Allen Hall: This is my latest update, you can read the first 3 below. It is now 1pm on friday and they have completed both spyders as promised. There was a little miscommunication in their service dept at the beginning but they got that straightened out.Mark the manager, took ownership of it which i was happy to see. Steven worked til 10:30 pm one night to get us back on track. Ricky Lynn took time to go search for and find my lost wallet, thank you so much.All in all we are very happy with the outcome and if need be, we will make the 1000 mile round again for service or new purchases.Thanks to the entire staff including the techs who was very through.1st review.I made an appt months with the service department to bring both my Spyders in for work with the agreement that when we dropped them off Friday morning they would atleast put them on the computer to get an idea of what the issues are.Well it now Tuesday and they haven't got to them yet. It's a 1000 mile round trip for us to bring them here. Plus hotel bill while waiting.Update, an hour after the above review I recieved a call from Steve in service (after hours) he was staying to put both machines on the computer. At 8:30 pm he called me back with the info he had found. KUDDOS to Steve for working late and understanding the spot we were in being so far away from home.I'll update as it goes along.UPDATE: OK, it's Wednesday morning, just leaving the dealership, after speaking with Steve and Mark the manager, all is straightened out. We feel much better now that they are going to be able to complete our service and not have to make another 1000 mile trip.For years we've always had good experiences with Pittbull Powersports. I will continue to update.I want to give a shout out to the honest employees at the Springfield store, they recovered my lost wallet today.

Ryan Pendergrass: I want a can am now. I blame the blonde kid who's a newer sales man! He showed me what I'm missing. Idk why he was the 1st one to let me ride one. Makes me wish my last 5 buys were from this kid and weren't polaris. Lol can am puts power down quicker outta the whole and it was very obvious the 850 outlander can am would walk my 2023 850 sportman! Even with 2k of upgrades. Clutch kit. Rjwc exhaust, custom rvs tune. Still won't pull a wheelie in high.
78Prowlerspud: Great deal on my CF Moto sidexside. Stellar service from the sales staff. They answered all my questions and I felt they truly lived the off-road life. I will be going back to Pitbull for my next unit.
kima bekemeier: Everyone is awesome! Scott always remembers you and helps makes the best deals and the service department is great to work with when needed (only have needed oil changes and remake a key). My CanAm Spyder was bought there and has never had trouble.
Maurice Fillmore: They always take care of my issues and keep both of my Spyders in good shape! Their service is impeccable and you're always treated as one of the family! I ride 100 miles each way to their shop and have for approximately 10 years even though there are dealers closer to my home!

Robin Hubbard: If you like being ignored, this the place for you. I called to make a service appointment for my Spyder on January 20th and again on the 24th. I talked to a man each time who told me that Sarah needed to set the appointment and he would have her call me. I called again on January 26th and talked to Sarah. She told me the man she needed to talk to about my repair was tied up, and she would call me back in “a few minutes”. I have never received a call back from any of the 3 calls I made to them. There are other places to take your business.

Jeanette Russell: Pitbull to the rescue! I attended the Spyders in the Ozarks in September and while I was there I bent my rim. I had a specialty rim and Pit bull had one left in stock. They were able to take care of me the same day. I was able to make it back to Chicago safely and very grateful of their professional service.

Shawn Rippee (Karnivor86): bought my first motorcycle from here was a great experience. from sales to parts to finance was great everyone involved answered all my nooby questions and gave opinions base off their experiences and knowledge. it took a few days to finally get the ball rolling but everything was done right any issues were verbally communicated and adressed right away. they done a great job getting me the prices i could afford and were upfront about everything. thank you jason and tracy will deffinately recommend friends and family to visit for any powersport needs.

Kieth Essick: Took to service to look for antifreeze check slash leak had for a month after waiting month to get in said they put on computer drove for more than hour couldn't find anything said we would only charge half for finding nothing I said reservoir he said no I said warranty he said no I got it home one ride to neighbors drive antifreeze pool all over drive got flash lights out mmm what do you know leaking out cracked reservoir after ordering part 30 min fix so much for service and warranty it's 2 yrs old pro xp
Deven: I usually never write reviews but these guys are awesome they gave me the best deal i could find anywhere on a used Vulcan and gave me an extremely fair trade in value that I couldn't refuse, the process was quick and easy and got me out quick. I will go to these guys time and time again..

I asked him to show the identical atv priced at 9399... he hemhawed around and finally admitted the atv price was 9399... several good people working there, but not all are... Do your homework on the unit you want and you should be fine...
Emma H: I am Angel Gonzalez’s significant other, and that paragraph is incorrect by the owner. It is gaslighting and false, and I am indeed on the account and was able to get the cash with no problem. It was a large amount of cash, so we couldn’t take it out of the ATM. We did get a dirt bike from Clear Creek Powersports the next day with the same co-signer.
Doug Jenkins: The price was as advertised, the staff was kind and helpful, and the bike was ready when expected. What more could you want?
Angel Gonzalez: So complicated to buy from, I had cash and was one of the first ones there and didn’t leave for at least 4 hours. I watched as they completed other busy work for hours and helping others before me. Also before that I applied to get a loan and they told me what needed and turned me away whick is understandable since I have only had credit for a shot amount of time. They rand everything which took a couple hours. They told me I’m all good and all I need is an co-sign and once I got it refused to do it and was negative the whole time telling me I wouldn’t be able to get cash. My salesman on the other hand was great. If struggling with this same issue I suggest checking out clear creek, I purchased multiple things from there with no issues.
