Justin Lawso: By far the most professional in the business, amazing customer service, if you can dream it they can get it, I don't they they have "no" or "can't" in there vocabulary. The owner's top notch the rental guy amazing and full of all equipment details. They all go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, small or big this is the company to talk too.

Stephanie Worthington: Love this place. There are so many decorations, costumes, and accessories to choose from. I wish it was open all year round.

Ducki's channel: I usually love coming to this store. However was disappointed this year. Didn't seem as big and no animatronics on display this year. Still enjoy the store every year just a bit disappointed is all.
kelly fife: It's mainly just costumes. So if your looking for some good costumes for Halloween it's a good place to go.
Ariana Cirelli: Id like this store if I could actually call the physical location and ask about a costume. I don’t live in Springfield and I don’t think I should have to drive there just to see if they finally got what I want in stock. Just seems like bad customer service. (Yes you can order online but most people want/need to actually try the costumes on first before dropping 50$)
Brent's outdoor adventures: One of the smaller Spirit Halloweens. You'll find your typical masks, costumes and a few novelty pieces for your collections, but nothing really in the way of decorations. Not a single animatronic which is what many people go to Spirit Halloween for.

William or Nickole Penna: Store was suppose to open at 10am, employees didn’t show up till 12 after. And still wouldn’t open. A customer wanted to just browse and they said no. We just left after waiting 30 minutes and went to party city down the street.
Lovayne: Didnt have enough for all I wanted, so the cashier Asia insisted on paying the rest for me. It really made my day it was incredibly nice of her.
