Angela Vescuso: Most of the drivers are super nice and helpful. If you're not sure which bus you need, they are good about figuring it out for you. They have a hard job dealing with rude people and terrible drivers but manage to be on time most of the time.

John B: Horrifying experience here I get off the bus after a very long day on the bus I'm exhausted my family is picking me up the bus station transit center is closed. The security guard inside I asked to come in and use the water fountain because I'm very thirsty and dehydrated and I don't know where a place to buy a drink is and he said I can't let anybody in I asked him what his name was and he asked me why I needed his name and refused to give it to me he became suspicious and aggressive and condescending I said all I wanted was some water but that's okay I'm just was asking your name he refused to give it to me I said Thank you and left he then called the cops on me who drove by and asked me if I was causing a disturbance I clearly wasn't so they left but yeah avoid this place like the plague or at least get some security that isn't unhelpful to bus customers

Triss Hill: The system is highly convenient for those who have little to no means of travel. Most drivers are very nice, though I have encountered one or two that are a bit mean to people. You are bound to encounter some unusual situations but so long as you remain aware of your surroundings I can say that it is safe.

Devin Fox: This service needs some serious work.... Just Found out there is a road closure today with no notification and I follow the CU Transit notifications very closely and there weren't even any signs to display this (reference picture below), which usually there are signs and all caused me to miss my bus and having to wait a WHOLE hour for another one. I am so sick of this service never having any consistency, constantly being late since drivers are more concerned about stopping and parking at gas stations to go take 8 breaks or chit chatting with each other for 20 mins. Y'all need to get it together....

James C: I am in an electric wheelchair and have only used access express paratransit so far and it's a good service but I would suggest city utilities needs to invest in making an on demand app for the disabled community to get to work/run errands access express has to be scheduled at certain times for work schedules and that doesn't work for some of us but love the drivers it would benefit everyone

Amber Johnson: Busses do not run on time according to any of the apps! The bus flew by my school stop 6 minutes early I was almost to the stop literally like 7 foot away now I have to wait another hour to try again and hope I don't get stuck here again!

Codeman Suchanek: Bus system here is a joke. Waited two hours yesterday to get on the bus and it never showed up. Called up and they said the busses won't start running until eight . Eight o'clock showed up and the bus never came. To find out none of the busses were running. This place is horrible at giving updates and communicating with the people of Springfield. Last year was just as bad and all busses were running now all of a sudden you want to run just the downtown busses yea that makes a lot of since. There's people that are loosing there jobs because they can't get a ride to work because y'all only want to run the Downton busses. Bus drivers are rude anyways on these busses.

Jayden Ingerson: A few days ago I had to wait in the cold for an hour for two of the bus cycles because the driver past the road I was on twice. Also, this morning I was refused service because I was 25¢ away from the total. Now I will be 45 minutes to 1 hour late for my job, will I be compensated for the money I lost due to being denied service? 😆 Probably not, Springfield is a joke.

Killian Lile: I wish there was more stops and more frequent busses. I know we aren't a very large city, but it still makes travel difficult for those who don't drive or own a car.
