Mark Cook: Easily the Absolute most difficult company to deal with! I tried in every way possible to do business with these people and pay for my trailer. The hurdles that you must deal with are insane. They completely wasted my time, and they ended up not getting the sale.When a company you are trying to give money to doesn't respect your time, you have to walk. I would fire anyone in my company for wasting another man's time. It's the only thing in life we can never get back, and it needs to be respected.The upside, the young man at the sales counter is a good guy, unfortunately being led by the wrong people.
Kendal Pappas: No one is available to run your location? A call center has to call and reschedule your appointments with no certainty you’ll be open for the rescheduled date? Twice! We’ve taken our business elsewhere.

MK Construction and Renovation LLC: Had an excellent experience buying my enclosed cargo trailer. There was delay from manufacturer and I needed the trailer before heading on a long drive to take all my tools and materials. The entire team stayed late for hours after closing time to take my trailer delivery-fix a few unexpected problems hooking it up to my truck and made sure I had everything to get on the road. To add to the problems delivery driver picked up a nail on the way one of the tires needed swapped out too!This was my first time towing anything so I had a lot of questions and Joshua and service team were patient to answer them and gave some tips on towing. My sales person Kendra made sure everything is good with the trailer/went through the checklists/took care of all the paperwork/receipts etc. Towed it 600 miles after pick up without a problem. I was surprised how stable the trailer is cruising at highway speeds across the windy South Dakota highways.It’s hard to find people and businesses like these now a days where they go the extra mile and understand the customer’s situation. I’m so glad I ordered the trailer from them. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a trailer.

Westgate is conveniently located with lots of room to pull a 24 feet trailer in for repairs. This business also has great customer service and sales new trailers. We go into start the process of purchase. Only to be told be the salesman that he couldn't sell him the trailer because he didn't have a valid driver's license. He told us that wasn't his decision. He said it was the loan company decision. The name of the loan company was compass financial. I think that is really sorry of them to do that. He has owned a car. Why should owning a trailer be any different. Some people just don't understand what the blind community is capable of. Just be careful if you're considering doing business with this place.
Justin Meyer: I bought a 22ft iron bull trailer today from them. Soon as I got it home I drove the skid steer on the trailer to see where I would need to have it backed it off and the spring came off the ramp the very first time, the way the dove tail is on them it causes the loader to slam over coming up to the deck. When u jack the trailer up the handle hits the frame I was just very unhappy with it when I got it home and I liked another trailer they had. I called wanting to take this one back and buy the more expensive gravity tilt trailer and wouldn’t work with me at all, not saying all the quality in the trailer was their fault but once they get their money they don’t care about the customer anymore

Clayton was responsive within an hour on his Sunday off with the information requested and sent a message first thing Monday morning.. we were informed they usually don't deal in this type of trailer . The buisness is more marketed In farm/live stock trailers , flat beds , haulers . Ext ..they also had trailer parts and equipment on site for various needs .. this was a trade in and was a pretty decent deal .. it has a little wear n tare to be expected considering it's age .. so far it's been a good deal for us and appreciate the way the company keeps everything from sale to purchase professional and follow through with legal documentation.. I would definitely recommend their services for your trailer needs ..

Their Service Department is always friendly and have previously worked my old trailers with in a day after I set the appointment. They must stock a warehouse of parts because they got me back on the road that same day. I did not have the same experience on previous purchases at competitors because their lack of attention to detail and general attitude toward me as a customer. After repeated calls and emails were placed, they said it was complete and ready for pick up.I drove 3 hours to pick up my trailer. Upon arrival I found that the trailer was not completed! It still had issues and the spare tire was missing.I then had to wait 3 hours fir them to actually fix and correct all issues!Purchasing was fantastic! Service leaves a little to be desired for!!

Dale Sloan: In June 2020, I purchased a step deck trailer from Springfield Trailers. My sales rep at the time was Grady. Grady treated me with exceptional service. The purchase of the trailer was easy with no stress. In December of 2020, I decided to purchase my second trailer, so I decided to contact Springfield Trailers again. Grady was no longer working with Springfield Tailers, so I was directed to Toby Hicks. From start to finish Toby treated me just as good as Grady did. Toby worked with my finance rep and was able to secure the purchase of 2015 Doonan step deck with no hassle. Toby did not try to feed me a bunch of hype like a lot of sales rep do. Toby was very down to earth and stayed in touch with throughout the process. I traveled to Springfield during the New Year Holiday to collect the trailer. We arrived in Springfield on New Year's Eve 2020. Toby took time from his family meet me at the dealership to complete paperwork and collect the trailer. To me Toby went above and beyond what a normal sales rep would do. Steve Moore: We bought a lovely 12 ft trailer last year. We are extremely please with it. Yesterday my wife was pulling it down the highway. She suddenly discovered a self caused issue that necessitated stopping alongside the highway. I was out of town and she was panicked. This was about 6:00 pm. She called Brad and explained her situation. He said give me a few minutes and called his associate Dave. Dave called her and picked up a brake part and brought it to her in about 30 minutes. She was happily on her way. What a great service before and after the sale. We can’t say enough good things about these folks.

Randy King: BUYER BEWARE!!! Do NOT give Pedigree Trailers any DEPOSIT MONEY as they obviously are determined to keep it. They changed my contract(trailers that were agreed upon) without any notice then kept several thousand dollars of mine. It was a blessing in disguise however because I got a 30% better deal in Amarillo, Tx with King Country Trailers. . DO NOT DEAL WITH PEDIGREE and do not sign anything or trust them to not do the same to you.

Shawn Halpin: These guys are the best. Had some problems with my brakes and my axle on my trailer and brought it into these guys. Everyone there is warm, welcoming and hard-working. The guys were nice knowledgeable and I was in and out within a day or actually a couple hours. I highly recommend these guys they are good representatives of the trucking industry. Thanks again

Ben Trucks: Had great experiences here with parts. They even helped me for free when a fitting snapped off of my auto air up system. Took my trailer for new brake drums, shoes, & a leaky wheel seal. Dropped trailer 9am 9/23/2020. Needed the unit Friday morning; they said noon 9/25/2020. Went by Thursday at 4:30pm. Trailer was in a bay but they had not even cracked a lug nut. Shop was empty; not a mechanic in sight. Had my equipment 2 days for $1200 in repairs & did not fix anything. If anyone knows of a shop in Springfield that does what the say they will please let me know!

melissa eller: We have been trying to get a price list from these people for well over a month now and no one will call us back. When we do call, its always, someone will get back to you, and never do. Guess they don't need business from the little guy :(
Timothy Braddy: At first seemed like a great experience. Had all 4 trailer wheel ends redone completely even tho none were leaking or had issues. I take very good care of my equipment so I don't have problems and end up put out of service or ruining my reputation for being on time and reliable. Everything except the tpms hoses we're replaced and these pics were taken after 800 miles and it's not old grease. The service manager had another utility dealer come "check" the work and they said there wasn't any problem. The same day I paid out of my pocket for a Wabash dealer to finish the job right. They still claim this is what a wheel end should look like after it's completely redone. Your better off going anywhere else, don't waste your time or money here. Had no problems since I left the Wabash dealer, 5500 miles later now.

Beth Tarter: Great company to work for in the transportation department great pay vacation holiday per mile 55cents a mile guaranteed 2500 miles a week i beleive my hubby gets 29 to 3600 miles a week if he run hard paid biweekly plus saftey bonus pay is every 3 months and every time you do a drop and hook its $16.66 paid for drop and 16.66 paid to hook and their is no sitting and waiting 😀 my husband really likes the people he works with Gabe Wright and Jordan Reuter are the best great team to work for good attitude. If you got a problem their their to help any way they can my husband Bill has been their almost 6 years and is still dedicated to his job thank you for this opportunity great company to work for as a truck driver
