Ryan Robb: Customer service from Perfect Tint LLC and especially owner Brandon is second to none. I have owned a business for 40yrs. I do not see this kind of customer service anywhere anymore. I wish the world was full of Brandon"s passion for making his customers happy. This is a 1967 Prostreet Camaro with a full cage inside. Several places would not do the back glass with the rest of the car as it has to be pulled out to tint the rear glass. Brandon looked at the car and said he could do it. They removed the glass, tinted rear window as well as rest of the car. Work was great. Car looks amazing. A week after getting the car home. The inside headliner started to fall around the rear glass area. Emailed a few pictures to their business website. Response was almost immediate. They were upset it was happening but were eager to get it corrected for me. They got in touch with the glass company who actually pulled the glass. Coordinated with myself, and everyone involved in the process and set a date to correct the problem. Knowing he had to remove the rear glass and retint the window along with repairing the headliner. Brandon did not try to place blame, get out of any kind of responsibility, or get extra fees. He was plain and simple wanting to make sure it was fixed and I was happy. He never came across as aggrivated, mad or that I had possibly done anything to cause the issue. I was and am always greeted with a smile, a kind voice on the phone or a great conversation when I reach out. I am amazed at him and his business as they operate just the same as my Family owned and ran business. Hats off to him, his front desk staff and his business.Ryan

If you can’t drop your vehicle off and have to wait they don’t leave streaks running down your doors or your dash the windows always come out perfect if there is something you asked for they make sure to come get you before they put the tent on to make sure it’s in the right place how you want it I would not go anywhere else, the tenant my 2022 grand Cherokee and then the tenant my 2023 Big Horn night addition crew cab and I love it no bubbles no pilling like I said no chemicals all down your doors and they clean the glass when they are done, and they are fast I would go nowhere else 💯💯💯💯💯

Dustin Slavens: Fast friendly and done a great job. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing window tint.Called at 9 am on a Friday after Thanksgiving and they had me out the door by 1130 am. Good service and good prices. Very happy with these guys.
Luin Haden: The shop had to remove my old tint, and it took a bit... I get it... my tint was old and came off in pieces. The new tint looks good, but they left black marks on my rear seat from their steam cleaner and I have been finding all kinds of strips of my old tint all over my car. I sent a message about the black markings on my seat and they said bring it by they would clean it... I took care of it.... but when I told them about the tint pieces I didn't get a apology just a "your film was horrible and came off in pieces.". An apology goes a long way with me.
Isac Lory: Great people good atmosphere. Just not happy with the work at all. My back glass and windshield tint was all bubbled a few days after the application. I brought it back as soon as they could get me in and they fixed the back glass but refused to fix my windshield tint since it wasn’t under lifetime warranty. It has bad bubbles over the entire thing. I went with the premium ceramic tint a $800 plus job on my Tesla and the owner says particles flying in during the installation process causing the bubbles are out of her control. If they would fix it that would be no problem but now I have to go spend another $200 to get the windshield tint fixed and it’s not my fault at all that it is all bubbled. I’m just pretty upset.

I had checked several places already to get pricing, as I had to get my old tint removed before my new tint was added. I already knew that it was an extra charge for the old tint removal, so I expected to pay a little more than usual. Springfield Tint quoted me nearly two hundred dollars lower than 3 other competitors, and I was excited, but leary as to why the price was so much lower. I read more reviews that night and decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did. They had a nice clean shop and they had my old tint removed and new tint installed in just a little over 2 hours. No bubbles, no hazing, the guys up there did amazing work. I will be bringing more vehicles to them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking. The price was great and you can't beat the life time warranty.Well after 9 years our back glass started to bubble so we made an appointment to get replaced. While the tech was removing the old tint he notice it was also pulling the rear defogger window heat elements.They contacted us to let us know. Brian Mires: Was referred by a friend to Sho-me-tint.Walked in on Friday after Thanksgiving and they were super busy. As busy as they were they said they would get my Chrysler 200 in and be done that evening. I was dropped off about 1745hr and my car wasn't quite done so I waited.As I waited a man and woman came into the store wo walking to the desk to speak with the young lady who worked there. She yelled across the room asking about her "Porsche" & "Mercedes". I normally wudnt say anything but the way this woman was berating and belittling this employee was extremely uncalled for. Not to mention I'm sure it was embarrassing to her as well. This woman was talking down to the employee telling her that she was an insurance agent and if she can't remember things she writes it down. Which again that statement was not called for either. I just wud like to let the owner know that everything that spewed out of that woman's mouth after you let your employee go home was BS. I felt she did a great job holding her composure with this woman and her attitude and blantent disregard for. Others like myself in your wanting area.So she did a good job considering the long day she had. He was very clear about the benefits and came across as just giving me genuine advice about what he thought would suit my needs best.They have a cool demo system that both displays the darkness of each tint they offer as well as a heat lamp that lets you feel the heat rejection of their various tints.I looked at a couple different tint places and while Glass Tint USA tended to be slightly more expensive than other shops, the quality is well worth it. About 2 years ago, when I bought my car, I needed to have the interior heavily detailed and there was a bad musky smell I wasn't a fan of in the cabin.
