent back to me, so I could utilize those funds with another window company. Having not received it as of 12/21/22, I again reached back out to the salesperson. I was advised that a check had not been sent, but would go out 12/27/22. Look, I understand supply chain issues related to the pandemic, and I'm chalking this up in that category (who knows with absolutely no communication).....but this whole process was simply unacceptable. Zero communication throughout, and very minimal effort to provide my refund.

Paula Stevens: A memorial Day weekend I called at night and spoke with Ron about a lawn mower and items on sale for the lawn and he was so nice and went through everything for me. he told me to come in real early and I did and Mark was there and he helped me I told him everything wrong said and that he wouldn't be there but you know Mark or a couple other gentleman he named would be so just tell him everything. When everything didn't really go the way Ron said Mark went and spoke with someone and he got my order filled the way it was supposed to be and he helped me not only with that but also with plants and just all kinds of things and was very informative and helpful and I couldn't have appreciate it a sales representative any better than that I'm not sure if I've ever had one as good as this young man was because not only was the knowledgeable he cared.

Brandon Alexander: Bought kitchen appliances here, and every step of the process was painful and frustrating. We were notified of delivery times and they stood us up repeatedly. We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

I had to drive to the job 20 minutes each way FOUR times on my days off over a three week span. I was told that I would get a little reimbursement for my time and fuel but have been passed around and around when I call to speak with a manager. I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.

I'll have to tear out all the trim and redo the whole job apparently. It also took almost a year for him to come out and even measure. I wanted to go with a locally produced product and don't regret that decision but next time I'll hire a reliable contractor for the installation.

Also the girl at customer service, I didn't catch her name, but she was very kind and even said she'd help load it herself if she could leave her register. 10/10, I will be back, and if I was in charge I'd give both of these kids a raise. They helped me above and beyond what I'd expected or hoped for especially an hour before close. Both of them went above and beyond, if you want to keep them working for you, I'd be giving them raises. I don't work for your company, I don't know what you can do, but PLEASE do the best you can for those girls. Their kindness and help made a world of difference to me, and I hope you use it as grounds to make a difference for them.

Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.
