Reliable RV: what do users think?
Nazar Shkinder: Don't get fooled!I had a terrible experience purchasing an RV from this dealer. The RV was brand new, but it had undisclosed major issues that were discovered only after they received my payment. The dealer has not made a single follow-up wit me about it or made any effort to address the issues. In the last two weeks, I have sent several emails to the dealer, but they have been ignoring my messages. It's very disappointing to have spent so much money on an RV that turned out to be malfunctioning and to have received no help or support from the dealer. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone.-their response to each negative review is followed by: "please reach out to Wes Cameron at ..................". Why doesn't Wes contact the customer? Well because they just put it out there to make it look like they're trying to fix a problem, but really they'll just ignore you.
Patrick McFadden: We purchased a new coachman motorhome. It had several issues with a Typical mechanical and cosmetic things that needed to be addressed to this day they have not been able to fix most of these items almost 9 months now the worst part is they say they will get them repaired but won’t even get back with us very disappointed with their service and lack of communication I have had to fix most of these things myself to be able to use the RV
Bruce “NotACop” B: As a third party worker that dealt with the staff daily these guys are super friendly, if they treat their customers the same way you'll be in good hands
RODGER ASHWORTH: We have bought from them 3 times 1 brand new total junk 2 used had to have it towed back to them right after getting it home cost us 1000. 2 new batteries took on trip lost 250. Worth of food fridg didn’t work. Ruined our trip! Thanks reliable
Lance Peck: superb purchase experience at reliable rv with Wes and Jason- great price and integrity with some difficult and unusual circumstances during the purchase- highly recommended
Orlando Rodriguez: Thank you to Dalton for his professionalism and help with setting up the purchase of my 2023 Thor Compass. I flew in from Florida, and he had the courtesy to pick me up from the rental car drop-off location. This dealer made me feel welcomed. Go check them out!
adaraweare AMANPEAK: My comment was removed, I'll be happy to put a short tid bit about it. In short they told us our new car was under warranty and they would fix an issue but when I took it in they changed their mind and told me that they won't cover the issue, I took a vacation day twice to take my car up to them (pre covid) and the first day they turned me away and the second time they called me back to tell me that they won't offer warranty on alignment issues because the car was defective from the manufacturer, I bought this car new how am I eating this bill. They know they are in the wrong did not care, and also another time when I had a paint repair it was completely orange peeled. They keep taking this down but I'll keep posting it... everywhere Its been 6 years and I'm still not giving up
Bill Murcko: On more than one occasion, I dropped my Entegra motorhome off for warranty work after scheduling it in for repair, only to have it sit for weeks, untouched. At my last appointment, they contacted me saying that parts were in and they had time at 9:30 or 11. After 3 weeks, it was still not touched. I’m not sure if they are scamming the manufacturer for warranty time or avoiding warranty work but either way, it’s terrible customer service considering I purchased this unit new from them.
SouthernMofo: Was ok , got a free hat , though. Or was it a 25k hat.
Vicky Fields: Bought a brand new class C Coachman Crosstrails in April 2022. Live 220 miles from Springfield. When we went to pick up and finish paperwork one week later, Andy called on our way there to see if we were still coming the next day. Told him we were already half way there with our camper trade in in tow, and were told to be there today??? He then told us he already had someone scheduled for our time to do paper work it would be 3-4 hours later than we were told. When we got there camper was still not clean. Tire on.sides. When got walk through was rushed still not clean . Then talked to guy in financing and he pushed extended insurance and warranty and was not very nice when we told him we didn't want it. Took RV on first trip 2 weeks later had several issues. No tv, shower leaked, door was hard to shut, etc.Took back to Reliable 2 weeks later for warranty work. Was not "ready" until September, 3 months later. Picked up ...T V still not working. Contacted Coachman representive..now having work done at local RV that carries Coachman but no Class Cs.Will have to pay difference in service charges and what warranty won't pay since not from oringinal dealer. Buyers beware if purchasing from Reliable RV. Big inventory but not enough service personal to take care of problems. Would never purchase a RV from Reliable again!!!
darrell labarge: I went to this dealer with a deal in place we drove 550 miles, the day before we went to check out the unit it was brand new the interior had horrible problems the dealership couldn't have looked at it no way they should have tried to sell it they wanted us to wait around but no way those issues could be fixed in a timely manner ... they wouldn't pay for our extra stay ,then Wes tried to say it was our fault please don't deal we this dealership
Ann LaBarge: We live in Indiana and headed to Reliable Rv which is over 500 miles away. We were towing our travel trailer which we were trading in for a 2023 Thor Windsport 31c. We already had a deal and were planning to close the deal today at 3:00pm. Our salesman Robert and the general manager Franklin assured us the motor home was ready for pickup. We got to Springfield a day early and went to check out the rig. The outside was beautiful, inside was another story. There was at least 6 issues with wallpaper coming off or all crinkled. The wall by the bathroom had nails sticking out and wasn’t probably connected. We realize there can be issues but even when we brought them up they weren’t addressed. Franklin said it could take a few days and even then not all the issues would be fixed. We already spent over $600 on gas and campgrounds and had no set time when the motor home would be done. We would never recommend Reliable Rv.
Dan Hamm: We brought our new rig home today and had a great experience with everyone that we dealt with at the dealership. This is our first travel trailer purchase and Dalton (our sales rep) was very easy to work with and answered all of the questions we had and really worked hard to get us the deal that we needed to justify the purchase. Ed was our consultant during the unit review / inspection and showed us the ropes. Great guy and he’s a hoot as well. We visited 8 or 9 RV lots looking for the perfect travel trailer for us and hands down got the best deal and best customer service from Reliable than any of the other dealerships could offer. Highly recommend that you start your RV search here.
Thereasa Bond: We had problems with our stairs while on a trip. They were nice enough to fit us in and luckily they had the parts and could fix them. Thanks to John!
Chelsea Chichester: I had used Reliable Toyota previously for my personal vehicle and did not like their service and think very poorly of their service and communication. I take my truck an hour and a half to another Toyota dealership to be serviced and taken care of for warranty items. I know a few other people and friends who had the same experience there, however had heard the RV department may be different. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The quality of repairs/work is not very good either. Every time we have had a repair done, it has not been fully completed and found at a time that was inconvenient and while we were not in town. We have had to go in more than expected for repairs.
Mark Shelton: I purchased a new Class A Coachmen Sportscoach 304QS from Reliable RV. I found my salesperson (Rick Muller) to be very informative and attentive ..but not too pushy! He is the king of email follow-up. Every detail was documented, discussed and emailed to me. I was waiting to give a review as I had not had much interaction with their service department. However after 3 months of initial ownership (and some use and a lot of learning) I scheduled a service appointment to resolve a few minor issues which are to be expected with this class of unit. Mitch listened to my issues, called me when the unit was repaired and then went over the list line by line to tell me how the issues were resolved .I am not sure how much more this company could do to give great customer service but I am a customer for a very long time if my experiences stay consistent with my experience thus far with Rick and Mitch.Mark SheltonCoachmen Sportscoach 304QS
Kyle Harden: Not impressed with the service department! I bought a 5th wheel there and the brakes never worked right. I feel like that’s a MASSIVE safety concern! Conveniently my a/c unit went out after having it a short while so since it was coming back for that service I decided to have them address the brakes (or lack their of). They adjusted them and said I’m good to go. Wrong!! Before I left I made them aware of the issue, but needed my trailer that weekend. The next week I dropped it back off and they then found some wiring problems. Said it was fixed and I wouldn’t have any more issues. I had to pick it up after hours and when I got there, much to my surprise they still didn’t work! At that point I’m mad, but it got worse when I discovered I had no brake lights or turn signals anymore either. It was after hours so I took it home, spent 2 hours fixing their wiring mess ups. I then watched a video on how to adjust the brakes and just made adjustments to every single wheel (one of which took 7 clicks to get it into adjustment), and my goodness, they work perfect!3 stars comes from the a/c getting replaced in a pretty timely manner! Otherwise service is a single star for not being able to complete a very basic trailer maintenance task…
Karen Richardson: Since my car had been totalled, I've been looking for a good used vehicle with good gas mileage. Brenton Skeeter was very quick to assist me in my search! He emailed me all kinds of options in a short time, followed up with me, and was generally very helpful. He even made a little video for me! Although I found a car elsewhere, I was very impressed with his eagerness to help!
Jennifer Evans: Wonderful people to work with! We worked with Andy and he helped us find what we needed. Excellent work! We love our camper! Highly recommend to go see them!
Brian Williams: I just recently bought a 2022 Thor Windsport 35M. My sales person was Tom Robertson, and I have to tell you I could not have had a better experience. I ordered it new, and he kept me up to date each month on its progress. I was a out of town purchase, but they arranged to have me picked up at the airport with first class service. Full thumbs up.
Jeffrey Hogue: Very good rvs and personal service. Large inventory of new and used vehicles.

We liked it but looked at several others and ended up buying the one he texted us about. Thanks, Michael T!
Barb H.: Without a doubt, Josh and his team are the best people to work with when it comes to repairs or information on your RV! They are very courteous and know what they are doing. I glady drive 3 hrs. , to do let them do all my rv needs. Youngblood RV & Boats: what do users think?
matt adams: If you want a dealer that works hard for your business, Joe, Darwin and Brenden and the rest of the awesome team that helps every step of the way..Look no further, these guys are the best and this is our second purchase from Youngblood and won’t be our last, thank you guys for being legit and getting me back on the water and on these fish!
Doug: Wow, service was awful! Took my travel trailer to them for a black tank repair. They said it would be repaired withing 6 weeks. After nearly four months, and eight times that they said it was repaired it still leaked. Also they put water into my plumbing system in freezing weather and did not re-winterize.They did not repair the black tank leak but in addition they caused several additional leaks in the fresh water lines because they caused it to freeze. We had to send the trailer back to the factory for repairs. But the story does not end there. It came back with brake issues and a bald spot on one of the tires where the brake locked up.All the while the service manager kept apologizing and saying they have highly skilled repair technicians. After I picked it up eight times and it still was not repaired but was actually in worse shape than with I brought it to them. When they mess up eight times, they are not highly skilled but I question weather they are qualified for the job at all.
jennifer moran: Incredible showroom and huge selection!
Ervin Dock: My wife and I purchased a Grand Design Reflection travel trailer in November of 2022. At the purchase time we didn’t have a truck to pull it. We put the trailer into our storage unit until we picked up our truck. Due to some serious health problems we were not able to get the truck and travel trailer set up together as quickly as planned. The Youngblood service staff understood our problem. We were finally able to make the truck available. Can’t say enough thank you’s to James Mandle who did the setup and took the time to re- review the trailer features. James deserves 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars. A very, very special thanks to Alan Roy for coordinating this effort. Alan gets 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars too. Awesome people.ervin dock
Jay Trimborn: Was a little apprehensive about service centers when I first came into youngblood but the three times I've been here proving me dead wrong Jimmy and Brian in the service center took care of all my warranty work with no issues at all and went above and beyond and helping me figure out my solar panel experts in their field
Darwin Graham: We have a good team here customer oriented and friendly would like to earn your business.
Tracie Faigenblat: We retired, sold our business and our home. We needed to purchase a travel trailer right away. So we went to Youngblood RV in Springfield Missouri to purchase a travel trailer. We paid a lot of money to get it when we needed it. We could have purchased it for less money at another RV Dealer but we would have to wait 3 weeks to pick it up.We made a date to pick up the Rockwood, but they called and said the sound bar wasn’t working so we had to wait to pick it up. Right after we signed the contract the service guy came in and told us the levelling jacks weren’t working so we had to stay overnight in their parking lot so they could fix it tomorrow. This turned into 6 nights while they ordered the parts and fixed it.While we were living in the RV at the dealership we discovered many more problems. None of which was fixed by the dealership except the levelling jacksWe Left and went to an RV site while they ordered the parts from the factory. They kept blaming the factory’s delay for getting the parts on time.We were told to leave the RV with them for one week. So we stayed in a hotel during that week. At the end of the week we called them and they said it would be done in one more weekDay before we were supposed to pick up the RV we got a call from the dealership from someone we hadn’t talked to before, Randy. He said pick up the RV the next day and we are not completing any other repairs on it.Literally 2 months later. After so many expenses: Hotel stays, Gas back and forth,All meals we had to eat at restaurants, Deposits for lost RV bookings, Etc.We still have repairs that need to be done! This has been a horrible nightmare that the dealership put us through. We told the attorney general because they kept blaming everything on the manufacturer and not fixing our rv themselves. We now have to go to the manufacturer in Indiana to have the RV fixed. Plus this will add additional expenses and waste more time to have our brand new RV fixed properly. We were promised the moon but they gave us hell!!
Dan Allred: Sales, finance and service is a very good and focused on what is right for the customer. Amondo was the salesman that did a great job, Greg is in finance and honestly one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing any new item. He made sound recommendations and did not try to sell me anything except the things I asked about. After the sale, I will say that Allen has gone above and beyond what i have ever experienced. If he lived closer to me I would be doing whatever was needed to have him working for my company. He always has a great attitude and does the right thing. Overall a great experience and so far they have stood behind their product in every aspect of the transaction!
T. Kasper: Very unprofessional dealership! Interested in a Momentum 397TH, contacted the dealership and was contacted by the General Sales Manager. He responded and sent me all the info requested. Called him in a Fri to let him know we would be there on Saturday(FROM COLORADO) to see the unit. Rep answering the phone said he was eating lunch and would call me back. Patiently waited for over a week and nothing! I totally feel the dealership is a scam! I believe they put "fictional" nice units on the web give them great prices just to get you in the door.
Grants Papa: Don't buy from here, they don't take care of their RVs and stick the buyer with repairs. My brand new RV is being repaired by the manufacturer and Youngbloods won't even talk to me about it.
Ernie McMann: We have a travel trailer we purchased in Pennsylvania. It was 1 month and 1 day old as we were traveling across country, when I noticed it was leaning to the right.I stopped at Youngbloods RV to diagnose the problem. Their service department was exceptional. We have a spring that was flat (no arch). They explained by the time they submitted a request for warranty and the part was shipped it would be a minimum of 1 week before they touched it. We were told it would most likely made it to our destination in Arizona with no problem, just not ride the best. Therefore we were on our way to our destination with no problem. Now we are having it serviced here as we will be here a while. So with their honesty and being able to come out and diagnose the problem immediately I was impressed. If I was in the area I would definitely do business with them.Ernie
Darrin Geisinger: Wow! Everyone was standout at Youngblood RV - but Jim and Bob in service really shined. They took me under their wings as a first time RV owner and showed me the ropes. Patient, kind - and thorough. LOVED my experience there. People would be crazy to buy an RV anywhere else...
Ron Blevins: I purchased a brand new Winnebago travel trailer from Youngblood RV in Springfield MO on May 5, 2022.On the 26th of May we started our holiday trip. We visited many camping sites while heading to Utah, before the slide out stopped working. I called Youngblood RV, wanting to ask the salesman or his manager’s, advice on how to go about repair or warranty work. I was told they were not available, spoke to the receptionist explaining my issue, and asked her to leave a message for both. No calls were forthcoming. I called multiply times, that day and the following day, and spoke to the same receptionist, leaving the same unanswered messages. Now remember, we are 2,000 miles away, in a campsite in the desert. I just need advice! We are back home now, and have never received a call back, nor any sort of a follow up from these folks. They were so good to my wife and myself while we were considering a purchase but once the deal was consummated they “Ghosted Us.” Ghosting is a slang term for when someone stops communicating with you. I didn’t know this was a real thing, but it is. We found out first hand, and certainly the hard way.Sorry to say, we did our due diligence after the purchase! On facebook, we found Youngblood’s page with the following.Youngblood RV has a firm commitment to our customers. We hope you will choose to shop with us for all your RV & camping & traveling fun. What kind of commitment was that? FIRM!!!What makes Youngblood RV different from the competition is our commitment and dedication to our customers.“Commitment and dedication?” I guess as a customer, I need to look up the definition of these two words? I could go on, however, there is plenty on the internet to find and research. As always, caveat emptor, buyer beware.Signed: a “ghosted client”, or should we say ANOTHER ghosted client?Ron and Linda B
Eddie Mora: Staff was ok Been just looking what’sOut there. Not buying -need to see what I find for my needs over all was ok
James Wolf: I was searching for a new utility trailer and checked in with Youngblood RV and Boats, and was connected with Jackson. Jackson was very helpful, and made himself available for an on the spot stop in. He was very knowledgeable, walked through the specs of the trailer and made the purchase happen that day. The trailer is excellent and from a cost standpoint it was absolutely the best deal around the area comparing same size and types of trailers. Getting it purchased and out the door was super simple! Much appreciation for Jackson and the team there.
Andy I: Sales lie to you just to sell we bought extra warranty for the rv. once they delivered the rv from the beginning the extra warranty is junk they will not come service the rv. We ask door needs fixing awning broke one time use ac is not working well door inside started to warp lots of trip falling apart water leaking and more and they are saying we won’t come out we won’t fix anything we can come pickup the rv for 600 dollars to to fix what’s the warranty for it’s ridiculous how you treat customer I will never buy for you. That number you gave is not good goes to the service that refuse to do anything
Mark Broadway: Great people to work with. Straightforward and honest. Our walkthrough was not as detailed as I was hoping but got most things worked out and figured out over time. Thank you for your help!
Julie Williams: Purchased a new RV from Youngblood in Springfield, MO on May 9, 2022. On that day, it took about 6 hours to make sure that all of the equipment was there, and that everything worked properly, etc. Found 2 items that had to be added to a punch list (1 was a missing TABLE!), and another when we got home to N Houston, TX.From May 9 to now, general technical support on misc items and reliable status updates on the 3 punch list items have been non-existent. Have tried to contact Youngblood via text, phone, etc. many times through sales and service. Would have expected someone from Youngblood to call and ask how it is going, etc. Nothing. No courtesy call.Youngblood RV has disappointed us. We cannot recommend Youngblood; especially if you are an out-of-state buyer. We still have no idea when the 3 outstanding punch list items will be shipped, etc. The next review will be a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau.
Eliot Kahn: My honest review of Youngblood RV& Boat Springfield MO from a 7/12/2022 new RV purchase. Customer service, 5 Stars. Amondo in sales, Eric the director, and Mike in Finance were tops, very attentive and thorough, exactly the experience you would want. Their store and lot were clean, RV's were plentiful to choose from. The RV we chose needed a little service before delivery and their techs were on it quickly and professionally, 5 stars for their service dept. I gave a 4 stars out of 5 only because they use an out sourced answering service for incoming calls, YB, save your money on this service. Overall, I would do business with YB again.
Brad Ashley: We were looking at one specific RV from Grand Design. We live an hour from Kansas City, we drove to the local Grand Design dealer east of KC. They were idiots, they were not willing to deal with us for a fair price and the guy who was the salesperson of the year was trying to sell us a protection package we didn’t need or want. And they were low balling our trade. Needless to say, we left that dealership. I called Youngblood which is 2.5 hours away, I told the sales lady what we would accept for our trade and what we wanted to pay for the new RV. Youngblood gave us more for our trade and discounted the new RV quite a bit. We were very happy with our experience at Youngblood and I would recommend them to anyone that asks.
Craig G (1 Chronicles 29:11): 2022 - YBRV service and warranty dept. has exceeded my expectation. Grand Design stands behind their products and YBRV service from service counter, warranty followup, and service technicians they work hard to get it right.2021 - The Springfield RV service department gets high marks. The people care about customer service. They listen to you without interruption and document the work to be done. Excellent!

Camping World of Springfield: what do users think?
Makaylah Thompson: TJ Ryan was a wonderful, personable person to work with in getting us into our Keystone camper. He was very respectful with my husband and I, as well as kind with our children. A very patient, caring, & understanding person. We will only be doing business with the Camping World in Strafford MO.
Lonny Peryer: Very helpful and attentive.
vickie johnson: They were very nice and friendly
Tracy Riddle: Great experience with William, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile!
Mike Hood: Joseph did a awesome job! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Monica Fisher: The buying process was easy and we liked the camper but when we got it home it was like everything was dry rotted and everything is slowly falling apart. We bought a 2021 Gulf stream enlighten. We called about the issues but they told us nothing they can do. We could bring it in a have things fixed but we would have to pay for it. The camper is made cheap and I don't recommend buying from this place. They know that the campers are junk and you are just stuck with them. We bought this camper in October of 2021. Very disappointed that we are stuck with a 25,000 dollar piece of junk that you can't use because it is falling apart. Ac vents just broke off opening them. The sky light in bathroom leaks . Trim fell off in several spots . The kitchen faucett just broke off turning it, it is plastic. The awning wires just fell out of the slot because they were just glued. To many issues to name . Will never recommend. Wish they would buy back their junk and live in it
Brian Andronaco: James went above and beyond for us! Everyone was so helpful!!!
Jon Orengo: TJ was very kind and we enjoyed buying our camper from him. I would recommend him to anyone, very honest and kind. Appreciate his hospitality!!
Garth Villa: Lori was fantastic, and did everything she could to make buying my rv as painless as possible. Everyone in financial was great as well. Overall it was definitely a 5 star experience.
Angela Horton: Amazing people. Awesome RVs.
Kathy Ricketts: Had a wonderful experience with sales and parts.
Laken Fox: Shout out to Joseph at the Strafford store for an amazing job. He was willing to look at every camper we wanted and was completely honest. He went above and beyond to make our experience great. He has been the first salesman at Camping World that seemed to be there for us instead of the sale.
Christina Graber: The gentleman helping us was nice. But the selection of smaller RVs was sad. I left disappointed, after driving 1hr 47 min to the location.Restrooms were clean. They had a nice shop area. And golf carts to take us around. Just the amount of small rvs was disappointing.
Dahvidden: Great experience at camping world. Jeremy Z. and all of the finance guys did everything they could to get me out the door with a new camper to surprise my wife with. She was very surprised and loves it. I would definitely go back.
Justin Arnold: Mac is very knowledgeable, friendly and a straight shooter
April Davidson: If you need a new or used camper ask for William Bishop at Camping World. He really listened to our needs and wants, and worked with us to find the RV that fit my husband and I the best. He helped us through the whole process through emails and phone calls. He made us feel like we have been friends for years.
Mary Jo Delfosse: Pete in parts was the first person I met. He was right there to help me figure out what to do because of the covering of my roof came off as I’m heading to AZ. From WI.KJ & TJ in the sales department were great. Everyone told me that I’m still going to be taken care of with my 2013 camper still there without a storage fee; while I’m waiting for State Farm to figure out what to do with it. That is great customer service.Dave in finance did a great job getting me exactly what I needed to get my new 2023 camper. Thank you everyone for taking care of me during my time of crisis.Mary Jo Gentile
Daniel W: They worked with us even though our situation kept changing. Mr Zaruba knows his campers. Highly recommend
Steve Parker: Never treated better. From the sales staff to the financial people, they are the best. Special thanks to KJ for all his help.

Thomas & Sons RV Supply: what do users think?
Kayla Hoyer: AMAZING staff! So friendly and knowledgeable and has literally EVERYTHING you'd need for your camperThanks you guys!!
Greg Hall: The refrigerator in my motorhome wasn’t working properly. Evin and the guys in the service department were great to work with. They ended up installing a residential refrigerator. It looks like it came with the motorhome after their workmanship and installation. The folks in the showroom and parts department are also top notch.I highly recommend Thomas and Sons RV for all your RV needs.
Paul Wattenbarger: A great place to get parts for your RV always friendly and available people inside willing to help you with anything that you need
Frank Soda: Stopped on way thru Springfield to address a couple of minor issues with my Rv. Both parts and service staff were extremely helpful. Couldn’t be more please with the service!
Chris Dowdle: Friendly staff, easy to find what your looking for.
James Barnett: Very friendly and knowledgeable!
John Reed: Great customer service with really nice people running it. They offered helpful advice on parts and random RV questions. They, also, ensured that I got the right parts. Definitely going here first for RV parts and assistance
Cathy Zinter: My husband and I bought a used 2006 National Sea Breeze in 2021. Unfortunately the company that made these have gone out of business. We took in our motor home to get several things fixed on it. There was a separate RV parts building that we went to.Kristy greeted us when we arrived. So kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We told her the motor home issues— leaking windows, awning not working correctly, windshield wiper broken. Kristy took the time to look at our motor home and wrote down issues for the service techs to look at.Kristy also assured us she would let us know an estimate on the repairs.Kristy called us three days later with an estimate. It was very affordable so we said to go ahead.Just wanted to give kudos to Kristy for doing extra work when we were looking for a salvage windshield wiper. She took pictures and sent them to the salvage yard where we were looking.Kristy is a people person and a people pleaser. Such a delight to deal with. Thomas RV should be so blessed that they have a frontline employee helping customers with their motor home issues. We are very happy.
Christopher Miller: Best place to go for parts and the nicest people you could ask for.
Big Hillbilly: Best RV store in America. They were so helpful and you didn't even expect me to buy anything. They were glad I did and I will always go back there if I can.
Kayla Spencer: The store has everything (and more) you need or want for your camper, which is great! However, the staff and Service Center are what deserve the 5 star rating. They always go above and beyond and treat their customers with the best customer service.
Bill Luginbill: Employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. Store carried everything I needed
Mike Burns: The part I was looking for was not a typical part someone would be looking for so they didn't have it but gave ideas on how to build or find the partVery helpful
Brock Bender: Very knowledgeable and had all the parts I needed super helpful!
K Whit: Very helpful staff.
william bolch: Went In for a residential refrigerator.Great people, excellent work, even as far as staining the screw cover plugs for a perfect match to my woodwork. A very fair price and fast work, in and out before lunch
Jamie Morrison: We own a food truck right down the street and whenever we need something they are always willing to help us and educate us and what we need and what will work on our food truck. We appreciate you guys keep up the good work. The Hibiscus crew
caleb winckler: Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything with rv's, they helped me figure out the problem with my gas furnace. Checked the parts I brought in so I didn't have to buy anything I didn't need
Priscilla Lee: They had what we needed
J: Dan in service is so helpful in figuring out heating issue on my rv. Great experience and so helpful
Michael Cook: Small family owned business. Friendly staff. If you have a rv need to do your shopping there. Just had roof reseal done. Got it in and out in good time. Good people to work with.

Great Escapes RV of Springfield: what do users think?
Hannah Landers: Drive 45 minutes after calling that morning and being told the camper i wanted to see was still available to be told it had a pending credit application. then called to tell me they had been denied and to go ahead and out in my own application. just to turn and tell me it was sold to the first people. definitely not very good customer service
Kendra: Truly the worst experience from day 1. They sold me a lemon and getting repairs done has been frustrating. Told repairs were completed and go to pick up, only 2 repairs out of half a dozen were done. The work of the repairs is a whole other issue. Contacting Jayco they say they have to complete repairs they submit to warranty. This is a NEW CAMPER. Why are there so many issues and why can't they be fixed appropriately? They keep giving me the run around after waiting 20 minutes on hold. I am frustrated and need help as my new camper shouldn't have this many problems. Oh and they also lost our surge protector the last time we took it in for repair but denyingthey used our cord even though my husbandsaw them take it out and he put it away on pick up. Do yourself a favor and pick a different place to buy your camper. If Corporate could reach out, I wouldn't appreciate it.
Rose Collins: We bought a brand new rv about 11 months ago - It has a few minor issues took it back to them to fix and fix the recalls- has been up there for about 6 months and has not even been touched - AM very unhappy with the service that I have received with the facility.. just want it fixed so we can use it .. 🙏
Dominic Panzica: The parts people are very helpful and friendly will definitely be back again.
Garrett Richardson: We have been all over the country looking for a toy hauler camper and Dave was the best salesman we worked with. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond answering all our questions. Junior in service did an amazing job going through our camper and showing us all its features on pick up day. Big thanks to Great Escapes!
Eddie Mora: Great and friendly service for you RV needs
Michael Williams: Very informative. Stock is luck of the draw on quality and price . I'd recommend giving them a shot at finding what you may be looking for . They were very honost about what they had and do have really nice inventory on site .
hamburger: I went to Great Escapes RV sales recently and was met by a great and informative salesman, Mr David McKelvey.
Todd Nelson: Dave Mckelvey is an excellent salesman and will answer any of your questions or handle any of you rv needs.
Jamie McKelvey: Dave is very prompt, courteous, and a great sales person! Go to Dave with all of your RV needs.
Mark DeMate: Great experience from start to finish! Low pressure sales process, friendly staff and service! Mark was amazing!
Mike McKelvey: Dave is a very knowledgeable sales person, answered all my questions concerning rvs.
Dave Mck: Excellent sales and service!! If you're looking for an rv make sure you ask for Dave in sales.
Tammy Mckelvey: David McKelvey
richelle lewers: I had a really good experience at Great Escapes RV center in Strafford MO. David McKelvey was great and was always quick at answering all of my questions.
Richard Griffin: Jenny in Parts department is great. Very friendly and accommodating. We purchased a pull out bed for our camper and she gave us a great deal. They also seem to have the lowest price propane. So if you need bottles filled go to them. Will do business with them again. Jenny, thank you for all your help
Ryan A.: Very good customer service experience
Ryan Atwood: This is a great company they have sold units for me I have bought units from them they have done service work for me and have always gone above and beyond I would recommend them to anyone this is a great place to buy an RV or Camper If you are in the market and in the area give these people a shot to earn your business You'll be very happy I was
Jonathon Hardy: Absolutely the best RV Experience all the way around. From purchasing our new fifth wheel to the service afterwards. These guys are top notch and are out to help the customer anyway possible. Their banks were able to take our loan to 240 months and give us a lower rate. Without their financing we would not of been able to budget for the RV of our dreams.
Tina Smith: Staff was great. Had an issue with window leaking and was fixed soon after reporting it.Downside; wall where it leaked was not fixed and now it is separated and buckling. Bought 6 months ago and was told would replace non working fireplace but that still has not happened. Their reason......still too hot out for a fireplace. I have contemplated leaving this review as I wanted to give them the opportunity to correct but have decided that we have waitedong enough.
Christopher Wirth: Where to begin, the wife and I started our journey a couple of years ago looking for the perfect trailer, we've been to numerous dealerships, and had to "wait", we decided we'd give this dealership a try, let me just say "WOW". the staff at this facility will bend over and help in any which way they can, we are your typical "first time buyers" we've never owned a brand new trailer, we've owned one used pop up but that was purchased third party. We arrived here mid afternoon, was met by our salesman Corey, welcoming gentlemen, showed us around, never pushy, always attentive, met Rob another salesman and was extremely helpful in getting this endeavor started. then we met Chad, this is the finance officer for our deal, and let me say, this man knows how to make deals, he got us approved when no one else would, AND got us in our price range and budget, CANT BEAT THAT!! then there was the rest of the staff at this facility, they were all inviting, and helpful. Rob I believe was the gentlemen that did our walkthrough, and let me say, he definitely knows his trailers, he is extremely knowledgeable, if you ask questions he will have an answer, and if he doesn't, he will find it for you.So if you are in the market for a new RV, or just wanting to trade up, go see the folks here at Great Escapes RV of Springfield.

Metro Motors: what do users think?
Dwain McNew: Friendly and helpful
Sami Newton: Went to look at a camper. Online says they are open until 6. It is 4:50 and they were closing up and did not offer for us to look at the camper we drove into see. Bad customer service.
Linda Bay: We purchased a used camper at Metro on June 26th and we were very pleased with the staff and great experience they provided!Buck( the manager) showed us the camper and was easy to work with. We were told on Saturday evening, when we purchased the camper to come back Monday morning and they would have everything hooked up and would go through everything to make sure all items are in good working condition.Dave was very pleasant as we checked everything and they found the 2 deep cycle Batteries were bad and they replaced them immediately. Our experience with Metro was extremely pleasant and I would not hesitate to buy from them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used camper or vehicle! Thanks for a great experience!
PJ Passey: BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Terry is the man! He got me exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in no time. We will be returning for our next purchase. Thanks Metro Motors!
Denise Moehring: I have never had a more pleasant buying experience than I did here. Ron the owner was so pleasant to deal with , Richard the finance guy was amazing and explained everything I would need to know.If you are in the area and looking to purchase a good used car with no hassle and no pushy salesman please give Metro Motors a shot
Chris Miller: Really enjoyed my experience purchasing a vehicle here for my daughter. Not pushy at all. Decent selection of vehicles too. If your looking for pre-owned, this is a place to give a try. I’ll be back as a repeat customer. Thank you Larry.
Savannah Epperson: We were in the market for a bunkhouse camper, and after visiting Camping World (where we had previously bought one) and not being happy with the selection or pricing there, we found exactly what we were looking for at Metro Motors. We found the listing on Facebook Marketplace, called and spoke with Buck, and then went up the next day. The atmosphere was very relaxed with no pressure whatsoever. Such a positive difference from Camping World. Buck was willing to negotiate on price, and the transaction was completed quickly and smoothly. We will be starting here next time we are in the market for any vehicle!
Michael Storer: Great experience! We were able to spend the first 10 to 15 minutes looking at vehicles without being accosted by pushy salesman. When Larry did come out his approach was low pressure and helpful. We appreciated that the vehicles were open and accessible to check out without having to involve sales staff. When the time is right, if they have the vehicle I’m looking for, I would definitely buy from Metro Motors!
Rusty Lashley: It sucked
Tim Kearns: Buyer beware. Vehicle list prices are valued at “excellent condition”. If you see issues that would indicate the vehicle is not in excellent condition and suggest that said issues will determine what you are willing to pay the salesman will then proceed to insult you and point out issues with your car even though you’re not the one trying to sell them your car. Even went as far as to suggest I was trying to get “a vehicle for nothing” after I pointed out a couple thousand dollars worth of damage on the vehicle. Hard to tell how he thought I was trying to “get it for nothing” when I hadn’t even made an offer on what I would be willing to pay for it. Happy I walked away before I wasted any more time.
Patty Thompson: For the most part, they are friendly folks and yes helpful, great looking cars, trucks, and campers.
traci osterberger: Bought my camper right before all of the Covid stuff happened. Everyone was very easy to work with, no pressure, no problems . Sales, finance, setup, all very smooth. Not from area, but was confident enough from phone conversations and prompt answers to questions to make the 3 hour drive and purchase since they had the one I wanted. Arrived to have everything on and working perfectly. Will work with them again in future!
TRACY FAY: I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. The staff is amazing, helpful, and so very easy to work with. The selection of automobiles , motorhomes and campers is great, and the buying process is so very easy and stress free!
Shannon Scrivner: My wife and I have recently purchased a GeoPro G19BH from Metro Motors. Everyone we have worked with has been knowledgeable, courteous, and very informative! They have gone above and beyond in many ways to work with us to complete the purchase process! We both highly recommend the dealership!
Dylan McCracken: That they treated me just like I'm family
Daylon Tillman: Went in to Metro Motors about a week ago, and saw a really nice truck that was already priced to sell. I test drove it, and just knew it was the one. So when I got back I went in and talked to the salesman, Scott Faught, and he wasn't pushy or anything and was very easy to deal with. After about 15 minutes of negotiations we were able to come to what I think was a very good price for a truck that was already a deal. Drove my truck home, and as soon as I got home the check engine light came on and the truck was idling rough. I called them the next morning and spoke with Mr. Dinegar, one of the owners, he told me to bring it in first thing, so I did. He figured out what the problem was and was very willing to take care of the problem and had the truck fixed right away at no cost to me. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car as they are all about putting the customer first. I've been telling all my friends and family about them, and I will definitely be going there first the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.
Pan Porter: Scott was very polite and not at all the pushy salesperson we all dread. We were welcome to shop and look everything over (Yes! Their trailers and RVs were all open). If we decide to go with one of the brands they carry, we will absolutely be back. Thank you Scott for an informative and pleasant visit!
Steve Hodges: Great place to buy a car or a motorhome. Very honest people offering quality vehicles.
Kandie Webb: Very courteous.
Rick Johnson: Great selection of new and used rvs. Friendly staff. Very helpful and also fair prices.
Wayne Sturgeon: Traded there 3 Times on Rv's. Always fair, no pressure, and they always took care of me after the sale.
