Bill Hasha: I broke down in front of a McDonald's. Terry's towing showed up in about 30 minutes and helped figure out what was wrong and made sure I made it to my local shop safely, before I McMealed myself to death. They are friendly and very reliable. If I break down again I'll be requesting them.

Harvey Porterfield: Great group of people. Called late afternoon from home(Lebanon, MO) for a commercial tow to get bobtail from Tulsa to Springfield. Tractor was dropped in Springfield by 1:30pm the next day. Reasonable rates and did it all without having to be present in Tulsa. Met driver at drop location and he was very polite and proffesional. There's no other tow company we'll be using in the future. Thanks Affordable!!!

Aquarian baby: I'm tired of coming across a certain driver in a black with either red or orange lettering. He drives way to fast and erratic. One particular time, he was flying down college and nearly took out the side of my car. If he causes me to have a wreck, I promise you, I will contact the DA and I will file charges against your company and that driver. In fact, if they cause anyone to wreck, I will let the DA know. If it isn't the same guy, then you as a company need to have a talk with your drivers about their dangerous driving practices. I decided to write this because I came across him/them again on Memorial Day.

It's 10:30 pm and they turned off all the lights outside while they clean up inside. So i sat in the dark trying to find a tow. I called 2 other tow company's that when to busy to help me. But then I called Affordable Tow. I explain what was going on. The lady on the phone said don't worry I've got you girl. I was so happy to here those words. I called 911 and I don’t know if they dispatched the tow truck or if someone else called Henry’s. Either way they were there within 10-15 min before the police and got the car unlocked quickly so we could get her out. It was the paw patrol truck. I did not catch the drivers name. Joseph Simmons: We had a cargo shipping container brought to our house in the country. Dennis, Operator #107, was the person who brought it to us. Dennis was able to make the incredibly tight turn from the narrow road onto our driveway, a huge feat when his truck with the container was close to 42' in length. I told Dennis where I wanted the container placed and asked if there was a way to be tucked back in the corner as tight as possible. Without hesitation or what looked like very much effort, Dennis placed the container in the perfect place the first try. We can’t beat them, but they will continue to live miserable lives by benefiting on the collection of fines of those who might not be able to afford it. There will never be an award for RPM being upstanding citizens of the community. In fact, if you know people who work here, and you know what they drive…call a competing company. Tow them. There was a sticker ithe darker area of the windshield and opening the door they could easily read the date of it . Plus I had a blue visitors pass on the dash. $225 dollars later

Affordable Propane: We have been using McDowells for years. We had an issue which arose during a tow. This company was incredibly stand up in how they handled and remedied the issue. Such professionalism. This is exactly why I’ll continue to use them and recommend them.
