Lisa Miller: My husband was seen at this clinic by Dr. Connor for a chronic knee issue. The care he received was sub par to say the least. Long story short, he was told to take Aleve for 2 weeks. No follow up, no recommendations to get an MRI, no referral to someone else. Just take Aleve for 2 weeks.A month later my husband then went to see his GP who is with Mercy in Branson. He ordered an MRI which showed numerous meniscus tears and ligament issues. He is now scheduled see a surgeon.
Alisha Nelson: The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the doctor was wonderful! He took the time to even show me my x-rays and schedule a follow up visit for me. Can honestly say I am looking forward to going back in a month!
Kami Oster: Visit was great. Seen prior to our assigned time. Evaluated quickly. X-ray on site. Doctor came in and explained fractures. Another medical professional came in and fitted with a boot. Total time 45 minutes and seen by 5 different professionals quickly. Everyone was friendly.
Robert Alan: Very impressed by the care received doctors and trainers were very upfront and thorough in their assessments and treatment plans would highly recommend was in a lot of pain due to a sprained ankle went to the ER on 9:10 was given a ankle brace and crutches pain did not subside until I was seen by the orthopedic doctor at the walk-in clinic on 9/14 sent me home with a boot no pain whatsoever and no issues with the boot

Matt Peck: I recently suffered an ankle injury and went through the traditional process of going to the local hospital. After a very frustrating 4 weeks I was told the only option was surgery. A friend recommended I contact 417 sports and get a second opinion. Matt Lloyd took the time to explain to me what was going on with my injury. He has been working with me very patiently to help me get back to normal WITHOUT the need for surgery. I now have an understanding and hope that I will get better. If you have any injury (old or new) I highly recommend coming here. Don’t let Matt’s mullet scare you, He is a great guy! Thank you Matt for helping me get back to dominating my 6 year old on the football field!

Tammy Eastburn: My doctor recommended this outfit to get an x-ray for a suspected stress fracture in my foot instead of going to urgent care. I went in on Monday morning. It's now after hours on Wednesday and I still don't have the results. I called on Tuesday and the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't tell me anything and to contact my doctor. He also has been trying to get the results from my x-rays. The x-ray tech was nice enough, but the woman at the front desk (maybe the same one who answered the phone) was unpleasant, rude, and not at all helpful. This was an unacceptable experience.

Ron Musolino: In 2014, the cartilage in my right shoulder had worn away and I was bone-on-bone. Raising my arm even to shake hands was painful. I could no longer play tennis nor throw a ball. I consulted with Dr. Reed, reviewed the X-rays, and learned about how stem cell could prompt cartilage growth. I decided to leave it in Dr. Reed’s capable hands. I was mildly sedated. Dr. Reed collected stem cells from two areas of my body and injected them into my shoulder. The procedure was painless under mild sedation. A few months later, I returned for a booster. X-rays taken after eight weeks showed new growth cartilage filling the void between bones. With exercise, I was able to lift heavy items above my head, throw a ball and even play tennis again. The pain was gone and my quality of life improved drastically. I was 74 when the procedure was performed and at 82 now, my shoulder is still performing like it did 70 years ago. I owe my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Reed and to Faye Hudson.

Rednax Gaming 8128: Everyone there is amazing except Dr bumberry. She will hold mental medications that they diagnose from you because their drug tests take forever then after you getting mad about it drop you as a patient. Very unprofessional and negative to try to help even when going thru a therapist and knowing your mental status and problems. Everyone else even pediatrics is amazing but not her.
Juli Houseman: After Kyle Smith relocated to another state, Cindy Griessel became my PCP. I love her! She truly listens to me and is quite thorough. I like the front office staff, especially Miss Tammy! I also like the lab (Jessica and Sarah) and x-ray staff. All around I give 5 stars for everyone.
Jennifer DiCamillo: 8 months ago, I would have given this place a 5 star review but Dr. Kyle Smith left. He was a wonderful doctor. But he left the state. So, I made a couple appointments to see Dr. Bumbarry. I dont know why, but we did not care for each other. I am obese and disabled. I suspect she had a problem with me for those issues. My daughter accompanied me into these appointments, pushing my wheelchair for me and she is my witness. Bumbarry just seemed snide, almost nasty, the way she talked to me. This was in January 2021. I had been going to that clinic for 15 years. But she sent me a letter telling me to go elsewhere for healthcare. I didnt go back after that. I have thought over the way she treated me. Maybe she didnt like having a handicapped patient dumped on her. In any case, I do NOT recommend her.The office staff was nice. I had no problems with them.

Nicolas Mateus: Before you consider receiving any therapies from this office, I strongly recommend you not to start any therapies UNTIL they have given you an estimate for each session. My fault was assuming the price per therapy was reasonable and that I had coverage through my insurance. Please note that even though you ask the receptionist about prices, their response will be: Don't worry, we will submit the claim to your insurance and let you know (45 days after the fact). After the initial assessment and two 45 min therapies, I ended up owing MERCY $980 which my insurance covered just $130. So, I couldn't finish the 12 therapies as they suggested in their initial assessment and on top of that ended up financing the amount owed. I accept they have talented employees working with patients, but $450 rate per 45 minutes session is completely insane. I strongly recommend you looking at other local businesses which offer the same services for less than $100 per session AND they get the job done!
