Deanna Smith: Excellent care by my tech Boston. Very quiet atmosphere with the perfect room temperature for sleeping. After Boston put the CPAP mask on I slept better than I have for months. Would recommend this facility for anyone having sleeping issues.

Sheri Shanks: Sent me away with "insufficient sleep". No joke, that's why I went. I couldn't fall asleep so they never saw whatever my throat is doing. Waste of 1200 bucks.

Their staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Whether its an at home study or in-sleep study they have a way to make sure you get the right care...NOTE: they don't offer any faster-than-sleep time travel options on their cpaps... but they assured me they'll let the manufacturer know. :)*This isn't any health diagnostics, just free advice!

I never heard of anyone passing their little "test". Doesn't matter if you're in shape or not. They will ruin your DMV record by putting it on your medical card. This place is a joke. The staff are rude, inconsiderate, have no scene of urgency, and are just lazy. Save your time and license and just go to your normal Dr. This place needs to be shut down permanently.Update: My second time here because they buy the cheapest machines possible and sell them heavily marked up so they will consistently break. Staff still has no sense of urgency, rude, and lazy. Everyone working here should he ashamed for working a scam and the "Dr" who runs this place should be put out of business for good among other things. Its a shame they can get away with this and us drivers are stuck if we want to be employed.

Trying to retrieve my records because I now live in another state and need to replace my cpap supplies with a local supplier. It has been over a month, I have called, I have emailed. The worst $3500.00 I have spent. Still trying to get my records

Donald Seals: Took my sleep study 6-3-21 Brandi the tech was awesome, unfortunately had to return 6-7-21 for another study, was told my results would be done first thing Tuesday morning so I could get back to work. 8 am Tuesday morning was told to return at noon for consults start then. Even though my first consult on 6-4-21 was at 1015. Little confused and upset.

Heather McKeegan: This is the first time I've been moved to write a review in a long time. I'm really surprised by some of the negative reviews. I pay out of pocket and find the price affordable for what I get in return. I did the in-home sleep study. Nathan was awesome. He explained how to hook myself up for an accurate reading. My sleep was monitored for two nights and the data was clearly explained to me, as well as my options. I can't say enough good things about Cardinal sleep.

Ashleigh Strobel: Not the route I’d take for a sleep study.They bring you in at 10 pm and release you at 5am.After hooking you up and getting you ready it leaves 6 hours for any sort of rest.If you don’t hit REM, they cannot truly test for apnea. You don’t hit REM if someone is constantly coming in the room to adjust patches.Inconclusive and money wasted only to go to another one where we found 7pm-7am is the norm. Plenty of time to do a thorough study.Here, not so much.

Doug Anderson: The gentleman who hooked me up to the equipment in the sleep lab for my sleep study was awesome. The rest of the staff are some of the rudest people I have encountered in the medical field. They’re not worried about customer service though as they are stationed in the Prime INC building and never have to worry about patients as they run a truck driving school as well as hiring regular drivers.

JACOB WILKERSON: I have been with Prime since June 2018. At first I thought I would die going on this machine. I didn’t like the idea or machine to be honest.But through the help of the staff especially Nate and Chris. I have overcome it. They always been very helpful in person or on the phone. It didn’t matter if it was the air flow or problems with the masks or straps.I have to be compliance to keep my cdl, it is one of the first things I do when I am in the bunk and gonna watch tv cause it is easy to go to sleep after a long day.Remember this machine is here to save your life and help you not to hurt you in the long run.Robert Wilkerson
