George Wheeler: Home Depot is the best but the guy in tool rental is absolutely the best. Ya it's me lol. I do love helping people with their needs and projects.
Ryan: Beware getting the extended coverage on rentals. You're better off renting elsewhere.
Carlos Danger: I tried very hard to give these people my money but their sales prevention department was working overtime that day. I wanted very badly to rent a piece of equipment however after many attempts to reserve a trencher I was repeatedly denied a reservation. They literally wouldn't work at all with me. I took a leap of faith and borrowed a trailer and truck, called right back to see if they would at least hold it for me as I drove an hour into town to get it. No answer, 10 minutes on the switchboard and finally "can we take your number and call you back". No call back. 30 minutes later I call back only to be informed that the piece of equipment I wanted was rented out a few minutes prior.Hey corporate, heres some advice. Look to how professional rental companies run their business, they let people make reservations. Because of this idiotic no reservation policy blowing my whole day It will be a long long time before I step foot in your store again. I would say you stepped over a dollar to save a dime but you didn't even do that, you just turned away business. If I was allowed to make reservations I would have been there when you opened, had it back in 4 hours, and you could have rented it out twice!

Alex Davis: I have rented from a few places and not a single one compares to superior, makes sense why that’s their name, they are top tier. I will never rent from anywhere else again. They went above and beyond for me specifically Jacob at the s campbell location. Jacob was optimistic, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He had an answer for every question I had and did not make me feel dumb like most other rental places. I’ve never been helped by an employee so exceptional. I don’t typically write reviews but I had to after my experience with Jacob at superior. I give them an A+, and I encourage anyone to go with superior rents for your rental needs. When you go ask for Jacob if you want the best of the best. (all their employees and management are great) I have rented a lift and a stump grinder from them and both were exceptional pieces of equipment that had no issues and were easy to use for a price you just can’t beat. Look no further, this is the place.

John Durbin: From time to time I've had to rent various things here and always received good quality tools. Ladders, powered augers, trailers. Helpful and efficient staff. I'll be back.
Alyssa Hardy: Great company to work with! We rented several things for a community appreciation event at my work. They were awesome at talking with me and quoting several "what if we did this" examples, they showed up exactly on time to set up, and showed up exactly on time when we were done. All the employees I worked with were great!
Robert Wilson: My experience was not the best. I asked then to hold a 55 towable boom for me which they did. I picked it up approx 4 pm on a Saturday. I arrived on the job site and placed the machine for the work. I pushed the button to lower the outriggers and level the machine. The outriggers lowered, but not enough to unhitch my truck. I called the rental center at 5:40 and there was no answer. I left a message explaining I was having a problem and needed some help. There is a box where the operating manual should be but it was empty. I wasn't having any luck with the equipment so I decided to return it. I brought it back to the store at 6:30 PM and was able to unhitch the truck (maybe it was easier here due to the ground being level but I don't know that for sure) I put the key in the box where the operating manual should have been. I NEVER received a return call. The equipment was unused. I called when they opened Monday morning at 7:30 and told they where I had put the key and requested a refund. ( I had paid for two days upfront) I was told they would look into it and get back to me. I hadn't heard from them by 4 PM so I called and was told that Justin had gone home sick and to call back tomorrow. I called late morning the following day and was told there was a minimum of a days rental and they wouldn't refund that. I asked if they would in lieu of the refund give me a credit to use in the future and that was also refused. Bottom line....if you rent here expect ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT. You're on your own. I feel I was royally screwed out of 460.00 and will never do business with them in the future.
Heather Baker: These guys are great!! Only my second time going there and man they have a customer for life!!! The first time the service was helpful and wonderful! And the second time the road were bad and I got my truck stuck on the ice in the back area. Would you believe they helped me get it out!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
Chelsea McCall: My husband called this morning to see if we could return a machine bc im sick, we used it for 2 hours and wanted to return it for a full day today and come back the next day and finish the hours we paid for , I understand the inconvenience but the lady who answered didn't seem to care that I was sick and throwing up . Don't rent from this company if you have a family , things come up and they should be more then happy to work with you , but they were not ! Now I'm home trying not to get my kids sick while taking care of them while he finishes the job today . Whatever happened to people having a little humility for others :(
Joshua Whitescarver: I own a lawncare company and rented a seed slicer at 2:45 in the afternoon. After the machine wouldn’t work I went back to change it out at 3:45. I wasn’t able to return it by5:30 closing time so it was returned at opening the next morning and was charged an additional $44. I’ve done business with them for about five years and after this will not be going back.

Jeremy Nickelson: My boss had been going here for over 10 years. Well after the experience we had today I doubt he won't be going back.We had rented an overseeder and aerator for half a day. We'll the blades on the overseeder were so worn that they wouldn't cut the ground. Went back to get a different one and talk to them about lost time because of poor maintenance. They just blew it off. So off we went with the next overseeder and it kept throwing belts off.The new management and ppl who work there are poor poor.P. S. Since your time line isn't correct 9am we picked up the equipment 10am we returned defective equipment 1pm returned equipment when finished. 4hours total and no the over seeder didn't work correctly. The tines even touch concrete. You can make all the excuses u wish but end of day you should have made this right. Smh. Get some better mechanics that actually maintain your equipment.And I may not have video but I do have my Google maps time-line that shows when we were at General rent and for how long. So have a good day sir.
J Bethel: I have used GRC many many times in the past. Unfortunately this experience was not a good one. I rented an auger machine on Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m. because the store is not open on Sunday, I was not able to return the auger machine Sunday. When I went to return the machine Monday morning, I was charged an additional half day rental. How is this right if you are not open on Sunday and I could not have possibly returned the machine within the 24 hours??I would not suggest renting anything on Saturday from this place unless you are sure you can have it back by 5:30

George Brown: The ladies in the place had it together! But the guys didn't, At the counter. All I should have had to do was sign the lease paper and load the equipment and go. Because my boss had already called them and gave them his credit card information and company name. And also gave them my name as the one to pick up the equipment. After 45 minutes of waiting on the counter guys, I finally got to get loaded. Not to mention that they had 45 minutes to prepare for my arrival. But as far as the equipment goes it was worthy.
