Don Parrett: I buy and sell houses a few times a year. Had a great closing with them a few months ago, then called to set up another closing about 60 days ago. Called 3 times. Left a voice mail on the main line once and was transferred to a closing agent to make arrangements on a different call. The agent wasn't available so left him a voice mail as well. This all happened over the span of 3 days. Never got a call back so went to Hogan and did my closing there. Apparently Hogan wants my business more than Meridian does.

The accuracy, hospitality, and excellent service with friendly faces that was presented during a really tough time for my family was exactly what we needed. Overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.
Trey Spooner: I've used meridian twice now, and it was a terrible experience both times. Apparently they wait until the very last minute to do everything. They called me the day before closing to ask for a mortgage payoff letter, and then they called me the day of to ask me my name. As if that disorganization wasn't enough, they also overpaid both agents costing me extra money because they didn't even read the entire real estate contract. Very disappointing and I won't use them again, and my realtor said he won't be using them again either.

Kevin Routh: In my business I have used about every title company in S/W Missouri. My clients and I have had some real horror stores at a few title companies. However, at Hogan Title I have found time and time again my clients and I can count on Angel and the other staff without exception. They go far above and beyond. Just one example a client thought he left his ID at the closing office and was schedule on a flight the next day. Hogan staff when to their office at 9:00 PM on a Friday night to attempt to locate the missing ID. My client later found his ID in his vehicle. I highly recommend Hogan Title at all of their area locations!

Courtney Tapken: Nicole and Becky are amazing at what they do! The make a stressful life event so smooth and worry free. The other girls in the office, Jade and Laken, are so great to work with leading up to the closing day. They answer all of your questions professionally and in a timely manner. Paige Lee: Do you want to read the documents when you close on a property? Then don’t go here.This was the title company suggested when we were closing on our first home. At closing the woman who worked for the title company kept trying on every section to convince us to just sign & not read it & to “just trust” her. Meanwhile multiple times the synopsis of the section she gave us was just a flat out lie. She even mentioned more than once how we were the last people of the day on a Friday.They then let the sellers come into our closing while we were going over all our documents so the sellers could try to chit chat with us. They had no business in there & were actually slowing everything down.I will never use this place again & actively encourage everyone I know to also stay away.
