It was rather upsetting to interact with people who act as if they just do not like you at all. Very strange. Weird, negative advice, as if nothing will work, it's hard, etc...

Sean Langley: Would not purchase trees through Carson's. I would direct you to willow green in Rogersville. Purchased 6 trees through Carson's in last few years that they had planted and only 2 left. I am 1 year and 1/2 away from final purchase. They only warranty for 1 year I tried talking with them and felt like just 6 months past warranty they should stand behind the one tree I have left because it died over winter, and they will not warranty this tree. I will never go back to them and recommend you go elsewhere.Reply to you, under most circumstances I would honor your review but with all, but 2 of 6 trees gone I would think you could replace one! If you come and look at my trees, it's not because I didn't take care of them!

m: JJ and Dalton were great with helping us pick out some trees and a garden rock for our landscaping. They both went above and beyond and took their time showing us around the property to ensure we picked the right trees. I can’t see myself going to any other nursery for trees or landscaping supplies in the future because they have it all! Thanks again for all the help!

Jim Acheson: I've driven by this nursery for many years, never stopped. Went there today (2 April 2022) to buy several fruit trees and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was very friendly and seemed to love their jobs. Walking around I was asked by at least 5 different staff if there was anything I could be helped with, try that at a big box store :). When I bough some trees and plants they carried every one to my truck. The amount of selection was almost overwhelming. How do they keep everything watered in the summer? Overall it was a pleasant time. Even if you're not ready to buy just go there and walk around some pretty day, it's like a park. I plan on going back soon.Update 6/24/2022 I had a problem with one of my trees that I bought from Carson's this April. Called them and explained, sent a photo and they promptly refunded. They were pleasant to talk to and apologetic. Great local business with a home town attitude. 5 stars!

Dora Howard: We recently had to cut down a tree in our front yard that had died. We went to Carson’s to start the process of figuring out the best options to replace it. Nick asked us if we needed assistance and listened carefully as we explained what we were wanting. He took LOTS of time to carefully think and patiently show us the many options Carson’s has. We appreciated his knowledge and help SO very much!! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and an amazing selection will keep us coming back every time. Thanks Nick!!

Had ladders in areas where you couldn't see the shelving in order to find products on shelf. Difficult to find personnel to get help. Once I found help for electrical, it was someone from garden area who did not know a great deal about electrical.
