Michelle Stilwell: It was okay. Need to clean up the freezer section. Aisles were cluttered with pallets that stuck out. Rude and uneducated employees.
Chris Ellis: Sams club has changed the way we shop. We used to go to the grocery store once a week. Now we only go there about once every two or three weeks. I would rather spend my time other places anyways and I save tons of money shopping there.

When u order on app. The only thing is if you're picking up your order and they have the items but not at that store, then they will ship it to you, and not everything will be delivered at the same time or day. Something that makes it confusing is when u check out, and it shows the items that will be shipped and the day it will arrive. If you click on "Say u have an item that arrives mon, click on "item" and go to shipping info, it will give you a different date of arrival. That's why I give only 4 stars. If they could do something about that confusion, then i would give them 5 stars.

I realize it is with synchrony bank and this not being vented at you but indirectly the bank you are dealing with is very disappointing. I have had my credit card in good standing never missed a payment even paid off in past and to receive a letter my credit line was being reduced. I paid my card off today and closed account. I will not being using this card in your store. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service

Jason Ballou: I brought my car in for an oil change. When they finished, for no apparent reason, they turned on my headligit's and left them on for several hours draining and damaging the battery. As a result of the damage, the battery would no longer take a charge or even allow you to jump it. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility, insisted that the battery must have been damaged before I brought it in and that they could not have possibly damaged it by fully draining the battery. I pointed out that the manufacturer's website specifically says that fully draining the battery will damage it. They still refused to acknowledge any fault and said that all they could do was show me another battery. This took an hour and a 1/2 from the time that I arrived to pick up my car and resulted in me not being able to pick up the dinner than I ordered for my family and myself. Not only did they screw me over on the battery that they damaged, but they also screwed me over on the meal that I could not get a refund for because the restaurant closed while I was waiting for them to get this fixed.

But anyhow you get to be yourself here you don't have to act better then anyone else here .
Adrian Klein: Entire store smelled like body odor. Used the self check and the bags REEKED of BO. We had to hand wash everything we bought after coming home because it caused our entire purchase to smell. We're literally wondering if someone died on the truck that had the bags or maybe a super smelly person napped on the shipment of bags?? Either way, something's horribly stinky.

I am usually some what slower, but I just happened to get a check out next to an associate, just incase I froze up. She said it was due to people saying they want a job, but don't show up for work.Maybe Biden should give them more money for their being handycapped; laziness. 😪

Shout out to Marcia who was so kind in assisting me through the returns process today. The employees have been very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. It is nice to have an alternative to Amazon, as Target pricing is very competitive, and oftentimes far lower than what I can find online.

Carol Quiroz: This location NEVER has enough cashiers and hardly ever has any of its quick check out lanes open for people buying just a few items. This is an ongoing problem with this location and I must say that at least 4 out of the last 5 times I have gone here to grab a few things I needed I have ended up leaving my cart setting and walked out due to not having time to stand in line for 20 min just to purchase 5 or 6 items. The manager at this location needs to be removed from his or her position and someone with some customer service experience hired to replace them asap!!!! I personally will not be going back here again!

Terry Tucker: On the 3rd of June an order of more than 400.00 was placed - requesting an expedited delivery charge. The order was first being shopped by Justin, with least than 30 items, a second shopper Evans started the whole order over. During which I communicated, with both when there was a need to substitute. One minute I'm notified that the order was on the way, next notification - your order was attempted to be delivered, but I was not available and we will try later. I have had to call three times requesting cancellation. And a full refund. To date no refund. I will have to follow up with my bank on fraud. I am done with walmrt

Catherine Crabtree: I don't like that if you buy shampoo, conditioner, or hair products, you pay for it there. It's absolutely ridiculous. If you get sunscreen in the main aisle, don't go into that area cause you'll have to pay for it there.....even though you picked it up, not in that area. I paid for everything I bought in that area but still had to go thru checkout up front because I had an item with a security tag in which they could not remove back there.

Laura Woodruff: Since you've basically got to check yourself out, it's kind of hard to rate them a 5.Customer service, helpful employees seems like a thing of the past.Tried for over 3 hours ,with multiple employees asking if we needed help, waited on said employee to come and " help" only to have to go track down another and go through same process over and over again.To try to find something as simple as the coffee pot that they had advertised in their flyer. Sadly for them, we left after 3 hours,with no help, and went to another retailer and purchased what we had tried to buy at walmart.

Erinne Morgan: I was shocked at the rating when I first saw it, but after reading the reviews I absolutely understand and agree. I'm actually trying to cater a party and went online to check prices. I couldn't find the info online, so I decided to call the store again. After 10 mins of being transferred and waiting for someone to answer the line, I still have no answers. I selected the option for Deli and somehow got an employee in Electronics. She attempted to transfer me to Customer Service but no one answered. I called back and selected the Customer Service option and got Electronics again. It was transfer after transfer from that point on. I somehow got to Automotives who offered a transfer to the manger's office, but the line wasn't answered there either. It really shouldn't be this hard to place an order for chicken. I guess I'll just go back to Hyvee catering.
Michael Walsh: I was very very upset with them about our pickup order. Ordered it the day before. Had to pick up time between 7:00 and 8:00 I get an email right at 7:00, I get an email that my order will be 2 hours delayed.This is not acceptable, I depend on public transportation
