Tate Neil: Strangely enough, they charged me $25 to give me a quote on a new water softener. They called it a trip charge.

Nicole French: The office manager is absolutely horrible she over billed me charge me a late fee when I had a credit on my account and hung up on me twice because she said she knows what she's doing and she's not dealing with this they need new people in there they don't treat their customers like trash never in my entire life have I had this much problem out of one company
Clair Jensen: Careful, they have a real hothead of an office manager. Double billed our HOA two years running and when we proved not only had we paid before each water test but had even over paid. She yelled "I'm done with you, get out"! When asked if she was going to return the $27 we overpaid she screamed "I'm not giving you anything, now get out"! She was rude, abusive and threatening. Her book keeping skills are the only thing worse than her people skills. Life is too short to deal with the likes of these. We have since found a better water testing outfit, they are polite, professional and they are less expensive. Shop around you can do much better
