Everyone has an attitude and nobody ever wants to do their job but LOVE TO TELL OTHERS HOW TO DO THEIRS LOL. Rhonda Harris: I had a very good experience at Carmel Hills. My sister is a new resident there. All the questions and request I ever have are answered quickly by the care team. The room is kept very clean, and I really like that. My sister does not like to take her meds, so the care attendant crushes them up and puts them in applesauce to make sure she gets her daily meds. I would recommend this center.
Jen Zades: My Father spent several months at Carmel Hills from Sept of 22-Jan of 2023. The staff became like family to us. My favorite part of my visit was check in. Andrea was always so friendly. She knew our names after the first visit. She always asked how my Dad was doing. By the time my Dad passed away she knew my life story. It was always hard going to see my dad because of his failing health, however I was looked forward to my visit with her. Sara, Jessica and Audrey were also awesome. They loved my Dad and he loved them.

Deanna Mead: Would not recommend this place. They pretend to care and listen to your concerns, but don’t let that fool you. There was even a meeting we had, with 10 to 12 people present. Oh, they listened and pretended to care. They acted like they were hearing my complaints for the first time. They said things would get better and wanted me to keep my father there. But obviously it didn’t change because I removed my father from that neglectful place. Also, I spoke with other residents who were so upset, a few even cried because things were so upset. There is no compassion or empathy. One of the nurses even admitted to me that it was neglectful behavior. The communication between the staff was absolutely horrible. So very sad and I feel so bad for the residents that are stuck there with no other options. Don’t let the fake smilesfool you.

Jennifer Norton: My mom is in the Sunset Unit. The staff are much better since Amber has taken over. I feel like they are more attentive and care. Amber is amazing!! So thankful for her.The outside of the unit needs to be cleaned up. Flower gardens are full of weeds. Trash is around the building. This is an easy thing to take care of that makes the building look more out together and cared for.
Kelly kenney: The facility is older, nothing fancy. The staff though is very nice and has been a tremendous help to my mother. It's the people that have made my mother's stay go so smoothly in rehab.

Heidi Spear: My relative ran out of her antidepressant while she was here for rehab and they did not care one bit. She has went through more than one serious issue since she has been there. I cannot believe that they can get away with treating people that way. You cannot just stop ANTIDEPRESSANTS like that it is very dangerous!!!!
Renee Joy: Every part of the facility that I've been in has been clean. The staff have all been pleasant, and have listened if I've had a question or concern. The rehab patient whom I visit has made significant improvement in her physical strength during the past two weeks. She has said that there's a variety of food in her meals. There is a sign on the dining room wall listing several main course options that are always available (e.g., a hamburger).
Our Home: This place is so friendly and welcoming. Kim at the front desk always greets us with a smile. Even through her mask we can see her smile. The lobby area always smells so good. Not what one would expect from your typical nursing home. The nurses that take care of my dad are all so caring and considerate. Laura goes above and beyond. My only complaint is that my father says he sees his nurses sit down and eat dinner before he is given his and by the time he does get his food its cold.
Bill Bryan: I have been here since the ninth of March. Staff is excellent, physical therapist are great , very comfortable. The only issue I had is the food ,most of the time it's cold . Being a former cook the kitchen staff sucks! I even said to the dietitian if you wouldn't eat it don't serve it.

Steve Arnone: The salesman Andrew and John the paper work guy were so pleasant and knowledgeable. Very unintimidating experience. I would go to them for a sidebyside again.

Jeremy Kilgore: Bought a 06 Victory Kingpin back in August. Needed a little work, Steve on of the technicians has been fantastic to work with. Im fairly mechanically inclined when it comes to bikes, but needed some expertise and I am glad Steve is around. Super helpful and friendly. They held on to my bike for a little long over the winter while it was worked on, but they did the absolute right thing by giving me a major discount for the services. Thank you all for your hard work!
William Hornburg: This place is a horrible place to buy a bike the bikes were all dusty and put in a corner they were more interested in helping a customer that was there for service than a customer that was there to buy a bike with cash. Out of all the people that work there they said only two people know how to even write a bike NEVER AGAIN

Ashley Rappuhn: The hubs and I had a GREAT experience here! When another dealership said they couldn’t finance us ( with no real explanation ) we found Dream Machine. He met with Andrew after work on Friday, found the CanAm he wanted right away. We came back together Saturday morning and Andrew had us in and out with our new machine in under half hour! Friendly staff all the way around! Everyone spoke to us and they made us feel right at home. We will be off playing tonight and will recommend them to everyone we know!

Chelsea Rinehart: I am only leaving 1 star because I can NOT leave a 0 star rating. We bought our 2021 RZR 4 seater last year and was asked to leave it there so they could service it. My husband said we didn't pay this much money for a machine we couldn't take home and asked when we needed to have it there for said service's and that we would bring it and pick it back up the same day. Took it in for services and told them the front passenger door wouldn't stay latched. After bringing it back home and going for a little ride in town re realized they didn't fix the door. About a week after bringing it home we were only able to ride a few time's do to having issue's with the 4 wheel drive not working and locking in. Called multiple times about the issue and no answer's or calls back for week's. Finally got in to have it fixed and they tried to talk my husband in to trading in our machine for something we didn't want and more money. With poor communication a week or so later we got it back. Door still wasn't fixed either and we were also told it had a recall and to stop driving it and we would be getting a call, email or something in the mail. Almost a year later we are paying for a nice looking machine to be a garage ornament and still no answer's. We will be reaching out to so a better place of business for help and to fix the issues with our machine! Unless you enjoy the run around, no call backs and things not fixed when they say they will or flat out being lied to then this is your place to go! Drive a little further to get a good running machine of you have to.

Chris: Unfortunate because I was a prior customer. This finance team has to be the most unorganized, unethical team I have had to deal with. Same reason I left RideNow to come do business here. Between the run arounds of pulling credit, to lying to the banks about the value of the UTV we were trying to purchase. Misinformation about when and who they ran credit through Was told that they ran through a certain bank and we got approved for X amount yet I called the bank and there was no application submitted, miscommunication between the finance and the sales. Telling my wife we got approved for X amount of dollars at way higher interest then what the bank said when we called. No urgency to try and make a deal done. Understaffed. The list Could go on and on but I would leave it at this take your business elsewhere.
spainkee3: Seems like the only high rankings are for sales. Unfortunately, not the case for the service department. Everyone seemed awesome at first and then went downhill after that. Took my Slingshot in for repairs. After picking it up, I had to turn right back around because it wasn't fixed. Picked it up a second time and turn right back around because they failed to fix it. After I got an email from Polaris to review the place, I was honest about my experience. I got an email from Austin (sales manager)to leave a phone number if I wanted to discuss my issues. I got crickets. He must have been just checking off a box to make contact. I called the service department multiple times to speak to Steve multiple times and left messages to call me back and got ghosted every time. If you need work done after buying from them, look somewhere else. Their sales area is disgustingly dirty and their service area is a hot mess. Update: Took the SS to Ride Now in Olathe. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the first time. NEVER go to Dream Machines if you need work done on your Slingshot!
Dominic House: Could not recommend them enough. Literally the easiest place to buy. Ask for Andrew and Chris. Prioritized my time and made it simple.
