Brian Wilson: I worked for CTI and was terminated because another employee assaulted me right in front of my supervisor who did nothing to prevent this from happening and in fact instigated it. I was subsequently fired for being a victim of an assault. It happened on CTI property and I was on the clock. I was sent home without medical attention and fired 2 days later when I went to ask for resolution concerning the situation.

Trucks are infested with bed bugs, which you only hear about through the grapevine. They have absolutely no communication skills throughout the whole company. They need to be shut down ASAP until they get their bedbugs problem in order.

Rob Elliott: Worked for them in 2004 and requested time off to see my daughter being born. Could not get me home. Told me there were no loads as im watching 5 other cti trucks being loaded. Then went back there in 2020. Again could not get me home. I put in for time off 3 weeks prior. Truck broke down. Instead of putting someone else on the load. They made me finish it out. Didn't give a damn about me. Talked to other drivers who had the same problem. Not all bad though. Had a few good dispatchers. And shop was good. They have 65 mph trucks. And slip seating sucks.

David Shrum: Don’t. Just don’t. I went to trailiner after having been told that I would be able to be a solo driver, which is a lie. They tell you that to get you there and then force you to run team with someone. I drove several years ago and have been out of the truck sometime. I went to them and had to do a refresher course. (3 days training that will end up costing about $1200 if I am figuring right and they did not find a way to charge me for air breathed while I was there.) M wife who is already immune compromised got Covid and has been very sick. I told them that if she stayed weak for very long I would have to find some day labor until she got better where I could work but still be home to be there with her. So I applied to drive local doing some jockeying around of trailers in town and when they called trailiner they trash talked me, and said things that were very unprofessional. Three days later we were served papers because they are suing me. They are liars and cheaters!! Pursue this company at your own peril. You have been warned

Seawolf: Everything was great at first. They don't pay very much, not for company drivers at least, but it's a small company and it's not like they can afford to make you a millionaire. However, everything started going downhill this past February when I had an accident. Only after the fact was I informed that I would be on the hook for the cost of 100% of the repairs, despite being a company driver who never agreed to take on any financial responsibility for the truck. However, after being threatened with legal action, I had no choice but to allow weekly deductions, for a grand total of $1,000 a month. A few months later, they decided to fire me and took a full $1,000 out of my last paycheck. All told, they took $5,000, at least, and I have nothing to show for it.

They have two realy good guy's that work in the shop Dale is the shop forman and also Matt. And between the two of them they are on top of everything. If you have any problems while out on the road you can call Dale he will help you. In the office when you make your daily call in, and you will talk to Jackie she is a hoot. Or you could talk to Dave and he is realy nice. Then you have Tammy, as the dispatcher she is very fair and will work with you when she can. Their are time that she can't, but most of the time she will. And last their is Roberta she is a very good person. I almost frogot our night dispatcher Brittany she is very nice. One thing about Daniels is you do your job and you do it well. The Daniel Company Of Springfield will be good to you. And we realy do love working for Daniel.
