Brandon Stevens: This was a great experience overall. Our home looks awesome with the new siding. I only have one issue. During the installation our power was knocked out through part of our home. They took full responsibility and called an emergency electrician and he came out and could not fix the problem that weekend. He came back on Monday and fixed it but he left the breakers in my breaker box lose and also left a light fixture partially unattached. I am waiting on a response to see if that can be fixed from Continental Now. Update 3/13/23. Still no response from continental on the mistakes there electrician made 😕

From the start, Emily was very helpful in helping us to even get an estimate done. She sent Cody Eckerson to our house to get the measurements and give us more in depth information. Cody was very personable and helped us see the value and improvement we could have. He was 0% high pressure. I went from the thought of wanting to check with at least 3 other companies to I want Continental. Now it will depend on Continental being able to get our payment manageable. Stay tuned to see if we can comment to the improvement. I believe Continental will meet our hard set parameters financially. Hopefully my next review will be to rate the actual work. Great job Cody! Our whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Not only were our needs met but far exceeded. We live in a log home that was built in 1958...and still had the original windows. So it wasn't an easy job by any means. Jeremy was so attentive and personable. And Xavier and his crew were like family. The attention to detail was unmatched. The windows are beautiful and really improved our living space. I want to thank everyone we've met with and talked to. Keep up the good work. You're a blessing to homeowners!!

Amy Mincks: We had an estimate today with Jesse he was extremely informative and helpful with the whole process. We decided to go with this company even though there is a 6-10 week wait. I will update my review to include my experience with installation once it is done. So far, 5 stars from us.Update: I was told in the original meeting that we would have 100% professional installers doing our house. We ended up getting a crew that are actually roofers and this was the practice run house for them. I paid $25,000 for this siding, and I feel I did not get the fair end of this deal. I will say the crew did a good job for it being their first home, but it was no way professionally done they have had to come back twice already and waiting on the 3rd time now.

Poor communications between cruise and upper management ended up having to pay extra for the work that I was promised in the original quote. It took them three weeks to get this done. They did not clean up. We've been picking up nails and screws for weeks. They had to take the siding on and off like four times to get it on right. They broke a window. They broke my outside vent still waiting on window to be replaced a month later they rent my outside plug and had to replace it. I would not recommend at all to any friends, family or anybody else. Save yourself the trouble and the stress and find somebody else

John Sickmeier: Although we were deceived by the high pressure salesman from the Columbia area, the Springfield crew took good care of us with the install and then a follow up to repair fire damage. Make sure that you go over closely with the install crew with every aspect of what you want, our salesman didn’t do anything to convey to them what we wanted, and if I hadn’t been here to correct them, and then help fix the issue, it would have been a big eye sore.Siding is great, windows are so-so. Cheaply made, hard to latch after a year of install, have to keep moving the latch back and forth, pushing the top window up as I latch. Do over? Wouldn’t get the windows.I

The door was wonderful, but we have had them out 3 times for the slider window which they say is ok, but every winter it blows in cold air all around it and it’s very drafty. Cindy Reynolds: I had an awning installed over my courtyard. It looks great! One of the reasons I went with this company was because I liked the fact that there is 3 inches of styrofoam sandwiched between the top and bottom of the awning. This allows for better temperature control when sitting under it. It will also be nice to sit under when it is raining and will soften the noise of the rain hitting the top of the awning. I will be adding an exterior ceiling fan, as well. The awning is constructed for a fan to be added if you like and that was important to me. I am also extremely pleased that the awning matches the color of my house almost exactly. Great experience with this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

This time, this crew didn't finish details well and their work was not near as good as the first crews'. We asked Scott to come out to be able to avoid back and forth calls with installer and get things finished after a month. The installer had led him to believe the job had long been finished. Scott became very rude and hung up on us when he had heard enough, we filled out a BBB complaint, then received an offensive call. The personal part of it, in addition to the job, was difficult. Not having an itemized statement added to our confusion. Recommend not paying till you are completely satisfied that EVERYTHING is done. I paid trusting that everything would be done and if I had any problems Scott would take care of us. That was not the case at first, but later he did send out people to fix the obvious problems. Scott called back and asked us to change the review and has told us he will honor the warranty on the contract if we have any future problems.

One company" sears" said it was asbestos on the front of our house. Sending me and my wife into panic. It was not!!! Cedar was the material. It took much longer to get the window, the exterior door months after the windows, one storm door was delivered months later and 10 months later we are still waiting. I expect a refund from the premium price we paid for the lie we were told on delivery.

Don told us his special, "ridiculous" price was good only if we would say "yes" right then and there. When we said that we wanted to wait, he left without giving us anything. No bid. No estimate. Jeanette Frye: My husband and I found them on a google search from our nearby location. We walked in and were about to get turned away from the lady in the front office when a man approached us. He introduced himself as Don the owner. He talked with us for a while showing us his products and shared with us why certain materials are better than others.Don informed us that he would personally come up to our house in Warsaw from Springfield (1hour and 20 minutes away) to give us a bid on windows and siding.We found the price to be way out of our budget for siding and all the windows however we really wanted our large kitchen window. We decided to purchase our window from Don because we liked him and how he performed his business so far. Also because they were going to install the window for us and we didn't want to mess with the header for a 90" opening. 😳(Keep in mind we knew we were paying a higher price than if we ordered it from Lowes (since we already quoted the same window from them))We had the window installed weeks ago, however, the header was done incorrectly. We've even had several contractors come in and mention that the header is not correct and our roof is compromised.My husband and I contacted the company over the issue via phone calls, texts, and in person. We asked to have the header fixed by a different installation team. They hesitated greatly on sending a different team. All of this back and forth happening over several frustrating weeks and we notice that the roof had started to slightly sag in.In the end, we came to an agreement with the owner of the company. My husband and I were able to re-install the header ourselves and they will honor the lifetime guarantee warranty for the window.It’s a beautiful window for our kitchen.

Within ten hours the old shingles had been removed, the new roof installed, clean-up completed, and the workers departed. Subsequent inspection showed a couple minor items of concern. Roger Fouts: I made an appointment and called back when I did not receive a call. I understood the delay due to storms but three things bothered me; 1) the receptionist didnt remember my conversation saying my roof was leaking and bubbling inside so I wasnt a "priority", 2) I asked if they could contact the inspector to see if he would actually come out and she said no radios (inconvenienced my entire day waiting for the call), 3) frustrated I said maybe I needed to find a company that knew what was going on (yes that was not professional) but the receptionist said "well there you are" and hung up. I was disapponted because this company had high ratings before me.

They took the paperwork I received from my insurance and worked up a bid that fit within my budget! I picked my roof color, and was surprised at how quickly they finished!
