Megan Stracke: Attending a training at the facility for 2 days. At the end of day one I feel really great. The staff has been overly nice accommodations were clean and snacks provided. I learned more than I ever thought I could in one day today then I could even imagine. Would definitely recommend for additional training and already looking into other classes.

Marcus S: Been harassed multiple times by Smoj, I try to have a decent meal at Buffalo Wild Wings and a man named Floyd comes out and has a very rude attitude towards me tried being nice and he told me I must wait inside of buffalo wild wings instead of my truck for my friend who was meeting us. I refused and then he began taking pictures of my truck. The more professional way of going about that would be is to ask hey you guys waiting for someone? Instead of coming off defensive. Definitely making getting food a pain.

Alanrhonda Cook: Hired them to serve court papers and could not get a response from them for two months. When they did reply I was told that they served the paperwork without filling with the court. Never use these people.

I sent an email asking a simple question when I was inquiring information for one of my bosses and the owner responded back with assumption and was very rude about it. Needless to say I will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. I don’t do business with rude people who make assumptions and I recommend that you shouldn’t either.

Michael Grey: What a joke. You hardly ever see this security company. Been living in the same complex for almost 2 years. Seen this company drive thru maybe 10 times total. i understand I can't be out 24 hrs a day. But like today ( a few minutes ago), I saw the taskK9 black charger coming down Battlefield road and turn into the complex. The driver literally turned into the complex, drove by 1 building and turned back out and left. Wasn't at the complex more than 3 minutes. What a joke. No accountability. If they actually cared about their customers and the people they protect, they would be at least 6 digital sign in stations around the complex. The driver would have to get out of his car and scan the QR code with his phone to prove he was there. At least by doing that, you ensure the patrol is on the property, signing in at several buildings and not doing real fast fly thru's. And you know what, this would cost you about $20 to implement. Set up a QR code. laminate it and screw it into several places at each property in plexiglass. Have each guard scan it. Super simple practice but you won't do that.

Jay Smith: Fair warning to anyone that considers hiring this company they are not worth the cost they are poorly trained and their officers are fairly aggressive I was just informed by a friend of mine that lives at one of the properties they oversee he is a lawful resident and employee of said property and one of the officers assaulted him and was ordered by Greene county to leave him alone and they disobeyed a direct order from law-enforcement I’ve had personal experiences with this Company in the past they cross the fine line between security and impersonating law-enforcement my friend is willing to file charges for assault
Joe Myers: We have recently switched to their service from another security company after the other company was going to quadruple our price. Task 9 is very affordable and professional. We are very pleased with the service and price. We have noticed a drop in illegal activity on our property with the increase in patrol with task 9 compared to our old company. Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

BeerSoldier: I have just finished my first week working with them and I am extremely happy with it. They have been excellent trainers at the post I'm located at. The pay is also pretty good if your looking for employment. Some of there locations do not require a guard license. All in all I'm trying to say this place is wonderful all around and I hope you check it out
Big Country: Apparently Securitas doesn't hire people with disabilities because as soon as I mentioned I was on disability and an income restriction, the position I was being interviewed for was all of a sudden filled, but yet 3 weeks later, that same position is still showing to be open according to their own email sent to me each week. I'm guessing the recruiter, whose name is Rachel, has never heard of the Americans with Disabilities Act that was signed into federal law by President George W. Bush in 1990 which prohibits companies from discriminating against people with disabilities. That's ok. They're about to find out.

Daniel Terry: This Securitas worker by the name of Ethan assigned to the Kraft DC in Springfield MO. was so busy on his phone while at work, he repeatedly recorded multiple truck driver phone numbers wrong, causing a delay in loading and creating late deliveries for strict appointments. There are signs everywhere requiring to show ID in order to pickup, but little Ethan here didn't care about that either.. We all make mistakes, but this guy clearly didn't care about doing his job, let alone attention to detail. Then, refused to give up his supervisors phone number when the brokerage asked for it claiming he has a right to not share that information. (Little did he know its available online) but careless workers like these are what create havoc in the logistic business. Security guards are put in place to help prevent things like this from happening. Bad representation for a security company whos reputation depends on landing Kraft contracts. Company will be making an official complaint to Kraft holding Securitas responsible for delayed scheduling.

Linz: Guard was unkept and unprofessional. We had a problem with the University Plaza guard, Matt, who is on a power struggle and obviously hasn't had a lot going on for him in life..so needs to take it out on others. He did such a horrible job, we had to contact management at University Plaza to complain.
Anjolena Tucker: They need to update the right location address. We end up driving for 10 minutes looking and calling them.
