Maywood Terrace Living Center: what do users think?
Janetann Gregory: My mom had a rod put in her back and was there for rehab. The rehab was great and the staff took great care of her. She had no complaints about maywood terrace.
pam p: Nice staff a lot of volunteers and nurses my great grandmother is and will be very well taken care of, they have very nice staff, and take in the consideration of the nurses. Can not be beat!
Nick Wendt: This place it crazy we just moved my grandmother from there and they have lost new outfits that was bought three-days prior of her leaveing and none of them can be found we went to see her and she has no blanket on her bed just an extra folded up sheet and the place stinks of piss I wouldn't say its fit for a dog to live in myself and the entire time we was there never seen any nurses
Daniel Wurtz: Maywood Terrace has come along way in the last 10 years. The Administrator and her staff are very nice people, and they have a passion for the elderly. Much work has been done on the inside of the building. I have had multiple family members live at Maywood and where taken care of. Maywood Terrace has daily activities for the residents, and have gone as far as taken them to movies, Royals games, and restaurants. Multiple times a week they have church services. Every year Maywood Terrace staff host a block party for the residents and the community. Again, I say the staff and administrator have a passion for the elderly.
Jonathan Caviness: Took excellent care of my great grandmother while she was there
Robert Wurtz II: Maywood Terrace took care of both my grandmother, Ethel, and my father in law, Homer, at the end of their lives. My grandmother had nearly died from poor care at another facility, but the kind and considerate staff at Maywood Terrace slowly nursed her back to health. Homer also enjoyed their kindness in the closing weeks of his life.

Independence Manor Care Center: what do users think?
Don McGee: The care of the staff and the longevity of the team makes this community an excellent choice for skilled nursing and long term care for the senior population. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. They truly do care about the residents and well being.
Denise Stickley: I have worked here for 12 years and plan on many more. We strive everyday to provide a comfortable and safe place for your loved ones. We provide continuous education to our staff on providing the best care possible in any given situation. Although this industry can be challenging at times, we really are dedicated to our Residents and doing better today than we did yesterday.
Nancy Denney: My brother has been here since April 2022. We make his bed and change sheets more than the staff. The place reeks of urine. You never smell a fresh clean smell. Noone is ever around to ask questions. The response is I don't know. Sometimes he goes a week or more without a bath. Would love to find another place for him that takes smokers.Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Dave Byrne: I am very pleased in the way they are treating and taking care of my most precious person. They are supporting her with hard work and determination, I am very pleased
byron gregory: My Sister and I have nothing but praise for the IMCC. Everyone went far and above to ensure that our mother was given excellent care while she she was there. During the time when she was able to communicate, she always said how nice everyone was and how great the care she was given. At the end, even though the center was completely locked down, the two of us were allowed to be with her at the end. That kind act will stay forever in my heart. Also, special shout out to Social Services! they were awesome! Thanx again for everything!
Michael A. Palmerin: We had a very good experience with Independence Manor. Intake was very easy. Knowledgeable professionals were ready to care for our loved one. Special care, along with excellent communication from social workers made all the difference. Nurses worked hard to improve his coordination & strength. Both mental & physical needs were met & above... The staff showed patience & kindness. Very decent & caring place-cafeteria was comfortable and inviting to residents & visitors as well. We cannot say thank you enough.
Cindy Birdsong: My mother has been here almost 2 years now. Any problems we have had were addressed and solved. They do care for the residents. They have activities daily, the food is good. You can eat anytime with your loved one for free. They might not provide a phone in your room or cable, and wasn't expected. She has her own cell and antenna t.v. would recommend this home.
Lauren Hayden: Place smells like urine and feces.
Kim Frost: Things started out good for my mother once she was brought here. But things didn't stay that way. The residence don't have phones in their rooms. There is a community phone in the hallway but good luck getting someone to answer it and get your family member. They do not supply TVs nor cable. Very recently a lot of the CNA staff quit, many more are about to leave on maternity leave. They only see the resident doctor once a month if they tell his nurse they want to see him. They say to tell the shower tech if your toe nails are getting long and they will call the podiatrist. The person that comes isn't a podiatrist but rather a person that doesn't inspect their feet for health but just grind their nails down. Boarding kennels do more for animals than this place does for your family members.
Missy Darrah: We put both my grandparents here because they both have dementia. Grandpa recently passed away and we were told that a CNA would be coming with us to his visitation and funeral to help with my grandma. We were 40 minutes late to the visitation because communication did not get passed around and we were told that a CNA would not be coming with us. If they did than it would be strictly voluntary and no one would be paid. On top of that, the head admin had a messenger come tell me the news rather than being a woman and telling me herself; she did have time though to walk past us twice while I talked with her messenger. The residents don't have access to transportation and never get to go on field trips or have a ride anywhere else including funerals. NEVER send your friends or family here! The CNA's are great but admin is terrible.

Melissa Kelly-Foxhoven: No Just No. Run down. Staff is rude and is not trained medically. Gross food. No air conditioning. Filthy. Run! I am very happy to provide pictures of the holes in the ceilings, plastic covered doorways, non-functioning bathrooms with toilets and hallway, holes in floor, and proof of bed bugs.
Tonya Shelton: There is nothing about this place that is positive other than it provides a location where residents can walk to the square and to a store. Filthy, run-down, rude unprofessional staff, negligent. No, no, no, not ever.
Ryan Palmer (CrossWord): Awesome.Very relaxing and great staff a great place to retire
alyhs thomas: My mother stayed here for sometime. The nurses are very helpful with keeping me informed with my mother's daily medication and did all they could about her unwanted visitors.

Golden Living Community - Independence Chateau: what do users think?
Mary Ann Hogan: Keep your loved ones as far as possible from this awful 'home.' It should have raised my suspicions when they had 2 empty suites and during my weekend visit with my parents from out of town. By the time I left in a few days, another one was empty because a resident moved out. Now three suites empty, while the other VA approved facility had a long, long waiting list. My mother was admitted as being able to take care of herself and (supposedly) able to get up and walk out in an emergency or fire drill. She had been incontinent for 3 years and couldn't stand up for the past 3 years without considerable help. I guess this facility wanted the $$ so badly they decided to take her. As soon as she was admitted they immediately began to shame her for her incontinence, her inability to get out of a seated position without help, and for how much work their staff had to devote to her. I visited a few weeks after she was admitted and the experience remains a living nightmare in my mind. The staff, and even the women who were seated at her assigned dining table, shunned her. Golden Living Assisted Living drained her pre-paid 3 months and then evicted her. 3 months of shame, and threats. ("If you can't GET up and GET out of your chair and WALK out to the parking lot you will be THROWN out of here!" was yelled repeatedly in her face.) I know that my sibling really wanted her to be in this awful place for reasons of his own, but it's the facilities responsibility to follow procedures to admit only qualified residents. If they had even followed the most basic procedures for her admittance she wouldn't have been put through hell. Basic procedures could have saved my mother from 3 months of verbal abuse and humiliation at 94 years of age. She died in the following months at the neighboring Golden Living Nursing home which was, at least, fit for her needs.
Carla Scott: My Mother has been living in Assisted Living for over 6 years and she considers it her home. She has been well taken care of with dignity. I never knew a gentleman named Mac in the above review and I think I would know since its only a 20 bed facility. Visit this facility for yourself or your loved one.
Mac Thomas: My dear father was placed here by hospice for respite care for my mother. He was 89 years old and had just celebrated 68 years of marriage to my mother. Within 24 hours of arrival, his $2,000. engraved, wedding band was stolen, he received a rough and cold shower from an aide and went into a depression. We filed a police report on the stolen ring, filed a complaint with the facility and hospice and Dad was brought home and cared for by hospice his remaining days. Back to the ring; though we were able to determine who stole the ring (she took it off of him in the cold shower), and have witnesses to state he was wearing the ring when he arrived, receipts from the jeweler, the facility is still denying the claim after Dad's death and two months of reminders for my mother, having to fight the insurance.DO NOT trust these people with your loved one. They do not take responsibility for anything. You might as well put your loved one in a cold basement. If I could have given this place ZERO stars, I would have, but I had to give one, just to put this review in.

Blue Hills Rest Home: what do users think?
Charles Cox: I work for the nursing home and I am very satisfied with the experience of working in a nursing home and the employees who work with me
Jean Pyle: This is just strictly about the manager Sarah .... Not impressed with her overall personality , I can see why their looking to hire a bunch of people. And this is from a few minutes of speaking with her.
Cheyenne Spears: Highly recommend this home, I took my grandfather here and the staff and faculty made him feel so at home. He absolutely loved the place. They made sure that he was well taken care of and let me visit him as much as I could working full time. I miss him dearly. The managers and owner made it an easy process to get all of our paperwork taken care of, even made me feel at ease that he went away happy and peacefully.Rest In Peace grandpaThank you so much to the staff, you have all been a huge help to my family
Que Walker: Very very very unprofessional & rude to staff also keep a lot of drama in the work place! Also management is very rude & don’t appreciate staff!. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE THEY WILL NOT BE HAPPY & THEY WILL BE MISERABLE!
Sherri Cain: Blue Hills Rest Home gave my mother the best care. She had dementia and stayed at Blue Hills for a long time, until recently passing away. The facility is very clean. The nursing staff are attentive and kind. Marie and Sarah are always quick to help and answer questions when necessary. Thank you for caring so much for Mom. It means a lot to our family.
Susan Diviak: Staff is wonderfull to the residents. Its not a luxury senior living community. Residents have a roof over their heads, clean, well taken care of and fed.
Elizabeth: A remarkable group of individuals who truly care for the residents who Live at Blue Hills Rest Home,.
Autumn Dare: This place right here has been an amazing experience working with! I miss it so much! They treat the resident like family! An take great care of them! If your looking for a place for your family this is the place to bring them! You won’t be disappointed! When I worked there we did everything to make them happy an taken care of! The staff members are amazing! Sarah an Marie makes sure that the place stays nice an clean an well comfortable for the family’s an the residents! They cook all theirs foods by hands! And good! We also always went an pick up their rooms an made sure they was clean an organized! So I’m giving them a 5 star rating because this was truly an amazing safe place for your love ones! An if you are looking for a job!
Dylan White: Amazing place
Pam Corlew: They were amazing to my father. Very informative. He loved all his caretaker's. Beautiful property. Would refer to anyone. Marie is so overly helpful with all the paperwork for VA and state. Couldn't gave done somethings without her. Bobbi, Chris, Angela, Sarah are absolutely amazing nurses.
Robert Mcchan: Gross
K- H: Love the staff and nurses is a super clean placeBut they only get the people up for dinner they get no exercise and they deteriorate so quickly🙁
April Patton: Proublly one of the worst nursing home around town rude employees and not recommended for family members.
Shawrith Dorris: It's very disheartening when you have to place any love one in a nursing facility. Even more so when you find out that the needs of your love ones are last priority. All Maria and her husband care about is money and all the assets they can take claim from there residents. I wouldn't recommend this facility at all.
Alaina Harris: Great place and atmosphere! The staff are the nicest people around. They make sure the residents and guests are comfortable at all times. BEST nursing home around!!
Wendy Clark: Worse place ever,They only care about moneyMaria and her husdand are rude and unprofessional.Do not take your love ones here. This is the biggest example of what is wrong with elderly care facilities.
Angie White: Very nice experience visiting resident. Friendly, helpful and patient staff. So thankful for a facility close to family.
Ross Dwyer: When I get older this is where I'm going
Therese Nutt: The lack of professionalism and organization is disturbing. It seemed like a wonderful place for my mother in the beginning, but they soon showed their true colors as time passed. They spoke to my mother in a degrading way and I can only imagine how they treat those who are unable to communicate for themselves.
Dark Wiccan 11: Wonderful place to work at
Sheila Landes: The BEST!!!!!!!! Dad was at Blue Hills for a little over a year, and I have to say, the nurses, aids and even the kitchen staff, were so caring and loving. His care was wonderful. I got to know the staff and some of the residents and will miss the place as Dad has passed away.

Villages of Jackson Creek: what do users think?
Mike Montague: They have taken such good care of Grandma Lyn and been very flexible and patient with her changing situations. We regularly use the meeting spaces for holidays and other celebrations. It feels like a best case scenario for my 92-yo Grandma.
Pepper Gerstner: Loved the way they cared for my father-in-law for the few months he was there. They all got to fall in love with his warm heart just like us!
Mary Jo Goettling: My mom is at this facility. She has been there since 2010. I think as with any facility, they have their share of issues but I've found that the more you are there at various times of day and get to know the staff more, you will get better care. I will say the Administrator & the Director of Nursing take any issue very seriously. Corrective action is always taken. As a whole, they have definitely worked hard to work with me over the years. No one has ever treated my mom in anyway other than respect for her & her dignity. I do highly recommend this facility. Just remember no one is ever without fault, so treat others as you expect them to treat you. My mom will & has told many people how much she loves it there. She has lots of friends & the activity & wellness directors keep her engaged with others. Kudos to an outstanding job in a hard situation. ps.. I do not work there nor do I have any reason other than honesty to write this review.
Jamison Giro: From being greeted by Linda or Bonnie every time we visited, to the final follow-up from Angie -- and every one of the staff interactions in between -- our Dad's experience is what we were hoping for. He'd been moved from another facility due to poor care, and he marveled how every time he pressed the button (which we hope wasn't too often), a staff member was there in seconds to address his needs. My sister and I visited every day, and during our visits, I can't think of time when a staff member didn't appear at some point to take care of some sort of business, whether it was for general maintenance, therapy, a room cleaning, a meal, etc. We never felt like he would fall through the cracks. One last thing: The fact that staff would lightly joke with our Dad really made him feel comfortable. He (and we) always felt like he was being treated like a person, instead of an assignment.
Suzan Raines: They let my sister lay an extra day being unconscious before call 911
Dayna Mar: I was there for rehab. Several care givers/nurses were what anyone would expect and deserve. That’s why I gave that 2nd star. I was a good patient. I wasn’t demanding or rude.Still…one time medication was brought to me. So many pills. I asked what they were for. I was told for my Parkinson’s disease. I don’t have Parkinson’s.A wheelchair was in the room. I was using a walker with one leg requiring hopping to go to the bathroom. Only after 3 days did they set up the wheelchair for my use. Neither PT nor OT noticed or suggested use for those 3 days. During mental acuity testing OT thought it was ‘fun’ (she was laughing) and obviously extended the usual time and created distraction before asking me to repeat the word series I was to remember. There is more…but this is enough to get a picture.
Carl Wilder: Clean and safety minded. Friendly staff caring about their patients.
Tanya Milburn: My Great Aunts and Uncles lived here and they absolutely loved it, they always received top notch care, and were able to age in place here. My Uncle Frank is currently here and is receiving the absolute best care! I’m so impressed with the staff and especially both social workers (Angie and Nicole)they have been wonderful to work with, made things so easy, and have gone above and beyond for us! My family and I love Villages of Jackson Creek! I highly recommend moving your loved on here, or sending them to their fantastic Skilled Nursing Rehab!
Mark Bridge: This place is amazing and they very clearly care for every one of their residents. The building is beautiful as well and they do a great job of keeping everything clean and safe during this pandemic. Thank you to every one of the staff, you do a great job!
Cierra Parham: This place is an awesome place to bring your love ones and the RN is a sweet soul and the nurses are very attentive. They are dealing with the COVID-19 issue better than most thank you villages.
Marie Thompson: VofJC is a very clean and friendly facility. They have a team of employees who will see to the care of your loved one. During this COVID-19 they have been transparent as to how they they will keep your loved one, themselves and the facility safe. Any concerns that you have will be addressed as soon as possible with the utmost of thought and care. VofJC a great facility for the care of your loved one.
harvey Lewis: Great!!!!!
Kendrick Breckenridge: My mom is still in this facility to which she was assigned to receive care and physical therapy subsequent to having hip replacement & leg surgery. She has received basic care and physical therapy without a hitch, however...▪︎ After she contracted COVID-19 in their facility, it took 4 days to get the results. It was erroneously stated in her records that her family and doctor had been informed when we had not. Their commitments to neither communication with family nor the established time-frame have been honored. My mom has been spoken to harshly. When they have spoken to me, however, they have refrained from speaking in that manner. It is as though they believe that, because visitors are prohibited, my mother is alone (despite the fact that she has 3-10 family members visiting outside of her window EVERY DAY.)The facility is beautiful and the intake staff made me want to hug them. The cafeteria was well thought of by Mom. Nurse DeeDee was extraordinarily sweet and helpful, but what has happened during my mother's stay there otherwise has been problematic.
Stacia Christie: Please do not trust that your loved one is being cared for in this memory care facility, especially now that there is no accountability due to family not being able to advocate for the residents. COVID has been an excuse for neglect pure and simple. The patients who cannot communicate are the most heartbreaking victims. Please do not place your loved one here unless you are able to physically check in on them several times a week. Even then, the head nurse and her daughter don’t give a $&@t about the residents. I suspect that the positive reviews on here are mainly from employees. My apologies to those few workers that actually cared but I suspect they have moved on to other facilities where their concerns are actually heard.
Tracy Crowder: This is an awful place. If you would like your loved one to die, send them to Villages of Jackson Creek in Independence Missouri! They do not take care of their patients. It is called assistant living for a reason, however, there is no assistance. They do not make sure the patients eat or even drink water. My grandmother was sent to the emergency room from the place with such severe dehydration she had sores all over her mouth. Ultimately she died. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Tarloh Seneh: Great place to work.
Tammy Hanes: My Mother is there and gets pretty good care.
Natasha Trimble: If I could rate this with -10 stars I would! My grandma went there for rehab and they won’t answer her call light or give her medication. They’re using the lockdown as a way to be lazy! She is regressing. She changed her own sheets because they wouldn’t help her to the bathroom and she couldn’t hold it. She broke her femur and is non weight bearing. This place needs to be shut down! Not safe for anyone to have their family members there. Please please don’t send them there if you want them to have good care! Learn from our mistake!!!!
DimeBrad: This facility is one of the most neglectful places I’ve seen! My family member experienced a traumatic fall overnight. We are unsure how long he actually was lying there before he was found. Since he was on hospice they didn’t send him to ER. The facility decided to get my grandpa up and put him in a wheelchair all day after he had cracked his face open earlier that morning from a fall. Other witnesses stated he was isolated in his wheelchair and not offered breakfast or lunch. Unfortunately a few days later my grandpa had passed. Our family gathered outside his room to grieve. While we were hugging and crying a heartless nurse notified us that we were interfering in their work flow.I have also personally witnessed a resident having to sit in their own vomit for quite some time before they received help. The Resident requested help from a nearby CNA. The certified staff member said, “ I’m not your nurse I can’t help you. “ This type of neglect goes against everything their mission statement strives to achieve. If you care about your family member, this isn’t the place for you!!
Kelly Tennison: Villages of Jackson Creek staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents get great care. They take time to get to know the patients and they take pride in making sure the patients are comfortable and happy during their stay.
Cammy Tucker: Villages of Jackson Creek continuously strive to deliver the highest resident care everydayNHC's ( parent company) motto "Care is Our Business" drives the facility to provide care to all residents as if they were familyI would not hesitate to put my own Mother here and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking senior care services

Monterey Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center: what do users think?
Bradley Gene: I recently left a bad review on here. But after several days, it has gotten significantly better. The issues I was having was due to one particular individual but has since been resolved. Of course every facility has it's flaws, but the overall care has been much better than when I first arrived, therefore I had to update my review to a more positive one.
Oma Oma: Not impressed. Care was very nonchalant, in two weeks, bed linens never touched or changed. Food was terrible, missing items (served butter or jelly with no bread), not diet appropriate. Discharge was not informative, sent home insulin without instruction or needles. Patient had never took insulin at home prior. I could continue but they need help getting it together. Staff was friendly most of the time although took a couple hours to see anyone if nurse button was pushed. Overall disappointing.
Morgan Slavens: Excellent company to work for, they have corporate knowledge & know costumer service for employees & residents along with having the nursing knowledge to run a successful nursing facility.
Cynthia Goode: I enjoy working the rehab unit.
ric delaney: I was placed here from my hospital as they told me this was a good spot to heal with skilled nursing. They were right. It’s clean and quite responsive to my needs as I am bedridden and a bit helpless (for now). The director/manager sees me each day as do therapists of all totally professional fields. Everyone I have met has been kind and compassionate and caring. I feel like I’m in good caring hands. I trust them to get me back on my feet and back in the game of life. I watch them taking care of the elderly and have seen firsthand the care given these somewhat infirmed folks. I would describe it as respect and gentleness. The room is the clean and large and the cable worksLike any facility of this type the food is always in the forfront of anyone staying here. But it is healthy and timely albeit the manager said she is always searching for improvement. That’s an attitude I appreciate. I have been seen by the sharp resident doctor and her nurse practioSo here I am for a few weeks. I’ll keep you posted. Ric delaney room 505.
Kris Cantrell: Monterey Park has a dedicated staff committed to serve the residents with respect, dignity and integrity.
Julie Tuione: I would give it zero stars but I can’t! This place is straight up elderly abuse! Ive never seen anything like it! They are super understaffed . And you have to ask them for your meds each time or they don’t give it to you! They didn’t disclose that they had a Covid outbreak before my mother was transferred there, not until she was literally in her room. Now my mother has tested Covid positive from their facility. She was tested the first day and was negative. It came from this facility who has an entire hallway plastic covered to the Covid patients but none of this was mentioned for us to make a decision to not move her In there. Total neglect ! Then we moved her to the hospital because of her Covid because they don’t treat their patients for Covid in there ,! What a surprise! And they wouldn’t even bring her belongings to the front . Here is a health facility spreading Covid even more by not bringing the stuff to the front and having you enter back into the facility. Way to go! Never again! I wouldn’t recommend to bring your worst enemy in there! Not fit for a dog! DON’T DO IT!
Jon Meyer: I wouldn't recommend Monterey Park to anyone. If they are short staffed quit adding people for CARE then. If anyone does come to the room it seems to be putting them out. If you hire people, hire someone willing to work for reasons other than for pay checks. I have only met one employee with the attitude of wanting to help. The young lady in physical therapy is only one I can trust so far in this place. I really don't feel like I am safe or going to move forward in my plan to return home again. I think this place has one policy. That's to make people have to stay inside of the place as long as possible, if not for the rest of their lives 😡😭😡😭😡😭😡
Elisa Smith: I just moved my Mom out, should have done it faster. Staff turn over daily, no one answers phones at night. Ancient medical equipment
Brigitt Arndt: CNAs have never asked my dad if he needs a shower. They are supposed to every morning. Joshay doesn't hide that she doesn't like her job. She has an aggressive way of cleaning my dad! It takes over 30 minutes for the real nurse to be told by CNA that meds are needed. Cleaning only happens by request if that. If I need these services I will look elsewhere! Update: Nurse Kelly called in cuz staff issues. Nurse Joe quit cuz no CNAs showing up! Everyone in my dad's hall got Covid from this place! Get it together!
Susie Green: I was there for a couple days released from hospital wouldn’t give medication almost killed me recieced know asstince had to call 911 to return to hospital
Debbie Bruckmeier: Do not ever allow your love one to go here. My mom was there for rehab. I have a 7 page list of all the horrible things they did and didn't do. The worst is letting her sit in her urine for who knows how long. She her clothes and bed soaked. I would go visit her for about 3 hours every evening and I would have to change her. I could go on and on. WORST PLACE EVER. I feel so sorry for the people that are still there.
Rebecca Brennan: Monterey Park has a strong background in the community. Staff have many years of service. I enjoy working with the wonderful group that care a great deal for the elderly. They constantly strive to improve all residents life’s.
Hal Davis: Mom often shares about how nice and helpful various staff are
Marla Kimsey: The staff at Monterey are the most pleasant and kind associates. They are at times shorthanded but are always working hard and dedicated to the patients. Mom has always had clean sheets and bedding. She does not like much of the food that is served. They have a daily paper that is really great.
Amber Williams: This is a wonderful place to work!
Marina: This place has always been at the bottom of a pit now more then ever
Karen pettes: My sister has been here twice ,both times she has received wonderful care , the rooms are big , staff always nice .Would recommended Monterey park
PaperHearts: DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! I used to work here and this place is the most disgusting place I have ever worked at. People are left unshowered and sitting in their own feces. The administrators do not care about anything but a paycheck. Workers vape in front of residents/next to them. This place should be shut down.
Tiffany Hammons: If I could give this 0 stars I would. This place is horrible! My 97 year old mother in law has a broken hip and a night nurse told her to get-up-and-go to the bathroom by herself. The head staff and front desk are rude and harassing, yelling at people for masks when their staff don't wear masks or they have them below their chin. What a joke. They yelled at me because I was taking a drink out of the drinking fountain and told me to pull my mask up. Really how do you take a drink with a mask on? Just really hateful ignorant people working there. I wouldn't send my dog there.
Debbie Hatfield: communication b/t staff apparently doesn't happen; what you are assured on coming in--we'll dress her daily, for example--proved not to be true; half the time if her bedclothes have been removed, clean bedclothes are not forthcoming so she naps without a sheet on the bed or a pillowcase on the pillow unless a family member is there to force the issue; many staff seem well-intentioned and a few actually are Earth-angels, but overall the staff appear stretched too thin to supply my loved one with the look-in she needs every hour or so. Food ain't bad, though.
