United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Jordan Ball: They literally don't know how to do their job. Made me go to UPS for a return even though the box and label said USPS. Wouldn't let me even show her the label. Just kept rudely saying we don't do that and brushing me off. Next time I won't be so nice and put it in SpongeBob terms for them. Or call my mom who works at another location and have her tell them how to do their job. Second lady was nice though.
Chase Lyons: NEVER get shipments through USPS. Everything was on track until it reached this location. Thank god for Amazon prime, UPS and FedEx. Can’t rely on USPS for jack when it comes to anything other than mail. God forbid they have to get out of their vehicle and walk 25 ft to deliver a package. My package has just mysteriously vanished.
Deb Simpson: Lisa was very helpful. She gave me an envelope to make it cheaper for me send. She gave me advice about the tracking and was very polite and fast!
Megan Warren: Oye, the postman doesn't know how to deliver mail properly to homestead acres.. he said "if the names not on the box, I'm not delivering." Um, you have the unit # on the piece of mail. DELIVER IT. He leaves mail sticking half out for the homeless/other neighbors to just take. I haven't received mail in 3 weeks even though informed delivery said I should. This is ridiculous. I've complained and so has homestead.
Sarah Chavez: Agents are very helpful in helping me decide how to send my packages for a small retail business.
John Lancaster: Tired of arguing with the post office!!! Send me my mail tired of calling to see where my mail is. I have had same address for 16 years never changed my address now get your head's in the right place and send me my mail like u have for 16 years.
Lexi: Would not tell me if my check was returned to sender
David Cunningham: Packaging been sitting here for 2 days and will be at least 3 IF it moves tomorrow to next route. LAZY and uncalled for.
Ihor Basaraba: Не приїжджайте раніше 7ам паркінгу немає і вас попросять поїхати, розвантажують не спіша
Rick Starkey: Excellent help
Hipcat: Unprofessional
Mikhayla Higbee: For many years, I have trusted USPS as a mail company as they have always brought my packages in a timely order. However, today's case (6/9/2022) has made me become skeptical as to how good this company really is. I placed an order through a popular online retail site, and even though I moved apartments not too long ago, I double-checked to make sure my package was sent to the correct address. Although my package was shipped very quickly from where it originated to the KC and Springfield post offices, some crazy employee thought I sent my package to a non-existent address, and is currently returning the item that's supposed to belong to me back to the sender. I am very upset by this because I am 100% certain that I included the correct apartment address, and if that's not enough proof, then why doesn't the mail person try to take the time to find my place? I get I live in a hard-to-find college campus, but that shouldn't be anyone's excuse if the mail people were properly trained. This situation is pure laziness, and I'm not sure if I can continue using or recommending USPS to others.Edit: Updated my rating because the national customer service person was attentive with my issue.
iChillr: Paid for delivery to my house and making me go get my package. Absolute joke
Kristi Patterson: I planned ahead made an appointment and filled out my paperwork online to get my passport. The person who helped me out was extremely rude and very disrespectful to me as a person. He told me how my name sounded bogus. He made threats at me when I made a mistake and told me he didn't have time for me. Along with other comments. I'm looking to get a report to someone overhead of him because No one deserves to be treated in that matter.
D. Thompson: Yes, always a line. However, this isn't the fault of the employees. The employees are friendly and helpful.
Kaylene Ripko: You said my lot number was unoccupied, when that wasn't the case! I have not gotten any mail in 2 + weeks!!! Not satisfied with your service lately!!
Jessica Baker: My mailman skips my mailbox if a vehicle is in the way because that requires him to actually get out of the little truck
Kayla Diehl: Bumped from a 1 star to a 3 star because the second clerk that helped me was nice.I do not frequent the post office and was mailing an odd shaped manila envelope. I was unsure if it would be okay and how much postage I needed. The first clerk was rude and made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. When I asked questions she explained it in terms I could not understand (acronyms specific to the post office that made no sense to me). Finally was able to get her to tell me how many stamps I needed. After adding stamps and addresses to my envelope, the second clerk was nicer with helping to mail it. Unsure on the nice clerk’s name, but receipt says clerk 42.
Thomas Miller: Sent a package priority mail overseas, was supposed to take 10-14 days. Package lost at Springfield office, filed a lost claim. Package arrived 3 months later. Then Post office notified me they were still looking for the package.
Samantha Steed: To the employee who saved our two-year-old from having a potty accident, THANK YOU! There are truly some amazing people in this world.
David Rainey: This place does nothing but process letters and packages....no food, no drinks, no retail....just mail mail and more male.. .boring

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Casey Perryman: No wonder why USPS is suffering. Made me buy a roll of tape to tape a return box shut. Had to use them for a free return. Because their customer service is incredibly lacking, it turned out not to be free. If you're used to fedex or ups, tape your box closed beforehand. Only use them if you must.
Jessica Snyder: I love our carrier! She is absolutely amazing. But the last few times we have ordered stamps by fax it seems to be a hassle to get it fulfilled. The person who processes those orders seems to constantly drop the ball. My carrier has to do more work by going back to the station to find our order. The order we placed at 9 am yesterday had not been filled. So she went back to the station to find our order yet again and was told it wasnt recieved. Our carrier insisted it be done because we had told her we needed those stamps today. I appreciate her hard work and dedication to her route! But you guys need to get a handle on who processes these orders!
mando rodarte: Always great customer service
Quinton: This location doesn’t value people’s time. Only 1 person working the front counter.
Janet Davis: I needed to mail a small package this morning and I didn't want to stand in the very long slow line at the post office. I attempted to use Click N Ship from my phone but the payment screen wouldn't load. So I tried to do it from my computer and it wouldn't accept the address which is a completely valid address. So then I figured I'd go to the post office and use their machine to purchase the shipping label. It wouldn't allow me to add the recipient's name which was important because there is more than one unit in that building. I then went home and waited for the post office to open. I got there and stood in line. I was told the label was the wrong one (it was the only one in their kiosk) and I had to step out of line to do that. Nope. Not going to do that. My time is valuable and the post office already used an hour and a half of that valuable time this morning and the only thing I had to show for it was frustration.I went to FedEx which is less than half a mile up the street and in barely 5 minutes my package was on its way. It cost one dollar more than the post office. The post office needs to shut down and be reimagined. There are plenty of much better shipping and mailbox options that are quite affordable. There are very few people who need mail delivered directly to them. All that junk mail is killing trees and filling landfills. The post office has been sliding around the bottom for years. Let's just get rid of it.
Brittany Parker: Good
Judy Creson: In-N-Out very quickly. Very friendly service
Nicole Dinnel: Super friendly and helpful
Hannah Ndiba: I don't give 1 stars reviews very often. The staff here are rude 9 out of 10 times. They appear to be annoyed to help the customers. I will drive out of my way to go to the chestnut location to avoid dealing with this staff.
Michael Cooper (Hedgehogrider): Lost a package and told me it’s something that happens sometimes. It was my wedding bands. Basically told me there isn’t anything they can do. It arrived there and the driver even said he lost the package. Terrible customer service and don’t suggest letting these people handle your products.
Jina Zarifis: Ordered stamps and they delivered the package in a puddle on my porch. I tried to file for a refund online but they said it wasn't eligible. They gave me the run around for 15 minutes on the phone and online to say no when they should have delivered the package in the mail box. Hope they will deliver a letter with a stamp TAPED on.
mary garton: On my way home yesterday I noticed a magazine in the ditch. Since I have neighbors across the road with overflowing dumpsters I am used to this. And, when trash is there, I pick it up. Imagine my surprise when this magazine was brand new and addressed to me. When I got to my mailbox all the rest of my mail was in there, wrapped in the newspaper, neat as a pin. When the mail carrier drops mail in the road, shouldn't they be responsible to pick it up and deliver it where it goes?
Lucas Crawford: Kim, who I believe is an assistant to the postmaster, is a phenomenal employee and she should be treasured at whichever office she works at.
Victor B: Between April 26-29 2021 I spent $736.22 at this location just for shipping packages (of course the content of packages was worth more than the shipping cost) and one package shipped for $87.85 got destroyed at the transfer point in Seattle (they destroyed the box and I went back and forth to this location to resolve something and they did nothing, unfortunately. When do you plan to be more responsable?
Anna Bridges: On phone 30 min never got to a real person
Tim J: They lost my mail but said it was delivered. I had two packages, totaling close to 500 dollars worth of goods that they said they delivered to my mailbox and the parcel box. When I was finally able to get into my mailbox, the one package was not there, neither was the key for the parcel box. When I asked them about this, they knew nothing about the package in my mail box but told me that they left the key for my parcel box with my apartment manager, who was not authorized to receive mail for me. I will not use them to ship any more packages!!!
Levi Cook: They are very unprofessional. Everytime I have to pick up something it’s always been from the s Glenstone location and now all of a sudden it’s the wrong one which no I haven’t moved. The Bennett location doesn’t know how to pick up their phone it’s off the hook or something just gets a busy signal the whole time and they’re not doing the window it’s just very unprofessional when you’ve got a letter that’s supposed to be sent back and you can’t even pick it up because they don’t know how to communicate with each other
David Peck: The clerks at this post office are always so nice to work with. The lines are typically shorter than others that I've been too.
John Jenkins: Springfield needs to do away with the postal service it has and completely redo the people and system. It takes 2 days for a item.to go from Maine to Springfield but Springfield postal workers cant seem to get it from across town in under a week.LOL this place is sorry and if they aren't doing community service amd are being paid at any rate they should be ordered to return any and all money they've recieved because they do not deserve a penny.I get piles of mail, piles because they are to incompetent to deliver it daily
Tiffany Allen: If I could give zero stars I would always put my packages on the wrong truck and Shelby is rude
Maple Hill Ceramics: Went today to drop off packages and office was locked up. Nothing posted on door, no holliday, and web page said open.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Elisabeth T Silvey: As someone who just relocated to the U.S, I am not sure how to drop off pre-paid package so I just went here this noon, and the staff was so extremely friendly and helpful. Theresa is awesome!!
Rajmit Singh: They need more people at the counter I was there for 45mins in line.
Cara Dailey: They kicked everyone out right before the clock showed 5pm. I’ve never seen a US PO not serve the customers that were already there at the counter before closing time. Crazy!
Zac Brewer: Walked in with 3 minutes left before 5. Had a package ready just needed a tracking number printed. The older man working just laughed, turned around, and shut the service for the day.
Kasey Mann: Theresa is the nicest post office employee I’ve ever came across! She was more than willing to scan my entire tub of packages even though the store was closing soon. Meanwhile she was also answering phones and greeting the new customers coming in. I don’t often see this kind of customer service at other post offices around here, so I will be visiting this one more often now.
Trish McLain: I'm disabled, with a cane, & so much in pain, just to get to the (sometimes) long line, to the postal person, it's extremely hard to hold myself up, on just a cane! So, one day, I had a very thoughtful postal person, who asked if I cud go ahead of the other 3 customer's...they agreed WiTH SMILES!!! I will NEVER forget that kindness, of even taking that initiative to even CARE, then to actually ASK!! AMAZING; & ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED.(HONESTLY, I didn't even know, if I cud stand that long, & STILL stand, to complete, mailing my DAUGHTER-IN-LAWS: bd gift, IN TIME!!! REALLY thought, I probably needed to leave, B4 I put SO MUCH pressure, on my knee, that I wouldn't be able to get back to my car!!! So thx, so VERY MUCH, Independence Post Office ❣️ ❣️ ❣️.
Angela Brockman: Teresa is a gem! Customer service A++
Hipcat: Professional. Good people.
Cait R: Incredibly pleasant & efficient staff!
dvaness322: I was treated well even though I came in 5 minutes before closing which was nice.
Nate G: Came to send a package. Folks at the counter were friendly and helpful, and the package arrived a day early. Got in and out quickly, despite having five or six people in front of me.
Beccca Sutterfield: Always have friendly staff who work efficiently to get through all their customers.
Kara Townsend: Good service, lots of supplies.
Chris Class: It’s hard to understand why this location has such poor reviews. This is hands down the best USPS in Springfield,MO. Speedy and friendly service and a great location that a lot of people overlook.
E Wise: Self service kiosk handy for buying stamps.
mooreofcooper: This is by far the worst post office in Springfield Missouri. The lack of concern for customers time is appalling. The consistent 10 person line is totally ridiculous and unwarranted. Something has got to give, and soon. This place is unacceptable.
Jack West: This place is understaffed by a lot, that being said they were friendly enough though could use a bit more customer service training. The prices are a bit high on PO boxes compared to other locations and other cities and other states. I do not know why that is, but I do know they hemorrhage millions of tax payer dollars to stay in business. Over all I would say we would be better off if the service went away from being government run and another company took over. I'm not for taking away people's jobs...but from my many experiences in USPS locations there are a lot of lazy workers that act annoyed when you ask them to do what they are being paid to do. Not this location just saying in general that is the attitude you get at a lot of these places.
John Trinkle: Shipped a package out and very clearly wrote the address on the front. The legend working behind the counter put the wrong address completely (different city and zip code) that's not even close to the original. He didn't ask me for clarification he just took a complete shot in the dark. Ridiculous
Amber Bowler: Slowest service ever….
Andrew Johnson: Zero stars isn’t an option. I wanted to send a bike to a person serving in Iraq. The post office accepted the package. It cost well over 150 dollars to send. They mailed it around the US and decided it was too large to send. So they returned it to my home. 6 weeks later. After multiple phone calls they told us to go online to request a refund. The site said can’t refund 30 days after being mailed. Even though it hadn’t returned to residence for almost 45 days. Scammed me out of a lot of money. They will not contact me back after more calls and emails. Theft at its finest.
Dalton Foster: I drive an extra 5 minutes to drop my eBay packages at this location; all packages scanned the same day I drop at the drop box. 5 Stars to the staff at this location. Thank You for helping me earn groceries money working from home.

United States Postal Service South West Carrier Annex: what do users think?
Laura Thomson: This post office doesn't sell stamps or postage.
Adrienne Adams: Great staff the supervisor John is always friendly and helpful
Dave Blase: Always ready to help with friendly service and staff
Paul C: Can’t put a machine to sell stamps inside, huh? Must be a bridge too far for them.
Nicole S: This location is close to my appartment allows for package drop off (I had prepaid postage packages to send out). There are blue letter drop off boxes available in the parking lot too. No usual retail services are available though.
Vincent Connell: If you go to this location and a big tall guy helps you, walk out. Not a good dude. Closed the window door while I was still speaking.
ShaToya Mitchell: Very quick and courteous!
Smoking Man: They continually deliver mail to the wrong addresses and lose checks. They continually deliver packages and set them on a porch facing the street with 20000 cars a day go by instead of walking 10 more feet past that porch to the next one around the corner which they walk by anyway where nobody can see the packages.
L P: I can't find out where my package is. Their phone has a nonstop busy signal, and their website refuses to allow redelivery (to my house in the middle of the freaking city intersecting probably dozens of postal routes).
Ellen Gray: They are great!
Jennifer Johnson: I’ve taken prepaid or stamped packages here over 3 times and each time each employee has come up with a completely spurious reason to refuse the package. When I put the package in a regular mailbox it was delivered with no problem, and the same went for my local post office, so there was obviously no real problem. The people that work here are crazy.
Devin Tilford: Zach is a straight liar I tried to pick up my certified letter he told me the post office was closed due to the weather to find out the next day they were open the whole time he is a terrible representation of a post office worker
Amanda “Mama Bear” B.: In and out. I'm never there for long and I get straight to the point answers
Mickey Lewis: Easy access to drive through box...
Emily Bailey: The guy in the window is rude as hell and very unhelpful for no reason. I’d give negative stars if I could.
Bill Reed: Awesome service, best post office I've ever been to! The people there are fantastic!!
Richard Carter: Zach is hands down the best postal worker I've dealt with. He helped me get my package after having delivery issues for a day and a half. Much appreciated.
Shelley Steeves: I contacted this post office this morning in reference to certified mail I had sent out on August 23rd, in hopes they had it there, waiting on a signature. The lady that answered was really nice, but unfortunately, she told me that my mail hadn't made it there yet. A few moments after ending that call, I received a call back from Kim at this post office, who spent time trying to track my mail. She was so kind and patient. It kinda helped with the mess of losing this mail. She gave me a few options on how to resolve my issue, of which I greatly appreciated!Kim is a prime example of why I love Springfield Missouri so much!!Thank you Kim!!
Jacob Hangen: Today I went outside after doing some yard work and found a mail carrier parked in my driveway with two others bordering the property and either smoking or vaping just hanging out. They asked if they needed to move and I said "yes please", but I feel like this was very weird, especially just parking on my property. I really think this is something that shouldn't happen.
mike whitney: I brought a delivery issue to the S. Campbell Annex and left the information with the man that assisted me. Less than two hours later I received a phone call from Supervisor Kim H., and she worked skillfully to resolve the problem. We determined the online store provided me with the wrong tracking number. How did Kim do that? By asking me questions about the size of the package, its weight, and origin of shipment....that's how she did it. I told her how much I appreciated her call and interest, what a great person to work with. More than 5 stars, I would give her 10! Mike
Lora Spoering: Always good and efficient.

USPS Annex: what do users think?
Andrew Nelsen: I missed a parcel recently, so I called to schedule a pickup. The teammate who answered my call was polite and looked for solutions, and was able to help me pickup my package (which I needed for my job) right away.As just an individual I would never have expected such kindness and consideration for one parcel, but (just like Christmas) the USPS branch here goes above and beyond. Really appreciate our mail carriers for the Heers Lofts downtown, and also for all of the support staff behind the scenes that make the magic happen. Thank you all!!!
Sara Cessna: First time I came here was because my apartment complex didn’t have a mailbox key for me and wouldn’t fix it, so had to drive here to see about getting a new one. The front desk lady was extremely rude questioning my life choices about not having money to cover the fix even though it wasn’t even my responsibility to have it fixed. (my paychecks hadn’t switched to direct deposit and my only income was locked in my mailbox). She had the audacity to question me and make extremely rude statements. Her supervisor backed her up saying that she was “just trying to offer motherly advice”. What a joke. Fast forward to now. I was expecting a very important piece of mail. It was paid to be insured and tracked. The tracking number confirmed the delivery but it was not in my mailbox. Went to the annex and they said they would call me with news after the carrier goes through all the mailboxes at my complex. That was about 4 days ago, and I haven’t heard anything. Tried to call and just rings and rings with no answer. Worst postal service I have ever worked with. Not to mention they’re in some sort of feud with my apartment complex so both the complex and the postal service are a complete joke for that reason alone, seeing as they won’t take care of their customers who have nothing to do with the problem.Update: they never called me to tell me any news about my package, which was a car title btw, and i needed it to receive money from the salvage yard for my car which was then going towards my new car. I had to go in a week later in person just for them to tell me they officially lost it. i went without the title for nearly a month. the postal carrier “supposedly” went through all the mail boxes and said they couldn’t find the package. LUCKILY for me someone found the package in their mailbox while checking their mail yesterday and brought it to me. Saved me a trip from having to go to the dmv and who knows where else to get a new title. Clearly they didn’t bother to check or at least check thoroughly. i have maybe complained one or two other times about service somewhere in a review or directly to management, but this experience takes the cake.
Marcella Anderson: My package left here at 9pm on Feb 1.srill has not arrived at destination a week later using express Mail. These comments got me feeling doomed.
Johnny White: Employee had attitude not sure why I don't recommend this place to many other USPS places to go to that can talk to you better
Amy Mort: I live in a nursing home and the front door is locked on weekends. The mail carrier wouldn’t try and drop off the mail a different door given to an employee to deliver.
Matthew Schmitt: This is the worst Post Office I've ever worked with. My mail carrier regularly loses my mail and then they don't answer their phone when I call to ask about it. Losing my mail isn't really a big deal because I only usually get junk mail (No, SpeedyCash, I don't want a $500 loan with 300% APR). What inspired write this review is that I was supposed to receive a $5k check in the mail on or around 11/5. It's now 11/12 and I haven't received it yet, but the person that sent me the check says that it's already been cashed. This leads me to believe that they delivered it to the wrong address. I've been trying to call for 3 days with no answer and the corporate 1-800 number is totally useless. This needs to change. Many people get important documents and potentially life saving medical supplies through the mail. The fact that I can't even call the post office to file a complaint is absolutely abhorrent.Getting a package delivered by them is probably worse than the regular mail. I order stuff from the internet frequently. Every time the merchant sends a package, it NEVER shows up when it's supposed to. It's always late. I can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure whoever's responsible for delivering packages signs off that all of his/her deliveries were made when he/she picks them up from the post office. He/she then delivers them at his/her own convenience. It's worth it to pay more to use UPS, Fedex or even DHL.
tyler cardwell: This place does not have a voice mail set up. They never answer the phone. When you walk in you will stand there 10-15 minutes without being greeted. There is absolutely no level of friendliness or customer care. I dealt with a heavier set younger lady and she was one of the rudest people I had encountered all week. I hope to never have to go back.
Oscar Davila: They do not answer the phone
Kimberly Nicely: Have been calling every day, numerous times, for the last 2 weeks. No one ever answers the phone. Have yet to get someone on the line.
Kayla Diehl: Stopped by here as it was close to my house and I was trying to mail an odd shaped manila envelope. The guy working the counter was very nice and helpful. He directed me to 2 different locations and let me know my envelope would be fine. They do not have the retail services like the ones on Chestnut and Glenstone. Thank you for being so nice!
Sheri Henderson: No one EVER answers the phone !?!?
Brenda Hooper: Not receiving mail.Uniformed Delivery says it will be here, never arrived!!!
Tammy Miller Agee: ALMOST every time I have either been to or called this location it takes FOREVER to get ANYONE to respond to you IF & When They Do.Your LUCKY IF you Ever get any to answer phone SO when you give up & drive across town to the location you are LUCKY to get someone to help that REALLY wants to Do their job! Lord help you IF you have had your mail stolen OR you think your mailman IS/COULD have made a mistake with your mail!
Daniel Adamik: I received a text at 3:15 am saying my "Live Chickens" were ready for pickup at the Springfield Post Office 65803. No address of the three Post Oofices and no pick up times. I got ti the US Post Office Annex on Bennette St. And only THEN was able to see on the door that they don't open until 9:30 am so I had t to sit in my truck until that time, over an hour. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY
Jay Smith: I have been trying to contact this location by the phone number listed on multiple occasions and no one ever answers the phone there has been several occasions where I have gone weeks if not months without receiving my mail and I can only receive mail from this location does anyone else have this problem
Forrest Joyner: There was an oops in a parcel delivery for me yesterday......the Customer Service folks together with my regular carrier (who was not at fault) tracked it down, retrieved it today and brought it to my home. I measure a person or business in not whether they make mistakes because we all do, but rather how they recover and make it right. 10+ over-the-top for these folks!! Thank you!!
N C: They won't answer phone and their 877 number is only a computer with a 5 hour and 52 minutes wait time. Leave it to the government to screw you over.
Aimee Lewis: I absolutely hate this post office...No one EVER answers the phone...Also every time we "return to sender" something the mail carrier doesn't even take it just leaves it in our box...I wouldn't be returning it if it was ours...This annex is just another example of how the post office knows how NOT to get it done....
Abbie: This place is an absolute joke. The employees here are incompetent and don't care at all. I don't think a single person has ever answered the only phone line either. They shouldnt be allowed to tie their own shoes let alone handle certified mail.
Milli Hoaglin: I have ordered at least 4 or 5 things and I guess because someone can't handle barking dogs or just doesn't want to come down the drive way, they decide they don't want deliver my stuff. So now I have to go up there or find the time to go up there and pick them up. I guess whats the point of ordering stuff when you have to go get it anyway.
angela boger: When I need service it alway been good

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Ola Pod: Very frustrating!! All other services deliver to my address multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times a day without issues, but packages sent via usps never get to my address. I get notification saying that there was attempted delivery BUT my surveillance cameras show either no one stopping by or a usps vehicle dropping off letters at the mailbox and leaving. Letters get delivered but not packages. Whenever I go to the post office to claim the package, everyone acts like they don’t know what happened. 95% of the time this is the scenario.USPS, you must do your job as it is intended.
Ronald Wehner: Helpful!!
A L: Shows packaged delivered but did not receive it.
Sarah Williams: Carrier walked from road up snow-covered lane to deliver much anticipated box of snacks to front door. He is always friendly and timely when in his control.
Julie Downs: Most incompetent and lazy post office staff. I'm embarrassed for them.
Kim Morrow: The ladies here are ALWAYS so helpful!
Ben Havoc Swint: 0 communication. You got hired to deliver mail. You got hired to sort mail. You got hired to deliver packages, large and small. If large put them on the porch. You got hired to do the job. You're all failing at what you get paid for vs what you got hired to do...Try and do better for yourself be proud of the job you have and have some honor..Please just do your job every day
Chris Olson: Not open durring their posted hours 😑
Lori Leimbacher: Great service. Have been so accommodating to my shipping needs
William cronin: They're always really nice and helpful. I wish they didn't charge you $4 for a roll of tape instead of offering free tape for one tiny box. Besides that they take care of your shipping needs.
Darla Rodgers: I've had bad service from this post office for years. A lot of our mail is just never delivered to us. I guess they deliver it to someone else and they throw it in the trash. Waited a month for a Bill of Sale. It never came so I had to ask the seller to send another, this time Certified Mail. Tracked the envelope. It said Attempted Delivery, No Access To Household. Really?? There is a circle driveway with no gate. How can you not have access? Then today I tracked a package and it said Delivered In Mailbox. There was nothing in the mailbox but air. Went to the Post Office. She said the carrier would have to get it tomorrow and then deliver it to us. I can only assume it was again delivered to the wrong address.
Michelle Koenig: We just visited the Rogersville post office to renew our teenagers passports. Heather was working by herself. She did an amazing job of handling each customer personally, professionally and in a friendly manner! Thank you Heather! You're a lifesaver!
Stan The man: I have been using the Rogersville post office for many years. I find them all to be courteous competent and very helpful.Traci in particular has been very helpful to me.
Chris Brewer: I'm sorry to hear all of the bad stories here, but in my experience over 10 years in the area, I've always been in and out. It's a post office, so I'm not expecting Ritz Carlton level service.
Dr.Phil Bigone: Gone there Friday to ship return USPS box. Needed a label printed. Was informed they don't print labels. Had to drive to Staples in Springfield to get a printed label. I felt like the post office could At least afford a printer for label printing.
Anathoth Farms: Consistently losing packages.
BD: Horrible management. Lacks any understanding of customer service.
Steve Burgher: We own a business and ship a ton of items and I have to say since we have moved to rogersville and had to use this post office it has been the absolute worst experience ever. We never had any issues with the Republic office. we cant even get shipping items here without being complained at and told no.. we have had mail lost from here and even checks have been lost. Again. We have never had any issues anywhere else. This place is an absolute joke and waste of time.
Brenda Archer: A really nice lady mail my letter
D S: Postmaster Barbara J. Haden is aggressively rude to customers. She seems to be currently enjoying a major power trip. I've noticed other reviews where customers have been denied thier mail because this person lacks common sense and empathy. I hope she doesn't end up killing someone by denying them thier medication shipment because she is being petty.
Candi Lynne: 1 star rating is still too high. This post office never puts my mail in the right mailbox at my townhouses. I'm constantly in touch with these people unfortunately because of it, and when I call them for help the customer service is extremely awful. I love Rogersville, but this is by far the worst part of living here.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Skippy Mac Madison (Skippy): Great place…
Helen Myers: Our mail carrier refuses to get out of her truck with a package. She stuffs whatever we have into our mailbox even if it damages the package. We've complained about it but nothing is ever done.
Tad Duet: Great post office! Never have a problem here!
Marissa Mills: the women who helped me was Russian threw my package on the scale for poshmark it was a mug and she shattered it. I lost 10 dollars from her. thats the photo I received from buyer.
Whitney Esquibel: Nixa post office has the kindest staff! They’re always helpful and nice.
Stephanie Baker: Was charged $4.50 to send an envelope. Went to the Republic po and was told it should have only cost me $1.00. 😡
Christus miles es scriptor: Wow, this place is a joke. Its quite obvious management reads at a second grade level. They must’ve been those kids that sucked the mercury out of the thermometer. What idiots😂
Ketzni: A package I needed asap sat in their post office for 3 days, and now it says it was sent to New York instead of just sending it to me one town over? Obviously they cannot read or deliver anything correctly otherwise I wouldnt be having this issue.
Micalah Witt: They can’t seem to deliver my mail or packages to the right house and their customer service is ridiculous!
Matt commins: The clerk was very helpful, she suggested to use a flat rate box saving me money. Very friendly staff.
sandy sowder: I seldom receive my packages from USPS they get delivered to someone else,My Post office app. says it's been delivered, I have to call the post office & they willRun it down & finally get it to me. This is totally unacceptable!!!!! I'm 75 yrs old, some of the packages contain my medicationTHIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!!!!! It's not just me it's the whole neighborhood, we feel we deliver almost as much mail in a month as our carrier
Adam French: Ladies that work at the front have been cranky the three times I have been there since I moved here. I also had two passport appointments cancelled so that I now have to redo the entire process due to time expiration.
Virginia Seelen: We are experiencing seriously bad and inadequate service with our mail deliveries from last Thursday (07-8-21) thru today (07-12-21). Our mailbox has been damaged by a white mail truck on 07-08-21 along with wrong mail in our mailbox. Our mail was delivered to our neighbors. Our neighbors should not have to re-deliver the mail once in our area. Today my mail was delivered to two different neighbors. This is not the first, second or just third time this has happened. Our regular mail carrier does a great job. However, we are left wondering who has our mail and what we are not getting from USPS.
Katelyn Hill: I understand that USPS is busy. What I don’t appreciate is when they lie about packages being delivered. Multiple times I have had to wait an extra day to few days to get my package after it’s been “delivered”.
Velma Merritt: Our carrier delivers anytime in the afternoon until late in the evening. It is now 7:20 p.m. and he/she has not delivered mail today. Prices of postage goes up but service deteriorates. I wish there was an alternative.
Bob Long: Lady at the counter was hateful and was mad that I didn't know the address.. Didn't need to know the address, as it was on the box! She was still hateful about it.
Mike: This is one of the most inefficient place of businesses I have ever been to. If you are even able to speak to someone they dismiss you to the internet in an annoyed fashion to get all info for their processes, will not schedule any appointments in office, and once you do show up they always have some reason not to process what you need and direct you to schedule an appointment the following day. I went to apply for a passport and they told me they do not accept photo copies of citizenship paperwork which it clearly says online they do, then, when my wife went to get hers they wouldn't do it because they couldn't take her photo because their printer ran out of ink. No wonder UPS and FedEx is putting USPS out of business. When you get paid by the government you owe little to the people.
Daniel Snyder: 0 stars. Nixa Mo USPS needs to be reorganized or closed. Spiteful liars. 0-4 Amazon deliveries. Each reason for returning packages to Amazon were untrue and contradictory. How can there be no address, driveway inaccessible, the person moved. They can't all be true face value. I honestly think the packages are never put on the truck and administratively sent back to sender. Rude, lazy, ... oh... .gov.. pretending to be a business.
Jonathan Gittinger: The older women working the front desk aren't just rude, they're HATEFUL.I lived in Nixa for 10+ years. I've seen them yell at small children, be rude to elderly customers, mock people with disabilities, accuse customers of stealing pens, and refuse service to customers who have lost packages.People need to start catching them on camera and posting it online.
Tiffany Hastings: My mom lives in Nixa and I mailed a big box of presents to her. While it did take forever to get to her even tho I paid priority shipping, I understand the USPS is super busy this year and was patient. On Christmas Eve the package was marked return to sender. I then realized I had put the wrong house number by 1 digit! I was so upset! I called the 800# and waited no on hold for a while. The nice gentleman told me that the package could be picked up Saturday if mom got to the posts office right when they opened. So that was the plan. Well, an hour later someone dropped the box off at my moms door! We don’t know who it was or how it happened but it was like a Christmas angel for sure! I wish I could hug whoever it was that realized where the package needed to go! Thank you USPS for all of your hard work this season. I know it hasn’t been easy on anyone but I appreciate you!
Leslie McCoy: The customer service at this location is the best I have ever been to! They take responsibility for what they can, are informative and realistic and generally very pleasant.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
wallsie& friends: They like picking on old ladies because they can't deliver to the right address. Our post man is a terrible person that likes to pick on ladies that have lost thier husband and most recently her daughter. And the new post master isn't much different. All of this started when the kept delivering mail to us that wasn't ours. We got a certified letter that we had to pick up and it didn't even belong to us, it was the neighbors.
Zakiyah Miryam: Quick & Friendly service
Curtis Jackson: Mail that was sent to house and photographed for delivery was not put in mail box. Mailman Barry did not realize I was standing at the curb watching him and he took a letter out of mail and set it aside. Called the office to try to have something done about it and spoke with Ashley who first said she was supervisor then when notified she was being recorded changed her story and said she was officer in charge. She was very unhelpful and refused to give us the mail mans name or identification number. Terrible customer service. I would give it less than one star if I was able to. They all need fired .
Rakel Rose: Great customer service, always a quick visit to this post office, no long lines. I will go out of my way to go to this location over any others in the Springfield area
Felisha: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. You get better customer service at a fast food restaurant than you do at this post office. I have gone in there a few times and the post master herself was the one who “helped” me each time. She was no help at all always rude and hateful. I try to pick up a couple packages and she said she can’t give them to me and they will be delivered tomorrow. I asked her so you are refusing to give me my own mail and she still said you will receive your packages tomorrow. I absolutely hate this post office. I have been to others before and it was no problem to pick up my package there.
Devin: Horrible horrible customer service. Refused to give us our packages. The lady that runs it needs to be let go. They have been a pain ever since we have moved here. Glade we are moving away.
scott boatwright: They do a very good job with anything I have needed
Anne Ann: The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice! Helped me find the right box size and shipped them promptly
Ashley High: A package that was supposed to be delivered to me got misplaced, and I went to this post office for help. The ladies there were tremendously helpful, kind, and quick to help. They helped me update all the forms I need it and get everything sorted, and when the package was found, one of the women drove out to my home to return it to me. Them helping me through this was a huge relief, and I will forever be grateful for that.
Hannah Faulk: We live out of town drove all the way to the post office to get a package we needed. Just to be told we can’t pick it up. We own a business in Strafford. We had to stop delivery on Saturday because people were stealing our stuff. They told me when I signed that I could pick it up at the post office instead. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Horrible customer service. I will be contacting management about this.
Zechariah Hambone: Got to p.o. at 11:34. They close at 11:30. 2 ladies behind the door and one is drawing decorations on glass. They were being hateful and wouldn't give me my package.
Morgan Woods: Absolutely horrible customer service! KIM would not even try to help me get a package for a wedding! Was on the phone and she talked to her employee like it was not big deal she had a customer on the phone!
Alice Han: Never answers the phone
Dobber Malchi: No Boxes or Passport service
C Jackson: Horrible customer service. Wouldn't accept credit cards that aren't signed. Limited hours. This is why rural post offices get shut down.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Linda Lantz: Nice post office. Easy in easy out.
Ken Tripp: The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I have mailed 15 packages from there in the last month.
Erika Snow: Terrible phone service. There are only prompts. No one is available to actually take your call for questions that a prompt cannot answer. The USPS is a joke.
Autumn Ranchie: I just had a package thrown at my door where it landed upside down. The box broke and stuff spilled out. Cmon Willard you can do better than this.
SARAH Sharon: The service is okay when I go in, but my weekday deliveries keep getting later and later. My Sunday deliveries keep getting dropped off at the WRONG address. The directional indications in an address make all the difference. Please teach your drivers to read the ENTIRE address.
michelle murphy: Help me out with mailing everything and was kind
Samuel P: I had a great a experience here. The people were really friendly.
Tammy Clarkson: Can't get a direct # to Willard mo.
Joey Salsedo: Heather is trash
Angela Limpus: Office hours are not convenient for those who work day shift (7:30A-5P).
Susan Reaves: I love the Willard, MO post office. The workers are pleasant and helpful. There is a handicapped parking place and an outside door opener push panel for disabled folks like me. Our rural route postman for Farm Road 81 is the best, in my opinion. ❤️
Joe Crawford: Horrible horrible service. They consistently tear my mail of and lose mail often.
John John: I had a fairly valuable electronic device shipped by USPS. I received notice it had arrived at the Willard post office. As I had done MANY times before, I called to have the package held and would pick it up when they opened. I was told they do not do that. What? They would rather throw electronics on the porch and hope it's still there that night than have it picked up at the office? Not much service in the postal service!
