Even though the engagement ring was purchased somewhere else, the staff here were eager to help, listened, and stated it would be no problem to achieve what I wanted when other jewelers have said they couldn’t do it. While we were waiting for the initial request to be written up, my fiancée and I decided to look at the men’s rings. Staff came up to us to talk about the different rings, advantages, disadvantages, and durability of all the different metals and finishes were discussed with us. It didn’t seem like we were being pushed to purchase anything or swayed in any direction from staff preferences. We were actually encouraged to purchase the less expensive ring but ended up purchasing two rings and left extremely happy with the service we received from everyone.

Emilia Rojas: People should make sure what material is a piece of jewelry made of before working on it. I took my husband's grandmother ring there to ask about what kind of material was made of, and they said silver. I asked them if it could be cleaned, and they said yes. So, I trusted them to repolish the ring, and guess what? It was plated silver, so the layer of silver came out when they repolished it. The ring looks really bad now, and on top of that it was my husband's grandmother special ring. I am really disappointed.

Came back today for my wedding band and Austin helped us. He was just as helpful and down to earth as the first experience. Austin laid out all the possibilities and guided me to finding the best style and fit. I won’t go to any other store!!!

We found one we loved, of course beyond shiny beautiful the clarity was perfect, like most pretty pricey. Got it sized and got it two weeks later to look NOTHING like the one in the store same ring just no shine, the colors in it were very dull. Barely showed. Diamond was super cloudy horrible clarity just wasn’t what we were “ sold “ on.Doing research finding out these jewelry stores do nothing but scam you. Everything you can research is exactly what the salesman say and do. They have certain lighting in the stores also that make it look perfect.Now looking back Dustin’s niceness was to quickly sell us before you figure it out. Had to refund it and we are very upset. Everyone’s out for money, in a greedy way. Not impressed.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP CALLED AND THE STORE VERIFIED THAT THE RING WAS IN. AFTER THAT I DID NOT CALL THE STORE AGAIN. AND THEY NEVER ONCE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THE RING HAD COME IN AND THEY MADE A MISTAKE. I LOOKED UP THE DELIVERY PROOF AND IT SAYS EXACTLY WHO SIGNED FOR IT. THE EVENING OF FEB 28 I WENT TO PICK IT UP. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME DID THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. WE HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THERE AND I PAID 561$ FOR HIS WEDDING BAND. THAT MAY NOT BE A LOT TO SOME PEOPLE BUT TO A BLUE COLLAR HARD WORKING FAMILY IT IS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RELAXED ABOUT THE SITUATION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLEAR I WAS UPSET. THIS PURCHASE MEANT A LOT TO ME AND BEING ABLE TO PICK OUT AND PURCHASE A NICE RING FOR MY HUSBAND WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. THEY MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH MY PURCHASE DID NOT MATTER. DIDN'T APOLOGIZE ONE TIME OR EXPLAIN ONE TIME WHAT HAPPENED. EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS LOCATION, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT HAVE BEAUTIFUL ITEMS.
