Dustin Henderson: The customer CARE not service, practiced at Ballew is the best in the Midwest. Carol is incredibly knowledgeable about every component they sell, it's amazing. Travis's willingness to help the smaller woodshop worker is equally impressive. I don't care if I could get it cheaper online I will happily take my money to their store front. They are my place to go for quality and service.
FightNGear Holsters: So much different than the big box stores. Knowledgeable staff, well stocked with quality tools and very competitive pricing. The have an amazing selection of high quality router bits, at prices matching Grizzly for better bits. The hours are tough on working folks, but it's worth making the lunch hour or day off trip for this kind of local service.
Dallas McCorkle: This is the only place to buy woodworking equipment very helpful and they know there stuff. Great people

Sam Burns: Not what I expected for the helpful hardware folks? Just trying to get supplies to paint my kitchen and dining room. Had to flag someone down for help. He seemed to know less than me and really somewhat reluctant to help. I'm not a painter and thought I could get a little help there as last year I was greeted with helpful people. Not anymore. You're on your own there. It's like getting help at Walmart. Bummer for my wasted time there.
Keegan Lile: I never realized how nice this store was on the inside, or just how much stuff there was!Also, I called and went in looking for a wall adapter to allow me to plug a 3 prong power cord into an older 2-prong outlet, and they were super helpful. Especially the young lady working the register, who was super sweet.Definitely will be back to irresponsibly explore/spend when I can afford to. Lol.

Joe Lorentz: Nice local small hardware store that has the parts and if I need advice they can find someone , prices are on average too slightly higher than a big box store but you're going there specifically to not go to a big box store so let's be real , you know that the prices are a little higher and are expecting to pay a little more to avoid the ruder more condescending big box store that know more about what you're working on than you do but not the experience right so you know what you're walking in to
