But couldn't get a hold of hoover vacuum company even try the so called headquarters. Guess they don't value a customer. Never got connected back been trying for a few years but yet when you call hoover headquarters says they will hold your place in line and call you back ..folks it will not happen ...

I have never been in a vacuum repair shop, and never thought I would. I have always handled my own vacuum cleaner maintenance, but this was, though a simple fix, something I didn’t really have time for. I was in and out in no time with a repaired vacuum cleaner and some new maintenance information. Most importantly, I had a great conversation with a really cool local business owner. I will be returning to have my vacuum cleaner cleaned (Larry makes them look like brand new), and I recommend you do the same. Couldn’t your vacuum cleaner use a good cleaning?

I called Fred and he said it was no problem at all! I went to pick up my vacuum from him and he brought it out to my car and put it in the trunk for me.
