Debra Long: I honestly have no idea how to feel about my experience. I got a lash lift and tint by Emily. I called and made a same day appointment and was very happy they could fit me in. Especially since I would be driving 45 minutes to Springfield for a service. When I arrived she was doing a lash lift and tint on another employee so I was confident she would give me a good experience. From looking at the other employee's lashes i could see from a distance (maybe 3 to 4 feet away i was sitting close to the register) her lashes looked long and nice.. While I was waiting I was asked to sign a waver and fill out some of the information. One of the things on the waiver stated that they would have to do a patch test to make sure I wasn't allergic. She did not preform the patch test. Thank God I was not allergic. I am pregnant so to have an allergic reaction that far from home and having been by myself would have been a nightmare for me.. My other complaint is that my lashes are not very curled and there was glue all over both of my lids after she "cleaned" them off. I can not complain too much about the perm because everyone's lashes are different but I am kind of disappointed in the results. Considering my lashes look better when I curl them. What I will 100% complain about is the glue on my eyelids still. When I paid my eyes just felt a little wet. I did not think much of it because she had just wiped them off, but when I got to my car my eyelids were basically glued open and I had to literally pull them apart. On top of that because I can not get my lashes wet for 24 hours I can not wash the residual glue off. I had to pick dried glue off of my eyelids. I am hoping that my experience is only like this because she is a beginner. I tipped her to be nice, but if I could go back I would not have tipped for the service. If I choose to come back I will not have Emily do my lashes, and make an appointment online with someone who has more experience.

Lauren: I was really torn on whether or not to wright this review because part of my result was out of the control of Corrina. I had a brow lamination here and it was a procedure I would NEVER do again. Let me preface this review by saying that I have sensitive skin and frequently react to chemicals. So as far as that goes, I wonder if my skin would react the same way, regardless of who did the procedure. My eyebrows and eyelids were incredibly sore, swollen, red, and irritated for days after the procedure. By the night of day three, one had cracked and was bleeding.Pros:1. The facility is clean.2. Corrina was super sweet and did the patch test on my neck prior to starting the procedure, which didnt seem to react with my skin at the time. So my skin reaction to the chemicals was not something she could have predicted.3. I had no wait time and they got me in promptly at my appoinmtent time.Cons:1. The threading was the most painful hair removal experience I've ever had, and I'm accustomed to both waxing and tweezing.2. I don't think my brows are any more symmetrical than they were before.3. It hasn't saved me any time at all in the mornings and I'm still using two products to make them presentable.Service:Hair threading

She is extremely talented, obsessive with getting every detail just right, and on top of that - is easygoing, personable, and kindhearted. I always feel like I’m going to see a friend, and not just my aesthetician. I appreciate how they are patient and kind when I ask them to touch a few more spots which rarely happens and is only because of personal preference. I recently tried a lash lift and tint and I had fantastic results. I always see Corrina in the shop. She is very polite and as the owner her visibility speaks volumes. The day before my appointment I get a text stating they cannot accommodate my 8am appointment any longer and would like to move me to noon. I had another appointment with them for a different service at 1:30pm. I called the salon and told them that I would not be able to do that with my work schedule. I was already doing the other appointment on my lunch break. I was told that they would not be doing 8am appointments for awhile since those were all booked. I told them I would need to cancel my other appointment then and I was told "gladly ma'am". DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a deep tissue massage which took my pain away, but the therapist told me it might come back and asked if I've ever had a thai massage. I had not, she explained it to me and recomended her fellow therapist Kara. I had my doughts but made an appointment. Am I ever glad I did. When I came for my appointment, Kara explained Thai to me and asked alot of questions about my health and where my pain was. I have been comming regularly since my first visit.
