After tracking down our ancient buried septic tank, Nathan advised getting the system up to code so it would be easier to maintain (and no digging in our yard). We opted to locate the manhole ourselves. A few days later, he came back out and was able to pump our very overdue septic and get everything up to code with a riser, all within an hour or so. Beth Linn: This is a wonderful company! They do great work! I am leaving this review however, due to a recent encounter I had with one of their emlpoyees. I called this number accidentally, mixing it up with another similar number. Not realizing this, I begin asking a question. I was cut off mid sentence by a woman who told me I had the wrong number, followed by a man in the background who told her to “just hang up”. The woman (I believe her name was Allison) was very rude and then did hang up on me mid sentence. I called back, to then be hung up on mid sentence. Again.I believe this is a wonderful company, but I hope someone mentions this behavior, because this is how companies lose business.

Steven Strouse: I called Envirotek to come out and inspect our septic system thinking that it might need to be pumped out. We've lived in our house now for over three years and had not had it looked at since we moved in. We also noticed that when we flushed one of our toilets there was a noise we hadn't noticed before. John called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment and arrived at our house 20 minutes after his call. John got right to work digging out the cover. After opening the cover we talked about the current condition of the system. He performed a sample test and from that determined that there really wouldn't be any need to pump the system out. We talked about some potential improvements that could be made to increase the efficiency of the system and ensure its longevity. John also suggested some potential causes for our noisy plumbing. Since we weren't in a position financially to make some of the improvements he recommended, I offered to pay him for his service call which he graciously declined. I would highly recommend this company.
Albert Bryant: EnivroTek Systems did a fantastic job helping us diagnose, fix and upgrade our septic system when we moved into a new house. Jon came out free of charge to look at the system, give his opinion and then schedule service. He wasn't pushy and he was honest with his assessment. Not once did I feel like he was trying to upsell me or do more than we asked for. Jon has gone above and beyond to explain the issue we had to me in ways that I could understand, communicate every step of the progress and educate us in the process. If you're having septic issues, I'd highly recommend calling EnviroTek. They've done a superb and professional job.

She said they are not able to locate the tank, do not provide any digging to the tank & would not pump if not within 8 feet of a driveway. Maybe some tanks are completely exposed in a driveway very easy to access & for those situations this place may be great. However if you actually need any kind of help the lady I spoke with, had no help to offer & did not even seem as if they wanted the business or to help out in any way.
