Dick Gilmore: Took my nail guns in to get repair they had them 3 weeks i had to call about them. They are ready pick then up paid the fee. Took them home they did not even look and them. It gets even better i called Scott, ask him what happen? he thought they were done bring them back. I took them back again this time they had them for 4 weeks pick them up on 3.17.2020 Scott told me the small one is working but the larger on is not . well when i got home is looked at the larger gun and there had not been sing of a nut being turned . Very poor service d0 n0t go there...

B&L Welding Service: Colton and the guys up front are awesome.But be prepared the warranty on all the tools go threw the guy in the back witch is very rude an doesn’t take any consideration of customer service.Everything with a warranty will take weeks if not months to process leaving you without the tool you paid for and paid for warranty. Very aggravating and will not be buying tools from here again.Again I will say the guys at the counter are awesome.

John Willis: These guys are awesome. Will never buy another power tool anywhere else! This past weekend, I dropped off a Dewalt 60V Battery that came with my 12” Miter. I wanted to have it tested, as it was only charging at 1/3 it’s original capacity after only a couple of years and very minimal use. Today, no questions asked and no green exchanged, they handed me a brand new 60V and thanked me for my business. I have always been a fan, but their actions today were 5-star worthy to be certain!

Shanna I Weathers: They have a good selection, prices are about right along with anywhere maybe a little higher than home depot, the negative was the customer service and no organization, Questions got short answers or a look, and hardly anything was priced but asking a question about a price or where to find anything seemed to be a hardship on the associates. My husband spends more on tools than we did on our car, house, truck, tractor, saw mill etc. He asked a price and the guy laughed and said "it is pricey" .... Totes sitting around sporadically, there was a random answer that did not make sense.so we went within a half hour and bought 8 Milwaukee tools. A holehawg 18 volt, 2 fuel impact drills, 2 m18 drills and a fuel drill, a multi cutter tool.

Dustin Scott: These guys are very knowledgeable, and if you need a tool that you can't buy at Lowe's, you can probably find it here. Unfortunately, the last tool I needed was a 24" masonry hammer drill bit, and they charged me $60 for it. The exact same Bosch drill bit was $25 on Amazon. I expect to pay more for locally stocked items, but not that much more. This business is very much a last resort for me due to the outrageous prices.

Joe Smith: Bought and paid for a Bannon single axle utility trailer. Received confirmation of order and being shipped to Springfield, MO store for pickup. Called right before the last day it had to arrive at store (10 days) and customer service said it was on a pallet headed to the store with my name on it. 2 or 3 days later, nothing, no call, no email. So I called customer service and store and it was lost. “Pallet Error” they called it. So they had 24 to 48 hours to locate my order and tell me the status. And again no contact from NT. The only contact they initiated was order confirmation and refund notice, so I had to call again and at this point, I wanted a refund BUT no I could not have a refund because customer service and local store refused because it was not in their possession. Well it wasn’t in my possession either but I was the one who paid for a product that NT hadn’t delivered. So 22 days after I placed my order and confirmed it was on a pallet headed to store for pickup, my wife went to store (for the 2nd time) and was told they would give us a refund because the the item is back ordered. Unbelievable. So it was sent to someone else I’m guessing. I’ve always thought if you have paid for something and has your shipping info on it, it was sent to you. Thankful I at least got my money back. Thing of it is, I really liked the trailer. I liked the design, the look, and it looked sturdy. And the thing I liked the most was the front and back gate removed so you could carry logs. Great feature. Store may be good but online orders is a roll of the dice.
