Vida Castro: The store is the worse attentionI been a customer for more than 5 years not a problem i love the brand but this location is a same, the guy there said that they cant take returns ,I explain that lost my wallet and he can gave me a gift card or credit store but not a chance to do anything if this is a store with GNC brand must get professional people to work there.

Dayton, Jon, and Tylor along with all the other employees have been absolutely amazing by welcoming us both with open arms and makes us feel like family. They truly care and want to help you achieve your goals. With their help My husband has lost nearly 120lbs. Mathew Mills: The staff here are always down to help. Each time I go in, I get great recommendations based off my thoughts on what I got last. This is definitely one of few retail places where the staff really know their stuff. Even when the staff upsell for products, they make sure the customer is informed to make a decision but never try to over push the sale. Bonus points that the staff approach customers casually rather than with the old school aggressive salesperson tactics.

Not only that, but when I checked out, she did her best to find coupons that would help me save money. She was successful, and I was delighted. I have spent a lot of $ in this store, and have never given any reason to think I am there to steal, yet I am given the dirty looks, and the attitude as if I were a thief. I guess because they are hard of hearing due to their age, and speak louder than they think, they don't realize that I have heard the things they have said about me. This is very disturbing to me as a consumer, and a financial loss to your business, since I will not be subjected to this treatment, and while I love the 20% days, I will not return.
