Nathan “ECTO7” Bonner: Facility is ran as good as possible for a place built in 1956, that means truckers need to respect that the place isn't a truck stop for 120+ trucks at once.Receiving hours vary by weekday or weekend schedule, and are typically 7PM-3AM SUN-THURS and 9PM-3AM on SATURDAYS. However delays can be expected, as appointments are a ETA due to limitations of the 1956 built facility, limited lumpers and the priority of clearing outbound loads before opening. Receiving can be delayed to 8PM if the facility is Behind on shipments going out, can't unload if there is no dock available to unload! Common logic!Facility gets a abundance of arrogant drivers not reading rules of the facility, especially on SIGNS and papers. With drivers with 1AM appointments trying to cut in line or thinking they can "beat" other drivers with 8PM-11PM appointments, drivers trying to go backwards in ONE WAY traffic or obstructing others.Facility can only stage 30+ trucks max in a hour. You're not to check in more then a HOUR before your appointment, but drivers attempt to try using the place as a truck stop.Drivers are to line up on the SHOULDER of the highway/Division street and into the Right TURN LANE, but over 50% of the drivers can't figure that out, blocking other drivers on the shoulder. Individuals keep trying to block the intersection entrance and crosswalk from inbound cars and AWG personal, instead of stopping before the STOP sign waiting in the Right TURN LANE before safely entering.Drivers keep trying to harass security personal and others. You're on Private Property under Cameras at ALL times, don't like their rules then leave, it's the law. See a driver harassing someone? Report them so personal can ban them for their behavior if necessary.

Thin Poe: Batter go away with this place check in at 10:30pm apt 11:00pm got call for door 12: 45 after get the door wait 4 hour’s In the dock and than they start unloading a round 4:30 waiting for phone call for BOL tail 7 am not done yet go ask for the front desk they don’t know nothing and say I have got any things will call you when you bill is ready ..if you are owner operator you batter go way with this place .and high lumper too ..I have only 6 pallets the lumber is 207 $..all total hours for wist time for this place is 8 to 10 hours ..hope you good luck and get out quick …

Christopher Langley: The receiving hours at this location have changed from 6 pm to 3 am. You can show up at least 1 hour before your appointment time. But the gate doesn't open for receiving before 6 pm.

Isahel Hernandez: Checked in @ 0030 for 0100 appointment. Got a door @ 0100. Paperwork in hand @ 0500. I was able to wait in the parking lot for the rest of my hours.

Mr. LDiddy: Was told to wear a mask or wait in my truck ok no big deal. However the dock worker that told me that was also not wearing a mask. Have no problem wearing one just follow your own policies man. Otherwise people were pretty friendly. Old facility but not to hard to get into depending on how many trucks are here may have to back in from the road.

Jess Brosto: We used to go here all the time and get great deals on slightly expired items. Now the prices have gone way up and the selection is slim unless you want smashed granola bars or ancient condiments. The man working there is unbelievably rude and the store has large passive aggressive signs letting you know there are no senior or military discounts. You may as well pay the same price or less and get the walmart house brand and have it not be 2 years expired. Disappointing what this place has become...used to be so good.

Rose Deeds: Was looking for a surplus store to find some low priced grocery’s and that’s exactly what I found.Most the items I found ranged from 25 to 75% off. For example, I found $4 brand-name cereal for $.98. I also lucked out and found some my favorite snacks for 50% off the Walmart price. So there were definitely some pretty good deals mixed in.Other than that, The lighting was pretty dim but the people in there were really friendly.Would definitely recommend checking out. Because it’s a surplus store it’s not necessarily where you’d want to go if you’re looking for something very specific but if you’re Wanting to find some basic groceries or pantry items at a low cost this is a pretty good place.

Bridget Kelly: Years ago I think I gave this place five stars. The prices are no where near as good as they used to be and the food is at least three years expired. That’s fine with me, but then I expect less than half of the price of Walmart for something being three years old. It’s like they look at the Walmart price and mark everything for half of the Walmart price. That’s not a good deal if it’s 3 years expired. It has really gone down hill in the past two years, and even worse in the past 6 months. Today was my last time in there. The nice people that used to work there are gone. Today Sunday at 4 pm is the same cashier I have had the past few times. He is hateful and Grouchy, and seems like he hates all of the customers. My business does not feel appreciated as he seems bothered to stop watching his sports games in order to run the register. No greeting anymore when you walk in. My husband has greeted him and has keen met with grumpy hi’s. He makes a homemade sign that says “No I don’t know when the next shipment will be in.” I feel like it’s an extra effort to not talk to customers. There is no thank you for your business, or hello when you walk in. This is not the place it used to be.
