David Daniels: When Randy Little owned PFI it was great. PFI out sold the top three Calenders stores combined all by itself. Since taking over PFI they are already screwing things up. Cavender's isn't about customer service or employees well being. They just want to own 200 stores and to hell with how they do it.

Show Me State Moto: Will never go back here. Bought my son a pair of boots and the girl at the counter acted like she checked the size but after getting them home and my son wore them couple days said they didn’t feel right and found that one was a different size. Called them and said bring them back no problem then after drive a hour back there they said no they wouldn’t exchange the wrong size boot. So beware they will still have another pair not sized right. Paid to much money for boots for this kind of poor customer service !

I am highly experienced in boots and boot manufacturing, well trained in custom boots and saddle making. So I honestly have the qualifications to pass some judgement. Quality is moderate but no exotics...all print on leather. Bottom line the customer is always correct.
