Gabrielle Riegel: Brad, along with basically the entire staff there, are amazing. They’ve been treating me for three years now. I’ve never had even one bad experience. I wish I could rate them 10 stars. Or 100. I had probably the MOST PAINFUL feeding tube change in my entire life today, and they held my hand the whole time, brought me warm blankets, and basically did everything they could to relax me. They even gave my mom scrubs so she could come in during my procedure. They’re amazing!!

jennie fitzgerald: Very efficient and privacy matters too. Clean entry and atmosphere. Friendly greeting when you enter with prompt directions. Phone text to let you know when it's your turn and what window to go to. Confirms information and band when pulled back for test or imaging. Also provides mobility assistance when needed.
jared stair: I have had to take multiple individuals to this medical center to see various doctors and have various imaging done The parking is adequate and ample there is coffee tea and pastries inside and they have quite the smorgasbord of vending machines will return
Ashley Plumb: Update: they STILL didn't send it. I went up there was told they are sending as I was sitting there and guess what? The pharmacy STILL hasn't received it. Plus your calls don't go through to anyone. Waste of time"it should be ready by the end of the day" they say as I call for the umpteenth time about colon prep stuff for my colonoscopy in two days. I've called several times since the 3rd to get my prep stuff sent to the pharmacy and each time they said that. Finally got 2/3 things from the pharmacy but I'm afraid I'm going to have to reschedule (or just cancel at this point) because I'm missing the third. I have to start prepping for it TOMORROW. Plus the doctor that I saw was heavily pushing OTC meds when I initially saw him. Don't get your hopes up for this place (they are still better than mercy tho)

Kindra Mellington: My son had an appointment at 9:40. They told me to be here at 910 for paper work. It is 11:16 and we’re STILL waiting!! They have so much staff and the wait time is ridiculous! Why I didn’t go with mercy!! I had three little kids with me and it was just a nightmare. Also get rid of the masks. Covid is over and get with it!

Seem to be full of self-importance. It only takes a few of these guys to ruin the image of the entire facility. When I question something about the procedures of checking in I was told they didn't have time to explain it by this person. I hope never to see this jerk again

Jack McCarver: I had a colonoscopy 1 month ago! I was told my results would be mailed to me in the next two weeks! Still haven’t received them! I called a little over a week ago and was told they should be in the mail anytime? I would think this might be important as they are screening for cancer!
Stormy: I don't understand the bad reviews. No one gave me a time as to when my CT Scan would be done. I assume it will be done when they get it done. Period. I cannot see their scheduling, vacations, sick leave and so on so I'm sure there are people who get results back sooner than others. But all the negative because people don't get what they want when they want is childish. Welcome to the new America. I had a CT Scan with and without contrast today. The nurse who did my IV was top notch. The folks at the front desk were kind. We are in a National Emergency Pandemic so there was a young man who took my temperature....he was nice. Everyone was masked. The lady who did my actual scan was wonderful. The bathroom and lobby were clean. It was a great experience. I was alone and the nurses were good enough to get me a wheelchair as I have trouble walking distances since I had COVID. Overall Great experience!
Lorin Carrier: My father was diagnosed with Cancer in St. Louis and we needed some scans done and had to get them done at the Martin Center. My mom and Barnes in St. Louis (who are absolutely fantastic and wonderful) had made phone calls to the Martin center attempting to get things scheduled. The martin center scheduling department employees were some of the most rude employees we’ve ever had to deal with. The Supervisor of the scheduling department at the Martin Center hung up on one of the employees at Barnes. We’re nasty to my mom to the point where she was in tears and were all around horrible to the wife of someone whose husband has just found out he has cancer. Absolutely awful and despicable.
Cheryl Steele: From arrival everyone was nice and new their jobs well. The nurses were friendly and new their jobs well. Everything went very well and I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you for the great care.

Why not call early? Why not txt? Why not email? The whole leave a message that is so broken I can not make it out, from a number you can't call back...:(Some day dear Cox employees, your going to need health care and when you do, I hope you get a good taste of your own medicine.I hope to God in heaven I die before I need serious health care...nothing scares me more than thinking some day when Im old I might be in your hands. The over all experience I have had with Cox as a whole is negative.

Brandon Lee: The whole building has suite numbers. Mercy doesn't have it at all while every other business in this strip has one consistently above their doors.I had a delivery here and it was difficult to locate. Not everyone knows the business the address is associated with.I'll update my review when you put a suite number.

Olivia Niesen: The only person who I felt listened to me and my concerns was the NP. The nurses acted like I was an inconvenience to them, and when I pointed out that my medications were not correctly listed on my chart, the nurse said it didn't matter. They also had the patient room doors open and were yelling across the lobby at one another to find a splint for a patient. I felt like that was a violation of HIPAA because they were saying her name, what the splint was for, etc. The patient's privacy was not respected at all. I also got a call from Mercy GO Health Urgent Care that I missed, and no voicemail was left, so I called the number back. Whomever picked up said they couldn't help me without a voicemail, and without even asking my name or DOB, she hung up on me. Rude customer service and the care was not good either.

Dawn Perry: I went to urgent care a complete mess. I was hurting so bad inwas shaking. I couldn't speak clearly and could not follow simple instructions. The staff asked the right questions and understood what was wrong. They were able to take the edge off of my pain with an anti inflammatory shot. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The facility was very clean and nice!

I took my 4 year old grandson in today and after he was examined he was getting down from the exam table and fell. One person saw him fall but just stood there, didn't help him get up or ask if he was ok, then the person that examined him (don't remember her name)came in and said did he fall and just stood there and looked at him that's it! I got him on my lap and he cried and cried. When leaving there was rudeness! I find it to be very unprofessional for staff at an Urgent Care not to help a little guy who fell getting off an exam table!!
Nicole Morris: This. Place.They coded my visit incorrectly from 11/21/21. I came in for a strep test and they continue to code it as a non-emergent use of an emergency room. THIS IS AN URGENT CARE. I have been fighting them for 15 months. An absolute joke. I have in writing it was coded incorrectly but they REFUSE to fix it, after an insane amount of calls to my insurance and their billing department. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Katie Hicks: They give you conflicting information. I called this morning and specifically asked if I brought in my order form for x-rays from a private practice doctor if they could do it. They said yes and booked my appointment. Go in for my appointment and I am told no they can't do it. This isn't the first time they have given conflicting information either. They need to get their ack together and make sure everyone knows the rules. I'm not even mad they couldn't do it. I get it rules are rules but I was told they could so I stopped looking for a place to get it done, that's what I'm mad about.

Nathan: Fast and save your space registration is great.Jeffrey Christian Ellis, PA-C listened to me and quickly provided me the best care.PA Ellis then took the time to speak with me and ensure I had the correct response to the treatment he provided.I will hopefully avoid returning to Urgent Care but if I do, I would hopefully be treated by the same outstanding treatment team.
Kiki Jp: Every member of the staff was helpful, beyond patient, and so nice putting my kids at ease. They made us feel really cared for, double checking things even when it was later in the day. We left happy and knowing what was going on and the plan and medicine to correct it. They were all wonderful.
Vicious Vixen: Worst place to go if you are ill. I was told not to wait so long before making an appointment. Also told they weren’t taking walk ins at 4 in the afternoon. Doctor talks too much about her personal drama and desk staff is rude and condescending. I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter’s no pressing “bug bite” turned out to be a bad MRSA infection that needed immediate treatmeni walked into the Cox urgent care and got seen in less than a minute. Staff was amazing. I’m so glad I listened to my hunch and took my little girl to another urgent care asap. Revamp this location asap. It’s awful.

Emily Trigg: The assistants were all wonderful, but I am amazingly impressed with Dr. Luke (I can't remember the last name sorry!). His assessment of my issues was the highlight of my trip. I visit this location quite often, for the same issue every time. Not anymore!! Well let me tell you, you'd better not let him retire. He was, in my experience, the first and only one who LOOKED at my test results. Couldn't be more grateful. Always a good experience here, but this most recent was the best.
