Max and Kris: Very clean place to dump at. Doesn’t take too long. Kind of on the pricy side, but it’s better than getting a flat or all dirty at the landfill.

Jeff Johnson: I accompanied my husband today 8.11.20 to the dump. All good EXCEPT and especially in a day and time of covid And germs we were given a hard hat and vest each to wear for safety. That’s all great EXCEPT that they are not clean. They are not sanitized. I would wager to say they have NEVER been cleaned. Smelled 50 times worse than the trash dump. No sanitary at all. Zachery Dobberstein: Moores trash never sends me a bill on time its always 6 months late and then when I pay online they can never track my payment and then I gotta go and screenshot my bank statement proving to them I already paid when they attempt to double charge me and the last straw that had me cancel service was when yet again they never sent me a bill then stopped picking up my trash after no email, phone call, letter or anything these guys are incompetent at running a functional business do not use these guys.Service:Trash removal disposal

I've called one time to find out why our trash wasn't picked up, the owner answered while he was out picking up trash, said one of his trucks broke down. His prices are so cheap we pay him a little more than he asks. I don't see how he can pay for gas and upkeep of his trucks on what he charges.

Shell Johnson: My family had used this trash service for home. My father, a senior citizen, called to cancel service due to rising costs last summer. A nice woman asked if she could help and offered to lower the bill to keep him on as a customer. My father happily agreed to the new price. He PAID FOR THE ENTIRE yearly bill. In less than 72 hours someone claiming to be a collection agency said he didn't pay the full amount. He again contacted Republic service and was told by a man that the woman from a couple of days ago wasn't authorized to give him that price. He also stated to my father that he was stealing from Republic service. My father cancelled the service. Of course he didn't get any names because he was so upset at being treated like he was a thief. I knew someone in administration that worked there and contacted them to complain. He, of course, said he'd look into it and get back with me. Of course that never happened. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They abuse the elderly and take advantage of their vulnerability. Who turns in a customer for paying in advance for a entire year into collections because someone in their office messed up with giving a price they aren't authorized to give? And then not honoring the price? Fraud & abuse!

Fedo Life: Canceled service due to rising prices compared to other companies in the area. Was told there was a $75 trash can pick up fee asked if I could just return the trash can they stated it was fine. Spoke to a women at the front desk that told me to put the can on the side of the building next to the other cans. So I returned the can and have proof lol but still receive letters and calls stating I need to return the can or I will be charged. I asked if they would like proof of me returning the can but they decline stating they will take care of it but never do and they just keep calling. Derek Banwart: Had this company for just shy of a year, 50 weeks to be exact. Out of those 50 weeks numerous times my trash was not picked up on time. Four separate times it was not picked up at all for the week. I tried to call, and got a canned answer of "we are short staffed, we will get you on this list for pickup." Talked to management, who claimed they would make my pickup happen, still nothing. In addition to that, my bill fluctuated often, only within a few dollars month over month, but no one could ever explain the cause for this, when I was quoted a consistent price every month. I have recently fired this company from duties at my residence, after giving more than enough chances. Now we might get our trash picked up on the scheduled day or we might not. The most recent was this past week when the driver drove past their can in our drive without picking it up but picked up the next neighbor??? When I called them I was assured it would be picked up by 5pm the next day which didn’t happen again. It’s happened quite a bit lately. I just called again for no pick up & told it was because not enough drivers! Not my problem! I’m actively looking for another service because they obviously are unable to service us.
