Jeanne Combs: The crew did a nice job. They all looked at the situation, talked about it together and paid attention to each other during the tree trimming. The trim trimming on the old tree (in excess of 60ft) was done in away to protect the health of the tree yet protect our home from a limb falling on our roof. The yard was left in nice condition. Very pleasant, professional and assured he understood my expectations of trimming limbs encroaching on my property (one large hedge tree in particular) from the overgrown empty lot next door. He went above and beyond cutting back the limbs and brush assuring my home was not struck.The response was prompt (worked on a Saturday) and very reasonably priced.I'll do the ground work (clean up) but he offered to return if it becomes too much for me and I'm sure the price will be just as reasonable.I suggest you obtain a bid from Joe's Tree Service on any job you have.
Brandon Copeland: I had attempted to cut down a tree on my own but the weight of the tree was going to pull it into the neighbors power lines. There's a storm coming this evening and I knew it wasn't safe to leave it like it was. So I called Joe for emergency tree removal on a Sunday and came out same day. He had it down safely within about 10 minutes of arriving. He charged an extremely fair price especially considering the fact it was a Sunday and emergency.

pat brenz: What a great experience. We had a 70' tree in the front to be trimmed up and it looks great now. The challenge was the large 60' walnut tree in the back yard. CU had trimmed off one side because of powerlines, there is a privacy fence in the way as well as other landscaping close. Chad climbed it and brought it down one piece at a time. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

Mine Recommendation: I find it interesting that after I called to complain when I was auto-renewed and requested a refund, that when I could afford the services, today, that I'm being ignored.As well, I received a quote a year or more ago on a service that should have cost roughly $185, and was quoted over $700. I'm just a little confused as to how a reputable company operates a little vindictively. Seems strange. It could simply be a specific employee, but in that case I would be able to work around that employee and could not.Oh well, I'll be doing my own work by hand. Chris Wilson: I had a branch hanging over my neighbors yard. I paid Ryan's $165 to cut one branch, took them a total of 10 minutes to cut and remove. They were doing work at my neighbors house, they went to my neighbor and asked if he wanted the same branch cut off from my tree. They charged him $300 to cut the same branch I just paid them $165 to cut off.

Daniel Cook: This company was recommended by a friend of a friend. I managed to get in contact with Angela, one of the owners, via messenger on Facebook and she called me. She assured me they would put in a bid on a tree removal the next day. They never showed up and never called. I left several messages with no response. On messenger on Facebook I left 3 messages with no response; messenger confirmed my message was received. I then contacted the person that recommended them (friend of Angela) an was told they would call "tomorrow" well that never happened. I don't know how a company can stay in business when they are in the habit of ghosting potential customers. Suggest you read other reviews; I am of the opinion that the 5-star reviews are by their personal friends as it seems I am not the only one to be ignored by these people. You don't say you are going to do something then never respond and expect to stay in business.

Teresa Matthews: Very unprofessional behavior, and this was the owner, who pulled down a cable wire as he drove up, damaging the soffits to which it was attached. Denied having done it and used foul language to inform us that they were not responsible for it. Trespassed on our property, leaving the backyard gate open (we have pets who go outside) and smashing plantings in our front yard with his mini-loader. We are the neighbors. If the tree itself was done properly, we cannot say, but the quality of the people was decidedly low-rent!
