Called your shop and in 20 minutes you had a new tire on our rim, and we were on our way back to our motorcycle waiting on its side in a parking lot 40 miles away! These out of towners will come here first when back in the area and need service!

Hance Throckmorton: I am from Iowa I drove down here to buy a 2014 Triumph Rocket 3. I have been enjoying the bike, it is fantastic! Gregg worked with me mostly through email made the whole buying and selling process very easy. Drove down to Springfield the night before with a 1997 Honda Valkyrie that I was trading. When I got to the store I expected it to be time consuming like it is buying a car... to my pleasant surprise it was not at all like buying a car and was very easy. They let me test ride the bike as much as I wanted. Would definitely buy from Gene's Gallery again.

explore more: I paid 100 an hour for bs work. They didn't even correctly install the tube guard. Tire went flat the next day. I had time so I took everything apart. Trash over priced work. I called them about it to no avail. Will never return nor recommend

Allen Hall: This is my latest update, you can read the first 3 below. It is now 1pm on friday and they have completed both spyders as promised. There was a little miscommunication in their service dept at the beginning but they got that straightened out.Mark the manager, took ownership of it which i was happy to see. Steven worked til 10:30 pm one night to get us back on track. Ricky Lynn took time to go search for and find my lost wallet, thank you so much.All in all we are very happy with the outcome and if need be, we will make the 1000 mile round again for service or new purchases.Thanks to the entire staff including the techs who was very through.1st review.I made an appt months with the service department to bring both my Spyders in for work with the agreement that when we dropped them off Friday morning they would atleast put them on the computer to get an idea of what the issues are.Well it now Tuesday and they haven't got to them yet. It's a 1000 mile round trip for us to bring them here. Plus hotel bill while waiting.Update, an hour after the above review I recieved a call from Steve in service (after hours) he was staying to put both machines on the computer. At 8:30 pm he called me back with the info he had found. KUDDOS to Steve for working late and understanding the spot we were in being so far away from home.I'll update as it goes along.UPDATE: OK, it's Wednesday morning, just leaving the dealership, after speaking with Steve and Mark the manager, all is straightened out. We feel much better now that they are going to be able to complete our service and not have to make another 1000 mile trip.For years we've always had good experiences with Pittbull Powersports. I will continue to update.I want to give a shout out to the honest employees at the Springfield store, they recovered my lost wallet today.

Makes me wish my last 5 buys were from this kid and weren't polaris. Lol can am puts power down quicker outta the whole and it was very obvious the 850 outlander can am would walk my 2023 850 sportman! Even with 2k of upgrades. Clutch kit. Rjwc exhaust, custom rvs tune. Still won't pull a wheelie in high.

kima bekemeier: Everyone is awesome! Scott always remembers you and helps makes the best deals and the service department is great to work with when needed (only have needed oil changes and remake a key). My CanAm Spyder was bought there and has never had trouble.
Maurice Fillmore: They always take care of my issues and keep both of my Spyders in good shape! Their service is impeccable and you're always treated as one of the family! I ride 100 miles each way to their shop and have for approximately 10 years even though there are dealers closer to my home!

Robin Hubbard: If you like being ignored, this the place for you. I called to make a service appointment for my Spyder on January 20th and again on the 24th. I talked to a man each time who told me that Sarah needed to set the appointment and he would have her call me. I called again on January 26th and talked to Sarah. She told me the man she needed to talk to about my repair was tied up, and she would call me back in “a few minutes”. I have never received a call back from any of the 3 calls I made to them. There are other places to take your business.

They were able to take care of me the same day. I was able to make it back to Chicago safely and very grateful of their professional service.

Debra Larive: My husband towed both of our Cam Am Spyders (2020 Rt LTD + 2022 Sea-to-Sky) 685 miles to LaMonster Garage in Nixa, MO. In one day they were able to add blinker lights, foot boards and arm lights, cup and phone holders, frunk and trunk lights, magic mirrors, and pedal boxes to both of our bikes. They also put a sway bar on my bike (hubby already had one) and fog lights on hubby's bike (fog lights can't be mounted on a '22 model). We are very happy with all of the work-everything works greats and they did it quickly. The owner Lamont was a delight to work with, as was his assistant Debbie. The mechanic Brian was very competent and his work was excellent. Jake, the service manager coordinated everything. If you want to customize your motorcycle, this is the place to do it. It was definitely worth the drive.

Ronald Liles: Just ordered a bracket to allow a phone to mount on a Spyder RT's oddball handlebar configuration. The bracket showed up quickly, it had the heft of a quality part, came with a QR code you could scan with your phone to get install instructions, and fit like a glove.I will be using Lamonster for all my Spyder part purchases in the future. Mr. H: I want to give 5 stars because the the shipping was fast and they kept me updated. The brackets are easy to install as well. However, when I opened my set of highway brackets I quickly noticed I was missing 2x 3/4 in bolts and nuts. For this amount of money I at least was expecting all the parts. Guess I have to go to the hardware store and buy my own bolts.
