Xiaoning Hu: Worst pairing store in Springfield, just because customers are Asian and don’t speak fluent English, employees are not nice and they don’t return or even replace. Won’t be there again and won’t recommend to any of our friends.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable on their paints and their advice on which colors and what types of sheens for which rooms is spot on. My only complaint is they don't have T-shirts anymore... Affinity Riverside Event Venue and Unique Stays: We have been painting a huge house, have purchased no less than 60 cans of paint, have called in multiple times just to get cans ready for pick up, the last two times we have called, nobody can find our information, nobody can find our names, and it’s a huge nightmare. I highly recommend going elsewhere when you have a big project

Beverly Schmitz: Steve was a great person! He helped us with not only the paint, but the brushes, rollers, tape, all the required tools of the job. He was patient as we asked questions...probably silly questions, but, he made us feel like what we asked was vital information and he took his time with answering us. Thanks Steve!

The 30% off sale was the icing on the cake. I also appreciated the fact that they keep an account of your purchase, so I was able to call and order additional paint and it was ready to pick up when I got there. I will definitely continue to come here for any paint needs.

Al Meeker: Staff was friendly. Asked to purchase a quart of Lo Sheen paint. Was told would have to purchase a gallon since Lo Sheen.. OK but just to do some touch up work. got home and did touch up. Very shiny when dried and did not match our walls, Called another Sherwin Store and after sending a photo of can was told I did not get Lo Sheen paint. Also inquired inquired as paint numbers did not match the paint can lid I had provided for the purchase. Was told could just be a number change as my old paint was a few years old. Took paint into the second store and was promptly fulfilled correctly with Lo Sheen and correct numbers. So back home to redo what I had already done. I wasted the better part of a day.

The store Manager Frank helped me pick the right colors to go with my color scheme and showed me ways to visualize color schemes in different parts of my home

Timothy Gaunt: Their paint is not the cheapest. It is good quality. The service you get is also much better than big box places. In my visit I described an issue I experienced with a previous product. Turns out I used the wrong product for the situation. Rather than moving on like I was an idiot. The associate apologized for the poor experience and gave me an nice discount on my current purchase. It wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated.So if you have need. Be sure to explain. They will work with you to get you the correct product forthe situation.
