James Johnson: The service here just seems to get worse and worse with each passing year. You used to be able to talk with mechanics and get decent, fast service. Now, they don’t want to have any interaction with the customer and have set up a kiosk. Their waiting room has no comfortable seating, no vending machines and NEVER any soap in their restroom. Hopefully this won’t take several days to get them to look at my vehicle.
Karri Konczal: This family saved us! We were moving from Florida to Idaho and got hit from behind in Missouri by a guy going 60 miles an hour and never hit his brakes. He didn't even know he was in an accident till the airbag hit him. He admitted that he was relying on his adoptive cruise control and anti-lock brakes to stop him while he was texting. This family the Yates boys, we're very kind and helped us deal with are two destroyed cars and a trailer and a tow dolly and helped us move our cats safely. They helped us clean stuff off the roadway they were just very kind and let us spend hours in the lot shifting through the rest of our belongings. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. Thank you all!Jon and Karri
Leo L.: I would give no stars if I could I check in and was told it would be an hour and a half. But more than once I see people standing around lolligagging. Worst Penske I have been too......I'm standing there and they were acting like I was invisible so I walked through the shop to see if anyone would say anything and they still didn't. Smh
James “Scott” Gramling: I guess the company I work doesn't swing a big enough stick. We left my truck to be serviced. They want 24 hrs to complete a oil change and balance 2 tires. Went back After 24 hr and they were just putting in service bay. This is the second time for my truck not getting done. I guess we will take it to somewhere they appreciate our business.

Scott Jeffrey: Fuel island shut down early and had to 'open' to fuel my truck. Exit gate was locked so had to 180 and go back the way I came. Dangerous and a risk of collision with the fuel island. Fuel CSR woman was outwardly rude, surely because I needed fuel. Fuel island hours were until 11:30pm - was shut down and dark at 10:30pm. We are required to fuel at Penske locations and plan our trips based on fuel stops. If my truck fuel is near empty and Penske fuel island is closed contrary to published operating hours, I don't have enough fuel to continue rolling. Penske needs to publish accurate fuel island hours and be sure locations are adhering to them.

Elizabeth Nowak: Would leave 0 stars if I could. Complete scammers that set up clients to pay out of pocket expenses on damages on their trucks that were there before renting. Two times they have done this where they claim we left a dent and had to show video proof that we didn’t. Absolutely never doing business through them again and I would encourage anyone else in need of a rental to take your business elsewhere. Justin was the one this time that made the false claim.
Jordan Bekemeier: Besides The Last Truck I Rented, My Experience Here Was Good However, My Last Experience Here Was Terrible. Upon Early Return Of My Vehicle I Had To Pay A Huge Charge, Even Though I Paid Ahead For A Monthly Rental. My Uncle Had Passed Away And I Had To Pay Out Of Pocket For Funeral Costs Which Is Why I Had To Return The Truck Early. I Brought It Back Clean, Good Working Condition, No Damages Or Dents And The Vehicle Had A Full Tank Of Diesel. Not only Did I Pay 1800 For The Month, I Had To Pay An Extra $500.00 When I Returned It. When I Asked If They Could Help Me, The Only Answer I Got Was Sorry There is Nothing We Can Do That's Policy. That Was Ridiculous, I Couldn't Pay The Full $500.00 And Was Left With A $250.00 Ballance. A Week Later Without My Permission They Charged My Credit Card For The Remainder. I Disputed It, However It Was Reversed. This Company Is Greedy And Does Not Care Or Look Out For Their Customers, Especially When You Have A Family Emergency. If You Need A Truck To Rent, This Is The Place, However Do Not Expect Them To Work With you Or Be Understanding.

Mernie Shockley: The guy who runs this lied to me had rented a truck from here moving to Omaha, Nebraska. Check engine like was on in the 26 ft he said it was fine they got it checked out that it was just a sensor. Needless to say it broke down 2 hours after getting on the highway 4 hours from where I needed to be had to get a room and had to wait for budget to finally tow the truck that came the next day at 1pm. Don’t use this guy he has red hair never will I use budget again .
Zach Hawkins: Guy running the deal called me a liar saying that the website did not say opened at 8 and they had a sign on the door that said open at 10 instead. Tried calling the day before to confirm times but no answer only forwarded onto a national call center. Told me I lied about not calling as well. Very unfriendly individual who very much dislikes his job. It may be cheap but there customer service is terrible............ Not there fault about all of the problems we've had along the way, but it didn't help to have issues when returning the truck. Oh and do not follow the gas station safety devices on the fuel pumps when they turn off because he will say the truck is not full and will tell you he can finish it for $75.00 or you an go back and put a few dollars in to make him happy. The whole experience from start to finish was a joke from bad planning on dealers parts to them not holding there end of the deal. Would not recommend ever using budget again to anyone. I know they could care less about a customer and his referrals lost but its just the plain fact of lets not try and take advantage of other people and have better attitudes, morals, and business ethics.

Bruce Miller: Lots of trucks in the lot but the lot is really small. So its difficult to move around in the parking lot. The staff was really nice and a human being. Uhaul uses online reservations and a customer service line. I will be using Budget again for all my moving needs.
Darla Guinn: Friendly, fast service. Better prices than other truck rental companies and they offer not only military discount, but also discount for police, fire and EMS. I personally appreciate this since EMS is often forgotten when it comes to appreciation discounts.I will definitely use this location again if I have need of a truck rental.

Elie Ben: Facility has gates open 24/7 as McLane uses it as a yard. Came here on a Sunday so place was closed.

Amber Francisco: Terrible service at this location! I was trying to discuss our situation with the customer service person there and they hung up on me! Rudest company I've ever dealt with!
Sonia Ginn: The truck was defective and they duct taped the inside of the truck, when we unloaded the truck all the furniture was wet. My daughter has called customer service and they keep saying to email and hang up on her. Never again will we rent from the, Uhaul would never treat a customer like that.
Grant Martin: Worst customer service ever. Stay away. Will lie and take your money at same time. Trucks will break down on you and car trailers don't work and they can't repair. Then they want you to pay full price for things that don't work and put you behind schedule. Not to mention waiting a few hours for a repair guy. You have been warned...stay away from budget

Shirley Perry: I had ordered a 26 foot truck 2 weeks prior to my move to pick up at 8 a.m. , when I arrived the Truck had a flat tire, and the gentleman bless his heart , was the only one there and couldn't fix the tire , because several other people coming in. So had to take smaller truck. Wasn't to happy , now it was gonna take longer to move. But they made it all good. . I've rented from budget on different occasions and very pleased with them. Highly recommend.
Anthony Nida: They said fill the truck back up when returned. And I did. I checked the gas gauge the needle was on F for full. When I filled it back up. I just got charged for them putting 15 more dollars in the tank . There is absolutely no way they could have put 15 more dollars of gas in the tank. I can’t help if there gauges don’t read correctly. Will not be using them again.
Dillon Cayer: The experience was great until the return. I filled up the diesel tank on sunshine and returned it to Campbell location and he made me go top the tank off while my 8 months pregnant wife and 2 year old waited for me. . Spend $1,000 on the rental and then get harassed about 4 gallons of diesel. Don’t use this location. The owner is very inconsiderate.
