Christine Kelley: My kids have gone to Boys and Girls Club their whole lives. They have had the best experiences their. Great socialization and friend making a long with learning stuff they'll be able to use in adulthood. Musgrave is an older club but it's a nice one with tons of room for the kids to play and interact while being safe.

Mitch Graham: I highly advise any and all parents to consider choosing an alternative location other than the Musgrave unit for their children. The leadership at this unit can be described as cold and rigid, attributed primarily to the Program Director and Unit Director (Kayla Baker and Steve Wallace, respectively). Kayla in particular has shown an unwillingness to efficiently problem-solve with her staff and instead resolves to petty and unprofessional comments, unrealistic expectations for her employees (many of whom are college students with schoolwork and obligations other than the Club), as well as destructive criticism aimed at the staff watching over your kids (who, in addition, are not provided any breaks other than to use the restroom). Kayla and Steve have also been known to spitefully deny resigning employees the opportunity to work out the rest of their two weeks without providing any explanation as to why. I urge all parents to consider a different location or childcare option rather than subject their children to a Club which treats its employees as expendable.

misty robinhood: One of the worse places to play EVER the refs dont even know how to call the games right its always one sided just depends on who they feel like going for that day. The score keepers are always missing the scores cause they busy on there phones and when u tell em they missed they say well we didn't see it go in. Would highly recommend if u wanna a fair game called this aint the place go to the y or something. Never have I seen a boys club ran so crappy arkansas boys clubs are just all out awesome as for Missouri not so much.

Tyler Thompson: This place is a joke. DO NOT take your kids here. I’m so unbelievably disappointed with Boys and Girls Club, Kids are treated unfairly, They even lost my Daughter at one point. Staff has an attitude every time I interact with them. (Excluding the ladies that work pick up) I feel as if my daughter has been targeted by her teacher and the “Director” throughout the school year, my daughter has absolutely NO problems. Teachers rave about how great she is almost daily. Now that she’s in B&G club there’s nothing but problems. She comes home with a “write up” almost daily. They say that they have punished my daughter in various ways (understandable if she is doing the wrong things) however She has never received hardly any of these punishments they put on her write ups. The things they write on there are absolutely ridiculous as well, they are just silly things that kids do. Nothing serious or things that I even need to k ow about. They should be handled internally. They should not suspend my Daughter for “talking in class” (by the way, this isn’t even “class”) but what really got to me is when they gave my wife a “praise form” they put on the form the following, “was caught being good” that’s absolutely ridiculous. My Daughter is a fantastic little girl that is sweet and kind to everyone.Kids are going to be kids and do silly things, I know that but when I receive these things, it’s infuriating. They were also over charging me ( I didn’t notice) and have yet to refund me my money. I’m just all around both disappointed, dissatisfied and infuriated with Boys and Girls club . Again, Do NOT let your kids go here.

Jackie Lawhon: The staff at the Sertoma Unit are the best I could ask for. They have become like family to my kids and me. They have been there to support them in all aspects of their lives.They also have amazing activities for my kids to participate in, including volunteering, photography classes, gardening, business lessons, and field trips. We have been a part of the Sertoma Unit family for 3 years and have never had a bad experience. I literally couldn’t ask for a better group of people to care for my kids after school!
