There was some confusion because I was told originally that shipments come on Thursdays, and my glass was ordered on Monday. I was not told that it wouldn't come until the following Thursday.We were able to work it out to get my glass installed ASAP though and they did great with that. I almost gave 4 stars due to the original lack of communication, but it honestly seems like just a misunderstanding. I gave 5 stars because they really put a rush once they realized that our closing date would have to be pushed back.

Amy Boyd: The company charges a whopping 40% restocking fee. This alone keeps me from doing business with them in the future. I like to shop local but not when there’s no Grace offered if you change your mind. Construction is so obscure and changes so frequently. We should be allowed some freedom for contractor mistakes, etc.This is one time when menards might win out.

Emily Smith: We paid $2754.40 plus $250 in taxes for a vanity from National Home Products and the next business day we called to let Monica the owner know that we had changed our mind and didn’t want the vanity. Monica told us that they charge a 40% restocking fee so she would give us $1900 and they would keep $1200. At no time during our purchase did Monica say anything about a restocking fee and when we brought that up to her she said that it’s printed on the receipt but the receipt says 40% restocking fee on special orders so not only did Monica fail to tell us about a 40% restocking fee she also didn’t tell us that our purchase was a special order. Monica and National Home Products is very dishonest and not to be trusted with your hard earned money.

We dealt with 3 different people at the store and all of them were pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife picked them up at their showroom, now she wants to update/upgrade other things. A lot larger selection than department stores on display. Showroom is worth a visit if you live in Springfield or surrounding areas.

Andrea Hughes: We came to Binswanger almost at closing time and they had my glass cut and ready for my curio cabinet the next day. They were the most reasonably priced glass store in Springfield and the other surrounding area glass stores and I called all of them for a price comparison. They were a third of the price of the other glass stores. They were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. We brought the curio cabinet with us in the back of our truck and it was 6 foot tall. They even came out to our truck and measured the opening where we needed the glass replaced. When we picked up the glass they also carried it out to our truck and loaded it for us. I will never go anywhere but Binswanger for any kind of glass I need to replace or get cut. Thank you very much Binswanger glass!!!
