Vas: The worst bank I’ve ever been to.
Andrew Richardson: Always a great experience at this branch. They are a great group who really goes the extra mile to do the best they can for you.

Ian O'Dell: Commerce bank has great in person customer service, but their call center is atrocious. It takes about an hour to get them on the phone every single time. They really need to take a hard look at their call center and make some significant changes. I've had about enough at this point. Don't put your money in this bank if over the phone customer service is important to you.
adam lanter: Short version: this branch is the brick and mortar version of the Nigerian prince in your email inbox and you should avoid them.Long version: they will disregard your instructions and lock you out of your accounts as a result despite warning them twice 2 months before and 1 month before. Then after being locked out of your accounts for almost a week you can get ‘help’ from someone like Becca with the desk. But she doesn’t actually want to help, she would rather be confrontational and act like she’s saving you while giving you attitude and talking down to the customer for mistakes the bank committed. They also don’t have a manager according to her either, until she found out when I had to be at work, then the manager just couldn’t be available while I was there. But it is now Thursday and I have not gotten a call back from their manager, so maybe she really wasn’t lying! Their student credit cards also won’t work over 50% of the time at places the card holder gets cashback at if you have a checking account on the same bank account. It’s taken 3.5 years for this branch to get this far to understanding the problem and there is no solution in sight either according to this branch.
Kappa Sigma: Closed my account 3 days before my first paycheck and I’ve banked here for four years. When you’re depending on a check for bills this is unacceptable. Not impressed.

Matt Robinson: Terrible bank drove 30 minutes after calling to confirm ahead cashing a check and after setting 30 minutes waiting was told they wouldn't honor the entire check. Their checks are only worth a portion of what's wrote on them.Tried talking to a manager who was short and rude. So I called to talk to what they called a customer advocate and was far worse. I will never except a check from that bank again or do business with them or anyone who does.

Dan K: Branches need to setup rules and stick to them. Came up here to cash my fiancé’s check. First time I’m told that my account is too new to do that so come back in a month. Ok. That’s cool so we do that and they cash a fairly large check for her even though she’s not on my account with no issues after verifying the funds. Now we get another check and we’re told at the same branch that they can’t cash it even though it’s quite a bit smaller cause she’s not on the account? I’m so glad I’m moving soon so I can stop banking here. So beyond stupid.

Kat Henderson: Worst. Bank. Ever. Whatever you do, DO NOT trust this bank to give you a loan. Sadly, the people in charge of handling them cannot do math. Your payment will change, significantly and regularly (they may or may not tell you in advance). They cannot keep insurance/tax escrows accurate, so you end up on an insane merry-go-round of overpaying for a year, them getting a refund from your insurance company, before they will adjust the payment (they will only do this at the loan anniversary, not when something actually changes), only to end up underpaying the next year and owing that balance, which they want immediately, and facing an increased payment. And somehow, the payment never adjusts down when you overpay, only up when you underpay due to them being horrible at math and refusing to calculate payments based on current information instead of old. They will make illegal repossession threats (starting the day after the actual "late" date) based on math that doesn't add up in order to gouge you. This bank is not trustworthy or competent in any way, shape, or form. You're better off trusting an owner-financed deal than to trust this bank.
Mirei Mikagura: This bank is pretty hinky. I have a home loan that has been nothing but constant issues. They raise your interest rate when interest rates are dropping, tell you the increased payments will start a certain date, then send notices asking for that amount two months before the payment amount was supposed to change. Beware of making any changes to your loan, such as your insurance rate changing, because they will only adjust it once a year, at the anniversary of the loan; you will have to pay the wrong amount until then, then wait for a refund at adjustment time, or have a higher payment to make up for an escrow account that is now "short" because they wouldn't adjust the account. I would only recommend this bank to someone if I wanted them to suffer.
