Sl Petrovich: Very slow loading,do not come here for pick up’s
Jade Harris: Slow for no reason. Over 4 hrs to get loaded and receive paperwork. If you can get another load from anywhere else in MO I would suggest it.

Very slow loading, took 3 hours 22 minutes before I got my paperwork and could leave.Given I arrived an hour before my appointment so really they took 2 hours and 22 minutes to load it, but still.The people are nice but these delays are unacceptable, they need to be better organized.Higher freight rates are the consequence of disorganization and slow loading times, made my day stressful because I was then behind schedule, will have to charge more if I take another one of their loads now.
Leon Bryant: Undercover is a good place to work.i mean truck hero if they would treat everyone equal but they don't.so my suggestion is to go to work some where else.

Brad Brad: Once you check in at guard shack, wait for a call with door #. Follow signs to building 11.. once you're at your door, keep doors shut.. slide tandems.. go in the office to check in. They have free WiFi for drivers also. No complaints... But still getting loaded so I might have to edit this later. Lol (but it's only been 45 mins so far.)

WhosYourDadzie LLC: You’ll be coming to the 1900 building, you can either call or go inside building to check in. If you see the parking lot full of trucks it’s best you go inside to check in.They got me in a door an hour and a half early, took them two hours and 45 mins to load me, they used to have WIFI for truckers but not anymore.
Shelly Stevens: Springfield Underground (caves)! Pretty cool. Check in outside of caves. Big parking area but typically pretty full. No service in cave but quick loading (usually within an hour).
Mario Rampani: This place is building 11. Docks are pretty easy to get into compared to other cave locations. Doors stay closed and ya back in and slide tandems. About 1 hr later you drive around to the yellow curtains and park. Walk back to office and get pw and go.

Sam Dillsaver: Pretty cool going underground in caves! Overall wasn’t too bad. I had a 1pm appointment and arrived at around 1130am. Got called to a door just before 1pm. Loaded with paperwork at around 330 pm. I had to get my load reworked, and I was out the second time around 530pm. Nice friendly people, but no cell service underground.
