John Langwell: I brought a pair of work boots in over a week ago and was told they would be ready the following week on Thursday. I came in a week later on Thursday and, they could not find my boots as I was looking around I saw my boots sitting on their shelf for sale and the repairs where not even done. As I walked to the counter the guy hollers in the back and says I found his boots. He looks at the tag and says I have not had a chance to fix them, he looks at the tag and says well it said they would be ready today But I'm going to need another week to fix them. Never will I do business here again. Not to mention this business is filthy and very unorganized.

robert doyle: Dropped off 2 comforters.. got 1 back.. took a week, it's clean.. but they don't know where my other comforter is.. so have to go back before they close and I do work I'll be off when they're closed. I'll have fun with that. Don't expect anything less than a week to clean something. Too many other places can do same day. Appreciate the extra effort to clean more another comforter. Could have saved me a trip to pick up both at same time, instead of paying separately. Maybe a phone call to let me know what's going on?
